The best restaurants serving Thai food in Cheshire East North West

Always on time, and always great food

This is the last time I have a take away from here. Everytime before I read the reviews and think I’ve been unlucky but tonight is the last time I repeat the same expensive and disappointing experience. My partner ordered chicken in special southern Thai sauces - honestly it had a few pieces of overcooked chicken in a watery soup, not a sauce, packed out with 2 big pieces of cauliflower and 2 of broccoli to try and make it look like it was worth £18! I had the drunken tofu noodles - smallest portion ever with huge pieces of pepper and greasy tofu to pack it out - it was worth £6 and cost £12. I could go on but I won’t. It is poor quality and over priced.

We eat here regularly and have booked for the Sunday lunch today. I can honestly say we have always enjoyed the food at Phanthong. It is our go to Thai restaurant of choice and nowhere else quite matches up. My wife makes excellent Thai food so we are choosy

We came for dinner a couple of weeks ago, the restaurant has a lovely, relaxing feel and the tables are nicely spaced so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of other diners. Food was delicious, we had prawn crackers, vegetable spring rolls, larb salad and chicken phad ped. Service was attentive without being overbearing. We had a great meal.

I have been going to this take away for 15 years, even though I live in Crewe! Nice staff, cooked in front of you, top notch every time. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Tried several Thai restaurants, this is by far the best, most tasty food, lovely family run place, always welcoming & so helpful if you enquire about any dishes etc. We'll worth a visit.

Fabulous food and great service as always , there were 4 of us and all of our food was amazing. One of the best Thai restaurants I have eaten in. Keep up the great work, we have been coming here for years. We’ve never had a bad meal but we have noticed it is not as busy as usual which is a shame as it is such a gem and an authentic Thai restaurant.

Placed an order on the app and was told it would be an hour. We rang to see how long it would be after one hour and were told it would be 10 minutes as it was out for delivery. After a further 40 minutes we cancelled the order and asked that the driver was returned to the shop. The meal finally arrived after 1hr 50 minutes.

Never been, google wont leave me alone so have a free 5 stars
