El lugar está bien decorado y se obtiene esa sensación de Nairobi cuando entras en él, que Karibu Sana acogedor sonríe y gestos de brazo abierto. De todas las críticas rotundas que escuché y leí, esperaba un lugar grande. ¡Ay! Había 20 comensales y el lugar estaba lleno. No más mesas vacías. Aparentemente la mayor parte de su negocio es a través de comida para llevar y entrega. Apenas sorprendió ya que no había Mandaz en el menú. ¡Vete! El chapati tuvo que ser hecho insistir. Para la comida, 🥘 bien preparada y fresca. Los entrantes de Samoosas fueron de sabor promedio. Demasiado picante para nuestros paladares infantiles, así que se saltaron eso. Para la mayoría, había una variedad de carnes, siendo Mbuzi Nyama la más favorita. Como malaui, disfruté el pescado en salsa. ¡Pukka! Nuestra otra familia se quejó de su carne, sintió que no había sido cocinada a la parrilla, sino frita. Lo probé y estuve de acuerdo. Eso no era nyama choma. Un poco como choma frito al aire. Viajamos una hora en coche para llegar aquí. La unidad no vale la pena la experiencia, pero era una relación calidad-precio. Lástima que no hubiera gorra blanca Tusker.

Great food at reasonable prices, with very friendly service, and no background music!(Yay!) Tiramisu to die for! Great veggie option.

Our recent visit to Kaabo Lounge was truly memorable. The authentic Nigerian cuisine served with meticulous attention to hygiene standards left us thoroughly impressed. After being recommend this restaurant by friends. My partner and I went along to try it out and we were not disappointed! Incredible food. Our lovely waitress, Azeb recommended the veggie option and the lamb. They were both very tasty and the lamb was to die for. We will definitely be coming back and telling our friends about this place!

Having never had Ethiopian food, we wanted to give it a try. I had an absolutely delicious vegan combo plate, and the service was lovely. The prices are so good for the amount you get, we left with full happy bellies. Will definitely go back!

Authentic Ethiopian Cuisine & Great Hospitality! This was the second time I tried Ethiopian cuisine, and it did not disappoint. We visited Mesi Kitchen as a group of 22, and the experience was fantastic. Since Ethiopian food is traditionally shared, we split into smaller groups of four to enjoy the meal. Our group ordered a sharing platter for four, along with lamb tibs and doro wat. The food was flavourful, well-prepared, and truly enjoyable. I definitely recommend having a sharing platter, as the portions are much larger, and I feel you get more variety. A couple in our group shared a platter for two, and it seemed much smaller in comparison. We had a few Ethiopians in our group, and they were really happy with the food, which is always a great sign of authenticity! The staff were incredibly friendly and easy-going, even with our large group moving around to chat. They were helpful and patient, which I thoroughly appreciated. One thing I’d recommend for the future is avoiding a single large bill at the end. Unfortunately, I forgot to mention this in advance, and it made splitting the payment quite tricky. If one person makes a mistake, it can leave others trying to figure out who owes what, which can take away from an otherwise amazing experience. The owner did mention that they could have handled it differently had we informed them beforehand, but for large groups, it would be helpful if the staff gave a polite reminder about this option in advance—it would definitely save a headache when it comes to paying. Overall, Mesi Kitchen delivered an excellent Ethiopian dining experience with great food and welcoming service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Ethiopian cuisine in a friendly and relaxed setting!

The Blue Nile is a gem in the heart of Woolwich. The food is outstanding only to be outmatched by the fantastic service.

One of the big treasures you can find in town. The most delicious food all prepared and served by the most wonderful Ethiopian lady in a very cosy place.

I've been coming to K's Spice African restaurant with friends for years and I must say it's my go to place for everything Naija cuisine. Both the owner and his staff are sooo customer focus and they always aim to provide the best food and service.

It was a nice experience and food was great. Ola was amazing and very helpful with choosing our dishes. The food was well priced.

Good quality falafel and salads either in a box or in a pitta. There are a few tables inside and 2 or 4 outside. It is not cheap - a box of falafel with pitta and a small bottle of water cost over £10. Nevertheless I had a good lunch and will probably return.

Delicious and authentic vegan Ethiopian food from one of the best Eritrean venues in North London. Visit for a range of small dishes served alongside injura.

The quality of the food and flavours in this restaurant is off the scale! I can’t wait to return……..
