Brunch with family. We walked up from Trentfield Farm campsite Lovely breakfasts. Really helpful and friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit.

Having moved to the area we were pleased to find that a good fish & chips takeaway is not too far from us. The takeaway has been recently renovated, it is clean and tidy albeight tight on space when queueing. You can pay by card or cash and place orders over the phone for collection. The large fish isn't that large however, but they do have a good selection including halloumi for veggies.

I was quite disappointed by the experience unfortunately. I was looking forward to a veggie roast, and had seen they did homemade nut roasts etc but all they had were vegan sausages. They were the cheap ‘birdseye’ frozen type I could have bought from the supermarket. And I paid £14 for the privilege! I didn’t get a Yorkshire pudding either like it said on the menu. We were also sat next to a table of about 10 young lads who were quite loud, even though we had booked! There was a whole empty restaurant behind that they could have sat us in too!

We stopped here by chance for lunch . Great find. Lovely quirky place. Large free car park. Weather was good so we were outside in the courtyard . Really nice setting. Friendly and efficient service. Good lunch selection . Nice food. Dog friendly with water bowls and a tap in the courtyard. Seems a busy place . Would return if in area again

Went with my Asian friend who was visiting from London. The food was amazing . My friend likes his curry spicy and he wasn't disappointed .He said it was one of the best he had eaten in the UK and I had to agree . The portions were really generous and the staff friendly. The restaurant had a nice cosy atmosphere with plenty of customers.loved it and will be back.

Well you don't know until you've given a place a try ! Rang in advance to see if we needed to book a table, and to ask about the menu as we couldn't find any derails on the Internet. Told that they intend to update their site, for now they are happy to tell you over the phone. The pub was very noisy, with a large TV screen taking over the bar area. The noise generated to the seating area where we struggled to hear ourselves initially whilst waiting for our meal. It did subside as time went on. More a cafe style seating area than a restaurant. The tables are small, so the four of us were definitely squashed. The meals were poor. A lamb pasty with very little lamb in, no gravy accompanied any of our meals. Nutroast just about adequate, but very small potion. Overcooked chips, and a fish portin (clearly from a pack of ...). All the mains were shop bought and not terribly well cooked. Prices reflected a much better meal than any of us were served. Absolutely no atmosphere in the dining area. We had heard that the Sunday roasts were good, but sadly I couldn't recommend any of our meals, most disappointing.
