Absolutely amazing, we have been in a couple times for pizza (our favourite food) which has always been amazing, so when we planned our wedding and found out they offered catering in their (wild kitchen),it was like it was ment to be. the service was absolutlely amazing, they brought extra staff to pour drinks for people as our venue (comrie croft) was DIY. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, the communication though out the day was amazing and made the day practically stress free, offering us a flexible time scale that flowed with the day. most importantly can i say the food was out off this world, all off the guests absolutely loved it and was one off the highlights off the day. Looking forward to many visits 😊

We were driving through the area on a holiday from Canada and, as fans of James, decided to make the stop to the pub. Our experience was phenomenal. The food was extremely delicious, service was excellent and the pub is lovely. So glad we got a chance to visit, highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the mill forge on Saturday, and it was amazing from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and they couldn't do enough to make sure our day was perfect. All rooms were lovely, spacious, and clean. We had a meal in the restaurant the night before and a few drinks in the bar, which was lovely. Breakfast was very nice too. Myself and my husband can't wait to come back in the future 😌

The duck and plum sauce noodles were delicious! The portion sizes are decent and filling, with the pieces of duck cut thickly with a slight crisp to the skin! The rice noodles are nice with a beef broth + spicy sauce that warms you right up! Would visit again!

On member of staff very poor service food orders mixed up and taken to Wong table one member of staff swearing at the other knife also dirty and food also cold after 45 minutes wait

Went for food and not to stay, the food was however, really good, the pizza was hot with a beautiful thin base, plenty of good quality toppings and the home made tiramisu to finish off, amazing!

The service and food were amazing here. The food came out just as beautiful as the pictures in the menu. We will definitely be back when we come back to London.

Very much style over substance. Perfect for Instagram, however, at a closer look money needs to be spent on the finer details. Granted we had afternoon tea on a Tuesday lunchtime, it was fairly quiet. Only two other ladies in the garden on a beautiful day. We were served by a lovely girl who was very helpful and attentive. We ordered some drinks and our afternoon tea bench then followed. It looked fabulous and our server told us what each item was. The mini beef lasagna was very tasty, however the sweet chilli chicken taco was very over cooked and chewy. When I say the finer details need addressing, the sauce sachets (which I don't like at the best of times) were from a cash and carry and not Heinz or Hellmans. After having the chips and onion rings, we were really quite full so just shared a couple of the eight sweet items. The tri-coloured sponge was very dry. Probably because we were sat outside on a warm day and it wasn't wrapped in a cake case. We drank our raspberry mojito and asked for a cake box to take our cakes home. The waitress brought over some paper bags, again, from the same cash & carry. Cake boxes are not expensive, just add the cost into the afternoon tea price. Way too much food for one sitting. We left the carrot cakes as they would have got squashed in the paper bag. Over the next 24 hours we shared the remaining cookies, brownies and cornflake cakes with family. The cookies were revolting, no sugar had been added. I've no ever had a non-sweet chocolate cookie before, and I won't be wanting to taste one again. The cornflake mini egg nests were a hit tho. In the garden there are two domes which can be hired for group bookings. Not quite the same floral decor as the rest of the building and the furniture throughout is very higgledy piggledy and just doesn't seem in keeping. Only my point of view Having bought several vouchers for friend's gifts over a couple of years, having been sold The Bush Inn on Instagram, I will no longer be doing that. Just a few changes would make The Bush Inn a fantastic destination place to visit. It's a shame I write a negative review but still highlighting the positives.

Nice restaurant for couples with nice atmosphere. Food was very good and staff were friendly. Bit pricier than pubs but alot of the time you pay for what you get.

Booked the Circle of Life afternoon tea for my 7 year old granddaughters birthday treat. Having been several times previously I knew that it would be a great experience and I was not wrong. We all had a wonderful time, including my other 18 month old granddaughter who was accommodated in a high chair and munched through her sandwiches and cake very happily. The staff even took the time to light a birthday candle for the birthday girl which was a lovely touch. She's already asking what the new theme will be that she can go to. Mummy, Daddy and Grandma will be very happy to oblige.

A step back in time! Beautiful building. Warm welcome. Lovely serving ladies. Scrumptious warm scones. Tasty tea. All served in China cups, silver teapots and linen serviettes. Menu large with plenty of choice. Delightful experience

Room was a good size and comfortable. The service was very good. Food excellent.

Mog on the tyne everytime I go and see the beautiful cats and the lovely staff I will miss the cats trying to get my hot chocolate and dawn hiss at the staff of trying to get my hot chocolate i will miss give cat treats to the cats and just see the beautiful cats I miss them all sooo much I'm sad that mog on the tyne in closing I have the best memories with them and I will always remember all the cats and staff

I decided to take my wife and toddler here yesterday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Service was very quick, which is great when you have a toddler at the table. The thai green curry was perfect, and the rest of the food was amazing too.

Lovely pub and exceptional food. Two different menus at the time of going - one called “ 48.5 miles” which has food sourced locally from with a 48.5 mile radius of the kinda head.
