2 of us came here for hot snacks and cappuccino and peppermint tea.Service was very quick and efficient seeing as it was very busy. The hot food came out before I could drink my cappuccino which is unusual anywhere else.Food was tasty and good value for money.

Signage on 2 for £10 geraniums was incorrect. Stated 5 ltr but there were only 7 ltr plants on the stand. Only discovered when got to till. Senior staff who pointed it out was not there when we went back so unable to tell her about their error. Warned another customer who were looking at the offer when we returned the plants.

Fourth year I have visited this garden centre and it just gets better and better. Restaurant food today was very good and great service as a well. The Salix trees I purchased 4 years ago are amazing and we have added olive trees and many other plants from the centre. Today we purchased our furniture set that will be delivered tomorrow. The staff were so helpful and knowledgeable

Looking to kill time before a hotel check-in, we decided to visit some nurseries/garden centres in the Coventry area using Google maps and ………. There was one clear winner - Sapcote. The reason is simple - the range and quality of their plants and the low prices. Bought huge Echinaceas, knifophias and others. Just wish we didn’t live Two hundred miles away.

Christmas decorations galore! It feels very Christmassy and there are lots of Christmas decorations to choose from although things in there seem expensive. Cafe was good for a drink and lunch despite the long queues. Staff serving looked like they’d been drafted in from their job in the plant area - man seating people wearing joggers and a sweaty tshirt and very sweaty himself, lad serving food in ripped joggers and red garden centre sweatshirt. Not very professional looking and not good in the cleanliness side!

Very few disabled car parking spaces, I drove round and waited until a space became available. I was pushing my elderly vulnerable mother in her wheelchair, we came here for her to purchase plants. The first trolley I used disappeared, when I'd left it to look at more plants, so I had to back track, find another trolley and replace the plants. Staff could clearly see I was struggling I had to leave my Mother alone whilst I took the trolley to near the tills area. There is a huge amount of Christmas products but I found it somewhat untidy, I noticed they have 10% off Christmas products until 30th September. I couldn't get mum's wheelchair around all the displays. There were no tables available in the restaurant so we had lunch at a pub nearby. The car park would benefit from having more disabled spaces

Went to this garden centre as it is halfway between mine and my daughters home address. My daughter had googled and messaged to see if it was dog friendly and it stated that it was. The signs were very poor if not non existent to where dogs could go in the cafe. We found that they could sit in part of it but you had to go through the main part of the cafe to get to the part where dogs could go or so my daughter thought as there were no signs saying anything. We sat in the dog ‘ friendly ‘ part which was freezing. My daughter came through the cafe only to be chased after by an extremely irate member of the garden centre staff telling her she needed to walk round the other way she was already at the door to the part where dogs could go so came straight through. We sat and chatted for around 10 minutes when the same member of staff approached my daughter telling her off for coming through the cafe saying it’s health and safety as people were eating there. People were also eating in the dog ‘fr ‘ area too and no one else had dogs! The staff member was very angry and caused my daughter to defend her actions stating that there were no signs telling her where and where not she could walk with her dog. The staff member said they were clearly visible around the area. We could not see these visible signs anywhere when we left which was very soon after this incident. What surprised me more is that the toilets were off this part of the cafe and all the doors were opened which i thought more of a health and safety hazard than a puppy walking through a cafe!!

