Great customer service. The food is nice. The mini golf is fun and different with the electrical element and score boards. The deal with mini golf and £27 spending money is good and works out cheaper.

Fun experience playing the putting. But the staff really seem like they don't want to be there. Also please drop the requirement to use the QR codes to sign in. I just want to book in person and play rather than mess around booking on my phone to then scan a QR code

Played the cube at Urban playgroup, very fun day. All staff very friendly and encouraging but Saba went above and beyond at the time making sure we had enjoyed the day and getting enough photos to look back on. Would recommend and do again if in the area.

I just want to say that all the staff were amazing and the one that stood out was Ethan he went above and beyond. He made our day.

The cube was fantastic. Really good fun with varied games. The food was to a very high standard. Putters was not as good. A good number of games didn't work. The staff checked but didn't reset failed games. This includes the final game. The downstairs area was shut down on the day we visited meaning the 18 hole option was 2x 9 holes where some holes were similar or the same game. The games are looking. Bit tatty and worn. There was a good DJ playing music, it was just too loud for a social day out whilst chatting with family.

Booked for my husbands 50th and the whole experience was amazing, well run and the staff are brilliant. Food in the venue was really great. We took are two children and they loved the games too!!! Would definately recommend this place great day of fun!

Seems to have gone quite downhill recently unfortunately - I've been with family / friends 4 or 5 times but there were numerous issues on our most recent visit: The upstairs bar was closed which means a trip downstairs and back for drinks, which is awkward when you need to carry a few. The escalator is still broken, and the lift was not in use which makes carrying drinks even more awkward. And when I did hike down to get a coffee, the coffee machine (which looked pretty cheap) broke and there were no other hot drinks. To add insult to injury a refund proved too complex to arrange and I had to return later to speak to a supervisor before being refunded. Still, the place was fairly busy so maybe my experience was a one off, though I won't be in a hurry to go back.

The Cube is decent, lot of different fun games and far from the easiest. Fun experience which I would recommend for sure. Inside the shopping centre next door to Foot Asylum

If you don't get to go on the real TV show, this is the closest thing you're going to get. Unreal job of replicating the gameshow. Loved the layout of it. Fair value for the price tbh. Would go again. Recommend going in a 4 otherwise have to 2 v 2 against a random pair which is what we did, and it was still great.

Overall great experience! Attended as a couple, played against another couple which was lovely! Games for all abilities and generally a fun evening. Drinks reasonable and staff very helpful. pricey but worth it

. Took my son and his four friends to play 9 holes at the lower level today for his 12th birthday on Saturday 26 April . We play crazy golf most weeks all over the north west so my son knows what good looks like. Two clubs stopped being recognised by the system halfway through and had to be up dated but shots were missed. In general shots were not being counted left right and centre by all players . The last hole the most important hole in the game just did not work as ball's were not being supplied . My son asked me why I booked there. Imagine being a dad and have your 12 year old son ask you that . Very upsetting for me. We took two buses to get there and the course just isn’t fit for purpose

One member of staff was very rude which ruined the experience. The last hole would not register with my club. I was accused of missing a hole out and told I would need to play the hole again and queue up again for the final hole. When I refused she stormed off with my club and virtually threw it at me when she returned. She also muttered something under her breath. I don’t expect this when I had paid to have a day out with my family!

A really fun day out. We have older kids and it's hard finding things to do with them and when we came across this, we had to give it a go as we were big fans of the show. It did not disappoint. The games are a lot harder than it seems. Was worried as it felt expensive but well worth it when you get there.

We had booked 18 holes at the crazy golf for yesterday, but when we got there we could only do 9 holes due to a technical issue. The staff were really apologetic, gave us free drinks vouchers & refunded us the difference. We did the 9 holes which my girls loved, will deffo return.

I came here with my friend for a chilled night out and I must say George (I think he’s a manager) was so friendly, informative, knowledgeable and always had a smile on his face. (I also liked his dance moves). Drinks were nice, had a wide variety and food was delicious, shout out to the chefs for cooking amazing burgers and chicken.

Luke was incredibly helpful, such a wonderful guy, as are all the staff here. The best time we had

The is a great place if you visit when it's not so quiet (I went when my son on Thursday, 1pm) . I thought that we would be partnered up with another pair, as stated on the website at the time of booking, but we ended up doing the cube on our own which just wasn't as much fun as I'd expected (having been before, with a large group of friends on a busy Saturday afternoon , which was really fun and exciting). We paid £42 each and the experience was done in less than 1 hour and the we us going slow in between each cube. So it was a lot of money for not that much entertainment. Had we been against another pair, it would have taken longer which would have felt more worth the cost. It's a well run place and staff are nice, though given how quiet it was, they could have been a bit more generous with the odd tiny practice here and there.

4 of us went to play the cube today and it was honestly brilliant! All of us had a great time and it’s run so well! Will 100% return to do it again. Great day.

We booked the cube game as me and my partner were up in Manchester for the weekend. Our booking was for 2pm and we didn’t officially get started till 2.30 due to it being quite busy on a Saturday afternoon. Coats and bags can be stored for free in their cloakroom so you don’t have to drag your things around which was a plus. It was quite loud so can be hard to hear when staff are explaining things to you for each of the games. In addition it was boiling so we were getting a bit restless after standing waiting to start our games after other people. Nonetheless after we got going eventually we had a drink and got round a few of the cube games and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely come back again it was nice to do something different!

Highly recommend the cube experience in Urban Playground. Upon entrances it looks super cool but gives a feel of unorganised and busy HOWEVER it’s so well organised it’s great. Scan your QR code, you get told what game next to go to and you scan as you go round so it’s never long wait times. The games are fantastic and feel very much like it looks on tv. we had a fantastic time.

What a great place for a laugh. Well priced and loads of fun. Cocktails are amazing here, value for money is great, they are strong! We were served by an amazing bartender Sal, great recommendations and made beautiful cocktails. True gentleman.

First time Me and the hubby took Our Grandson age 9 the 9 hole pitch and put next time the 18 hole well recommend it the staff are nice That why I gave it 5 stars 🌟

We tried the mini-golf upstairs (9 holes) for £16 for two. The course and the concept are very nice! The staff was welcoming :)

Recommend ! Honestly shocked at how good this place is, I really really enjoyed it, games are soo good just like the tv show , brings out your competitiveness , I loved how there’s tables at each of the activities and you can take your food and drink round with you , the games are brilliant , 4 of us went and we loved it will 10000% be coming back.

We booked the 2 games but didn't get chance to do the second one because it was so busy. For the game we did play it was really fun. Definitely some inconsistencies in the scoring but it's all fun.

As 2 adults and 2 teenagers, we loved the cube and played the golf afterwards which was also brilliant fun. Definitely would recommend both

While the cube is undoubtedly a fun and good experience, the price does not justify the activity. The cube autoselects which missions you will have and only 7 out of the 12. When there's only 2 of you, your time is up within 20 minutes. All 12 cubes should be included at the very least! The online menu differed to the in-house menu so had to eat elsewhere. Overall a disappointing experience.

We played the golf, was great fun and all digital. Helpful and attentive staff. They had a live DJ and plenty of choice for drinks. We were welcomed at the door which was nice and my only complaint was that it was very warm inside.

A wonderfully fun and relaxing experience, with the option to get competitive if you’re up for the challenge!

Myself and partner visited “The cube” on a weekend away. It was all amazing fun and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing an exciting atmosphere. The only downfall would be that you do not compete in all games available there and that you don’t choose which one’s you do. Overall fun and would definitely recommend for something competitive and different to do.

Same for sons birthday he did putters with his friend and they had a really good time will go back again
