Great night out for anyone! The cocktails were delicious and masterfully made!
Update: still going to this B@1 and having a fab time. 10/10 recommend
Update: still fab
A curious wee wine bar in one of the oldest parts of Inverness. The staff were informative and helpful and obviously knew their stuff. The food looked good but we only had drinks.
Pizza is tasty, but ours was super small - also in contrast to the others. We weren't fed up and paid 50 pounds for it.
The service was very slow, we also waited over an hour for the pizza, even though it wasn't that busy.
Hardly ever open, customer served me with no joy or happiness.
Been coming here for years but since the staff has changed, the service has drastically reduced in friendlyness. Came on Sunday with family and was closed and disappointed as hopeful for better service.
Food was ok but won’t come again due to atmosphere and service
Sorry guys it's rare for me to leave a bad review as a regular but tonight was terrible.
Tiger prawn Puree? Tiny rubber prawns smaller than my finger nail 100s of them never seen such small cheap prawns certainly not TIgers, see pic.
Prawn curry, again 100s tiny tiny rubber prawns, lots of water on the plate from the curry never a good sign.
Wont be ordering again.
Good but could be great…
We enjoyed our visit overall and will try again in the future. We liked the kimchi jeon, dongaseu, and tteokbokki very much.
But there was room for improvement in other areas. The chicken in the jjimdak was very bland and really needs a higher quality of meat to carry it. The rice was very disappointing when we were expecting Korean rice, but seemed like cheap long grain.
The service also requires some work, with some dishes taking a long time to come out without explanation, and waiting for cutlery as the food got cold. I am sure this will improve with time, as our waiters seemed very new.
Wishing you all the best! Looking forward to coming back
Good food but condescending, rude staff and overpriced to sit in a plain, white wall room. We pay the same price in some of the best places in the west end of Glasgow so when we came here when visiting family it was a shock. Not to mention the reception and service from the staff. Would not come back.
Came here for dinner last week and really impressed. Friendly staff who knew the menu well, had pride in the restaurant and you could tell they genuinely cared if you were enjoying yourselves. Catered for my friends peanut allergy. Delicious and affordable pho and bun. Best vietnamese in the area.
Today at Cafe Rose I paid £9:50 for scrambled eggs, I'm presuming it was 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon on toast, as a sandwich. Now I enjoy good expensive food but this was an absolute piss take!
CALL THE COPS!!
