Very friendly service, my boyfriend had the English breakfast, I had soup and sandwich with brown bread which was delicious.

I nip down during a break at work to grab some tasty baked stuff and a sandwich. Always helpful and friendly.

Ordered a sausage cob and just a dry cob arrived, the salad was dry. Also the breakfast tray was all mushed together and things missing. 1st and last time will order from here!

Ordered a Special fried rice, sweet and sour with battered chicken balls. The special fried rice was perhaps the driest, most tasteless special fried rice I have ever ordered. The battered chicken balls were almost all batter, it wasn't terrible but was bland. The sweet and sour sauce was the only redeeming factor, it was okay.

Great pub. Staff and service are really good, lovely garden and plenty of parking spaces. Love it.

The bestest bacon sandwich I have fir a long time. The sandwich two dustbin lids stuffed full of the tastiest bacon i have for long time. The bacon I have in other road side cafes has been thin and tasteless all scrunched up as though it not recovered from the origal rush of heat from an overheated pan . Hot cup of Americano with hot milk . Extra big cup. All in all worth a five star but where you go from a 5 star. That's why I give my high score of 4

12 of us precooked and had a warm welcome and a lovkey set table. We had a bit of a wait after ordering but that was OK. Good arrived and was OK, most of us enjoyed our chosen meal, the desserts were delicious, well presented and value for money. We all agreed that we would come again, maybe in the week at lunch time. However Unfortunately there were two dogs in the place barking for most of the time were were there. Please, really, does anyone really want to listen to other peoples animals barking while eating a Sunday in a nice restaurant. ? Animals should not be in a public dining place. If you wish to cater for people and their pets then it really should be in a separate environment.

Don’t miss this little place. My wife and I had the Sunday lunch. Everything was so fresh and beautiful cooked They serve a good range of beers, soft drinks, wine and hot drinks The Sunday lunch was a choice of three different meats ham, pork or beef. Cabbage parsnips roast and mash potatoes carrots stuffing a Yorkshire pudding and delicious gravy. Even little dog treats for our dachshund Will definitely re visit

Lovely visit on a Tuesday evening with friends. Dishes on the new menu were delicious- we all had the lamb flatbread and loved it. Service was also good as always. Will be back again soon.

Positives first. Staff are pleasant and quick even on busy nights. However be warned, size portioning is VERY inconsistent and depends on who serves you. 9/10 I order a donor meat and chips, varying small or large depending on how hungry I am. Went this evening and the guy before me ordered a large, the box was overflowing even in a large box. This is what I normally expect. I also ordered and was charged for a large. Served by a different lady but was given less than a small just in the large box. Wont be ordering a large again.

Great dinners love the meat and potatoe pie go there often

Great place, fantastic Sunday roast & really lovely staff who are a credit to the pub.

Tuesday night bike night has a fantastic atmosphere with good food and drink but hope you like quiche up with all the bikers queuing up the food for at least 40 minutes plus to get pie, chips and peas or burger and chips

Well gave this place another chance after getting a sloppy burger a year ago but this time they out did themselves on 28/4/25 they managed to deliver a wrap that's passable no burger and cold chips and could not get back in touch before they closed at all I would stay away from this place and find a place that can get orders wright not even leaving any stars as even one star would be a laugh

This was an amazing pub, the food and service was awsome and dig friendly. Will be visiting again.
