Pretty well stocked the few times I've gone. About all you could expect from a store located so centrally

Easy to find the everything I needed, pretty big compared to other stores.

Always have the things you need and what you didn't know you need. I love michaels

For me Always on point. Always helpful a wide range of deals and good finds. And the sales on the Canvases also help out a lot.

Close to home, and everyone is so helpful. Even if they can't help, they will find another attendant who can. They are always mindful of long lines. Last but not least, they mostly likely have what I need in stock. Simply put, if you live or shop in the area, this is your Michael's!

Michaels is a fun store to visit, it always has amazing 🤩 season decorations at a nice price and the beads for bijoux are beautiful 😻

So awkward to see all the gel pens are locked and you have to have someone to grab them for you and bring them to the cashier. Not an artist friendly art shop :(

Staff was very nice. I had a very complicated question about their (cricut style) adhesive vinyl. I needed to know what it was made out of and if it was safe for my child. I had a woman really take her time trying to help me. She called several people including the manager to see if she could provide an answer for me. They couldn't really answer my questions but I still have to say they did a terrific job. It was a little hard to find pricing on somethings. Some areas of the store seemed a little out of order. But in arts and crafts stores like these you always run into these types of issues.

Good supplies for crafts, painting and drawing. I did not see anything for sculpting. Perhaps they carry clay, but I didn't see any supplies for stone carving. None of the isles are labeled nor numbered. Clerk sent me to "isle 62 or maybe 64", he said, but they are not numbered. I walked around upstairs before I found what I needed. Anyway, it's good for a neighborhood spot.

Was able to get what I needed. Cashier was very helpful as he applied my duscounts.

BE AWARE. They use exploitive labor practices in occupied land with extremely poor environmental standards. Avoid if you can and patronize local mom and pop arts and craft stores.

I always find what I'm looking for and extras. This time, it was for beads. Buy three packages and get three packages free. Not bad

Good customer service. I came in searching for vinyl and was well assisted by the gentleman who was standing near the doors. I was also able to pick up an order for a friend and had a seamless experience.

Love this store theyvalways have what I need for good prices. Staff is only friendly and helpful. The store is always well organized so it is easy to find items.

Perfect and found all that I needed

This place is AMAZING! It has 2 floors and you can either take the stairs or the elevator to go to the 2nd floor. They have practically every thing that you can think of, to paint, craft, DIY projects or anything else that you can think of, with all of the things that they have in this store. It's also well stocked and the prices are affordable.

Trip to Michaels was lovely, short walk from transport, (B52, B25,B38,B62, as well as 2,3,4 and 5 train from Borough Hall Station) Micheal's has 3 new self check out registers. Store was fully stocked for Valentine's Day. Go Visit!

I always go here for my paints. I only wish they had Red Heart yarn.

Michaels has fallen off. The prices are ridiculous and shelves barely stocked. Not my fave craft store. Anything I need is never in stock. Hate the app update. It's more like a market place. The only things they have good going for the consumer are the coupons and rewards program.

Came in looking for something specific, walked up to a cluster of 5 workers chatting and asked if they had the item in stock and they just shook their head, and did not speak to me. I think this store needs to work on customer service.

Love how inspiring this store is with such a huge selection. Maybe more other ideas instead of Christmas themed things might be cool too though

Used to love this Michaels but the employee we had Darcella I think her name was. Super rude acted like we were stupid when we saw a wrong price and kept pushing us to buy stuff we didn’t want.

Great place with different staff

Horrible customer service at check out. Not helpful in the framing department. I want to exchange and honor a sale price they literally tried to act like I was stealing when the store in Manhattan confirmed it is possible to do. I won’t waste my time at Michaels after this interaction I mean Amazon has the same stuff at better prices. Update - I went to another Micheal’s and was able to exchange no problems. Customer Service is horrible at this location!!!!

Very small store. Limited selection for a Michael's. I was looking for an easel. The one Michael's had was $50/60. I had just bought one for $12 at the Five Below right next door, so it's clear that Michael's is still overcharging for several items.

It felt a bit sparse in there. There were staff available to answer questions.

It's a bit smaller than most Michaels that I've been in so if you come here, you just gotta deal with the smaller selections. And the best time to get into one of the restrooms, since they were signed as not functioning on the day I went, is when you can find an employee sneakily exiting one of these restrooms after just using one. 🤭She knew she was caught so let us use it. Sorry, I've no photos of her expression. Sorta like this-👀

One of my favorite places in Brooklyn! So many cute arts and crafts options for yourself to take up a hobby or cute Knick knacks for the kids to enjoy! they have a little bit of everything, you might need! Love getting greenery, garland, candles, stuff for the holidays to decorate and planners!!! Happy planners are probably my favorite thing about Michael’s !!!! Oh and several years back I came for framing!! And they helped me pick out such a beautiful frame for my wedding photo!

Terrible, everyone they're were very dismissive to my questions. I purchased 2 boxes of flameless candles, and two of the candles were broken. No parking at all got a ticket for no parking zone. It's not worth the trip. Which sucks because I love everything they sell
