Terrible. Delivery was so late. Will never use this Delivery ever again. No updates at all. Nearly 2 hours after ordering Avoid this Delivery at all costs

I’m a regular customer and unfortunately today was really disappointed with my pizza. The photos don’t look too bad but you can see it is burnt, it tasted and smelt really burnt too.

Pizza had no flavour and the base was like the ready made ones you get from the shop-very dry. Garlic bread and cheesy chips were fine. Food arrived within the time stated (an hour after order was placed). Very friendly and polite delivery driver.

Slightly late and the base of the pizza was burnt along with some of the edge. Frues and chip were good. Eaten from here numerous times and always been good quality so hoping just a one off mistake

Unfortunately not happy that instead of a 1.5L bottle of drink i was sent 3 cans which is obviously 990ml, disappointing

The Pizza was burnt, The wedges and garlic bread needed warming up. We don't like Pepsi Max as it was advertised as Diet coke. Bit disappointed really.

This is my first time order. Pizza edges were burnt, center of the pizza was not cooked enough.

Was very apprehensive at first as we only just moved into the area however it was all amazing, we had pizza, chips, chicken, all were really good! Would definitely order again

Cannot believe I’m writing this for you guys. Firstly 2 hours is crazy, no call or communication. Then I received hard chips! I asked for Salt and vinegar and that was ignored. You put jalapeños when I asked for chopped chillies! Not sure what has happened here! I threw the food away.

Estimated 30mins delivery and took over 2 hours. Contacted them when late and they advised 15mins but it was 40mins. Will not use again

Good service as usual. You’ll likely get your dinner sooner if you order from the place between Tuesday - Thursday. Fridays and Saturdays can get busy as i normally wait longer if I order from them on one of those days. They’re rarely ever late. 🙂

Always happy with our purchase from Pizza Supreme. I would only say that the sides were not as hot as usual but the pizza was clearly straight from the oven and super tasty.

Food was good and still arrived hot, but delivery was late even though the estimated delivery time was 70-90 minutes after ordering

Pk ordered the 3 medium pizza deal. Was nice but a 9 inch pizza is not a medium wasn't worth the price was still starving

So much salt this time and no vinegar at all. And hardly any cheese? It was literally hard chips. Not like you guys at all. I couldn’t eat it on this occasion.

Tasty food and excellent delivery

The driver was early and polite, however when we opened the boxes the pizzas were all bunched up to one side as though they’d been transported vertically. I have photos but can seem to upload them anywhere. I have seen on the help pages that there is a ‘unhappy with my order’ option to flag this, however I can’t see the link. (The pizza tasted delicious, it was just about of a mess ☹️)

Ordered 2 Gourmet Burgers..... Not as good as expect, definitely not gourmet. Very run of the mill and the salad was soggy.

Very easy to order, delivery on time and delivery driver very pleasant. Used them 3 times now and quality always the same, would definitely recommend.

It's a shame they don't do a vegan alternative. Even just 1 or 2 would be nice so we can order as a family. Not everyone eats animal products.

I've been ordering from Pizza Supreme since around 2018, and it was the first time I ordered my dinner on Just Eat. The food is nice and I recommend this service as I've been relying on them for a few years.

Food was late and barely warm. Disappointed to say the least. Hope this is a one off as we've had better deliveries from here in the past.

Average pizza, was told 60-90min wait but was over 2 hours

Wouldn’t even give it 1 start, service is terrible. Constant lies on the phone saying food will be here. Then no apology for the lies and late delivery. Don’t bother ordering. Be honest if the order is going to be late. Delivery driver however was very apologetic for something that was not his fault.

This was a fantastic non-chain pizza shop with an amazing selection of choices. It has now changed owners and the quality has greatly gone down. The phone quoted price is always different to what the delivery driver asks for. Do be careful of your change when buying from here!

I was very surprised by the taste of the food, it was amazing!!! I’ve lived in anstey for years and never knew pizza supreme existed, will 100% be using here again and will be recommending to everyone I know !!

Ordered food from here a couple of times and it’s always been fantastic. Their deep pan pizza is incredible and tasty, chicken wings awesome — though not spicy as advertised, and garlic bread very good. The delivery is always quick ordering through Just Eats. Prices are very reasonable for the food and quality, and this is a takeout only spot.

Good food as always just a little bit late tho

Initially the pizza delivered had a burnt black crust, however on contacting Pizza Supreme a replacement was delivered in a timely manner.

Food was nice but lacking in meet on the American pizza, more pepper and onion than anything else. Delivered on time and friendly driver.
