The owners are top people and the food is to die for I would highly recommend for people to stop and try it out 👍🏻

So Michaels itself isn't the issue. It's the extremely poor quality of chocolate melts that I got from there. I usually make chocolate popcorn & I haven't made it in some time. To my surprise, they no longer sell Wilton melting chocolates. They seem to have another brand that is terrible. No matter how I tried to fix the consistency, it still got hard. Not like the smooth melt & fluid-like consistency of the Wilson's one. To top it off I had to play a colorogist because they have limited color options & when I mixed them to create the shades purple & hot pink, it just turned to mud in color & consistency. They are terrible. I even tried stovetop melting verse microwave & nothing worked. It was very stressful as i was making it for a party & a waste of time & money. Highly disappointed in this product.

I brought my wife and children here for mother's day, the service and food was absolutely amazing, such tender beef and a really friendly atmosphere. I genuinely cannot fault the red lion and honestly thank them for making my wife's mother's day perfect.

Had a takeaway for the first time. Food was lovely. Excellent service and on time for collection. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointed with our breakfast. Me and family had sausage baguettes and the baguettes were burnt to a crisp and there was only 1 sausage in the whole of the baguette which didnt even taste like sausage! It tasted horrible and poor quality. Was awful and was soon binned. Such a shame. Wouldnt recommend.

Food is fabulous. Can really recommend the steak sandwhich and the fishfinger sandwhich. Everything made onsite even the veggie crisps. Great prices too

Cool place with friendly people

We have stayed at Stanton lakes many times over the past couple of years and ate and drank here many times. I don’t know what’s happened to the restaurant but I wouldn’t recommend it. The bar staff take absolutely ages preparing drinks so be prepared to wait. On Friday night we had tapas, nothing special, just warmed up frozen food. Weeks ago we booked Easter Sunday lunch here with a window view. Turned up today only to be seated next to the walkway behind the busy desk. They said they had no other tables yet there were empty tables by the windows. We walked out as regulars will never eat in there again. The food menu is very poor, same old as it’s been for years, if you don’t like tapas then you’re without. Spoilt our Easter, was looking forward to a nice meal and a bottle of wine. If your thinking if eating here then don’t bother!!! It’s clear non of the staff want to be there, very very poor

Went just for a drink on Saturday evening. It has been refurbished and it is really nice . Staff friendly and seats usually available. Nice glass of Pinot !

2 of us came here for hot snacks and cappuccino and peppermint tea.Service was very quick and efficient seeing as it was very busy.The hot food came out before I could drink my cappuccino which is unusual anywhere else.Food was tasty and good value for money.

The Bulls Head is a local hub for people that want to mix with their friends, have a drink from the varied menu at the bar and watch sport. It doesn’t serve food which is available at other locations within a short distance.

Lovely fish and chips last night a sensible portion (mini fish znd chips) very friendly and helpful staff .we will buy from you again
