First visit for Sunday lunch with family. Food was brilliant from Sunday lunch to children’s meal. Couldn’t fault it. Lovely, tasty and hot. Service was spot on even though they were extremely busy. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back.

Not long arrived home from an absolutely beautiful Sunday lunch, we went as a party of 10, and nothing was too much trouble for the amazing staff who work there, I myself had beef, which literally melted in your mouth, all the vegetable (7 I think in total) where cooked to perfection, I didn’t have a pudding as I had a starter which was a delicious soup with a large crusty roll and I may add with proper butter, but people who I went with had different puddings and I must say looks yummy, will definitely recommend to anyone who asks “whereabouts is a good place for Sunday lunch” and will certainly return again. Went at 6.30 pm Sunday quite but service was great 👍 food was excellent prawn puri to start followed by lovely fish curry +red leicester nan .didn't want it to end !

We had a takeaway for the first time living locally in a close village. We ordered: 1 x 1/2lb Beef Burger £7.50 - This was two processed 1/4 burgers together, really bad quality. 1 x Small Spicy Chicken Shish £7.50 - 4 pieces of rock hard chicken pieces with a 4 inch shop bought naan bread, solid as a rock. No way you can make a kebab with it, well mind you if you could manage to cut it open you could put four pieces of meat in it. Salad old and tired tasted awful. No freshness to it. 1 x Calamari£6.00 - undercooked. Not edible. Surcharge £0.50 Delivery Charge £1.00 Total £22.50 We was very disappointed, and when we called the establishment, the two young girls, not their fault were very undertrained to deal with our complaint. They were speaking to a male in the background and said the Manager will call us. The Manager did call us immediately and blamed her staff. She offered us a full refund which we have received. One thing she said she has never had a complaint about the bread, however looking at previous reviews there has been negative reviews. The only positive outcome of this is that the Manager gave us a quick prompted refund.

Food was late. Said it would be 50mins took 90mins. Food was cold when it arrived. Very disappointing

Lovely Sunday lunch and they accommodated out family dog, food was delicious would definitely recommend, lovely relaxing areas to eat.

Excellent fish and chips great value for money was very impressed friendly staff it was so good I visited twice during my stay in the area will definitely visit again

Visited on Boxing Day for a 3 course Christmas dinner. Food was good quality and very good sized portions, wasn't too happy with dessert options but the food I did eat were lovely. Good value for money. We had a table reserved right by the fire, which was great upon arrival to warm up after being outside but not so great to be sat next too for the duration of our visit, perhaps would recommend there not being a table dining right next to the fire.

Ordered food from here tonight and can honestly say whilst the service was good and the server very friendly, the food was abysmal. The chicken in the curry.was slimy. The chicken balls oozed grease. The beef was fatty, nothing besides the chow mein tasted good. Had I noticed before I ordered that the food hygiene rating was 0, I wouldn’t have ordered from here. Not good. Would avoid!

I just popped in here for a pint after a long walk. Very good barman, excellent ham cob for only £2.50! The regulars were really friendly and helpful too.

Food arrived 50 minutes later (21:10) than the given estimated delivery time (20:20.) No apology, no compensation, no explanation. Terrible.

Food was excellent, service was very attentive. However, the room ambience was a bit uncomfortable due to the constantly opening door in the back because it created cold and unrest.