I thought they were getting better until I tried their Sunday lunch. They do try hard, but sadly not hard enough. My husband had the beef - not too bad & I had the chicken, a very small thigh & drumstick. Sadly no taste to it & not much more to the meagre portion of veg for two. Very little gravy either. My lunch was served separately with a Yorkshire pud stuffed with cranberry sauce. Why?? Yes it looked pretty but the cranberries served straight from the fridge caused my yorkie to turn cold very quickly. We went home very dissatisfied & had to eat some sandwiches. We won't be having that again. Whilst I think about it, the awful tortilla chips they serve are quite disgusting, utterly devoid of any taste. Why don't they serve up some better quality crisps......kettle for instance?? The salad they also serve up is very dry, It looks nice but needs a salad dressing to go with it. That brings me to the paninis, served on a tiny plate with no room to manoeuvre. One false move & it's all over the table, or the floor. Please can we have bigger plates & to top off the Panini or the sandwiches, could we not have some coleslaw on the plate too?? This combination would be so much nicer. With a little more effort, this could be a really nice place to while away some time over a decent plate of well cooked food. I'm not sure I want to eat here again & probably won't. They might like to look at their displays as well. Everything seems chaotic & no order to the shelving. It's a shame it's not thought out a little better as it's a nice, not so little garden centre selling a good range of plants. Please think about what you are doing/serving in the kitchen, it could be so much better. People such as us who live in the village would want to return more often.

Went with my husband for late breakfast/early lunch. I had poached eggs on a muffin, with an additional sausage pinched off my husbands full english breakfast, both dishes were great.

My daughter took me for lunch on Thursday, delicious fresh food and excellent quality. I had quiche which was really tasty, a properly made quiche, not bought in, my daughter had salmon salad. A huge portion of poached salmon, anchovies and cripsy bacon bits. Well worth a visit

Wanted lunch around 11. Looked at the menu on the table and went to order was told it's only 11am. I asked what she meant by that and she said it's the lunch menu. I asked why it was on the table if they weren't serving it. It doesn't state on the menu that it's from 12 onwards. I ordered something from the breakfast menu to be told they don't swap items i.e. instead of hash brown extra bacon. Told they charge additionally. Everywhere else I have been this wouldn't be a problem. Customer service training required. Not everyone likes a full English and substitutes items. And don't speak to me like I'm an idiot for ordering off the wrong menu when its on the table and doesn't state times. Also every single free table was filthy and the lad clearing them was moaning about having to do so loud enough for customers to hear. On the plus side the food that I was allowed was nice.

We were second in the queue on a Sunday afternoon before 3pm wanting to order some hot food in the cafe. The customer in front was paying by card which the credit card machine could not read.

Went on a Sunday to buy some bits for the garden and as per most centre its mainly selling stuff not for the garden with a cafe. The car park was rammed and parking was chaotic and completely unorganised. Cars were driving away without stopping.

We had scones with jam, cream and a latte for one person, and a gluten free cherry bakewell and a deluxe/luxury hot chocolate for one person. The hot chocolate was lovely and actually tasted of chocolate! So many places sell bog-standard hot chocolate but then do great coffees so it was nice to have both at a good standard! It was a lovely surprise to have gluten free choices as for once I could eat something for a change rather than fantasising and then not being able to indulge!

This garden centre was crying out for a cafe, and now it has one it is most definitely worth a visit. The staff are very friendly and the food is delicious. I particularly like the fish and chips. There is plenty of parking and the garden centre is reasonably priced.

We arrived in the doorway and the couple in front were checking out the meny and subsequently took their order and showed them to a table. We were shown to a sticky wobbly table in a nearly empty restaurant and told she would return to take our order. No eye contact was made whilst she continued back and forward to the kitchen and tables. In the meantime the previous couple had been served their meal. Just at the point we thought we would go elsewhere (approx 30 minutes) another waitress took our order by which time the other customers were finishing their meal. The worst yet was to come, a terrible vegetarian breakfast. of cold eggs and undercooked hash browns and the worst tasting vegetarian sausage ever, inedible. The other meal of fish and chips was of a poor standard of undercooked chips underwhelming fish and cold peas. When paying first of all i was given other persons bill and then asked to complete a review questionnaire. We explained the meal was terrible and she said hence why we want the form filled in. Apart from feeling very cold and having to keep our coats on we never felt any great customer service. They certainly need a chef who knows how to cook food. it was poor on every level and it will never be repeated.
