An amazing find in delightful Pickering in a lovely quiet residential area a few minutes walk away from the Steam Railway and town centre.
Warm welcome from our host. We had a lovely room overlooking the rear garden. It's a beautiful old building with nice high ceilings, and the room we had was fresh, light and contemporary. Everything was clean.
The breakfast was excellent. Fruit salad was fresh. Kippers were on offer, and my partner had the full English which looked amazing. The sausages were gluten free from a local butcher, so intolerances can be catered for with notice.
A delightful stay, and an absolute must when we return to the area.

Lovingly prepared heritage food from Sham and Alexa.
A fusion of flavours from Gujarati, Ugandan and Western family recipes, beautifully presented.
I urge anybody in the Falmouth / Penryn locality and beyond to delight and mesmerise their tastebuds.
Excellent pricing and wonderfully friendly hosts.
Delicious freshly made food in a quirky church conversion. Fantastic - build your own pizza, for meat lovers or vegans. Nachos were fab. Open till 8 as an alternative to the pub menus. Also does takeaway. It was minus one outside but cosy inside. Not licensed but no corkage fee so you can bring alcohol in. Helpful staff. Fab.

I went to An dárna with my wife to celebrate a special occasion as we had heard about the restaurant. It was an absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to taste all the delicate and well curated dishes we tried. Every single one from the starter to the dessert was absolutely beautiful and so tasty.
The staff was brilliant and so gentle and caring telling all the story behind the dishes. This made the experience even more interesting and engaging. The bread was beautifully wrapped, warm and presented with a homemade butter in a wooden board that definitely got us in love. The restaurant is very casual with a fine design that makes you feel unique. Everything from the crockery to the Seating and booths were 10/10. The price for the tasting menu is absolutely fantastic and it allows you to have a taste of all the full menu that they could offer. Not to forget that the drinks available are also superb and for all tastes. Wines from all-over the world, great selection!
They change the menu every so often which makes you want to come again and try the new pieces of ear art. Definitely we will come back to this restaurant and encourage all foodies to try and don't miss this opportunity. Huge congratulations to all staff chefs and managers for making what a simple lunch could be in a really special experience to remember.

The best double chocolate muffins in the area! Good prices, very friendly team and plenty of choice, plus the sausage rolls are delicious. Queues out the door sometimes but worth the wait!
This bakery is fantastic and produces wonderful cakes, pastries and artisan bread. Unfortunately, the lady who served me yesterday was very glum and not at all welcoming. Must have been an off day. I WILL go back as the bread is amazing. Cheer up lass!
