Amazing little spot to cool off this beautiful May Sunny rare weather. The oitdoor seats are just fantastic to enjoy your Gelato without it being metled.

Was expecting good things having heard a lot about them. Didn't really deliver for me sadly. Could have been an off day so I'll give it another go

Best mixed meat kebab in town. Nothing even comes close to it, all 3 meats are amazing.

The food was excellent but the service requires some improvement. There was little interaction and the food was placed on the table without asking who ordered what so we had to distribute the food to the correct recipients. Worth the money for food quality.

I enjoyed a delicious Korean meal. It reminded me of my time travelling South Korea. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Apologies no pictures as I was on a date. Now I love this place I am an avid tea drinker (as is my date, our first date was there) and have had lovely cakes and lunches there before. The afternoon tea was so disappointing. It’s priced £22 per head. We got a pot of our tea each. Some little sliced bread sandwiches. A fruit scone each and a cheese scone each. Then a few little traybakes. Blondiee, brownies etc (all tiny). I’m not much of a blondie and brownie fan anyway and they were overpoweringly sweet and I barely touched any. I was very surprised not to have any of their nice cakes. We asked for another pot of tea each. I had expected it would be free refills of tea as other places I have had afternoon tea they are. Apparently not as my total bill was £52.50. Also no one ever came to ask if we needed more tea. We had to flag a member of staff down when we saw one. My last afternoon tea in Newcastle was cake stories in Hoults yard which was far better. I felt this was really poor value for money. It was like all the cheap rubbish was used for afternoon tea. Very disappointing when I have enjoyed all my other visits here.

Plenty of sockets, top-notch brews, calm enough to hear ourselves think. 🍰 Afternoon-tea treat Gets busy, but the cakes and scones are worth the wait. I’d happily bring friends or family. 🛣️ Heads-up on the drive A few potholes right now, though fresh tarmac seems to be on the way. Looks grand, feels welcoming, and the service has been faultless every time. Five stars from a repeat visitor! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Thank you so much for such a lovely lunch. We went for a walk around Chilston Ponds and Heath then had a very early lunch. We had such excellent service, that we were able to order, eat and leave within 40mins as we had to get back straight away. Everyone really enjoyed their meal which was a belated birthday visit for my aunty. We were sat in one of the curved boothes which are so comfortable and private, I definitely prefer them. There is a stage in the centre where they have live music some nights. The vegan options were so delicious and unusual, even the meat eaters loved them. I love the decor and there is a pretty garden with patio. You can stay over as well, although I didn't visit the rooms. My aunty really enjoyed it, so thank you again 🌞

Food took over an hour to come, and the food is weatherspoons quality really not worth the money.. I rated the Atmosphere low to due other customers sending food back and complaining..unfortunately won't be returning

Lovely tea and a lovely pudding.Staff are friendly and helpful. Cosy place and very clean and lots of choice where you would like to sit.
