The best restaurants serving Seafood food in Norwich East of England

A brilliant chippy. All food is cooked to order. It's fresh & fabulous. The batter on the fish is lovely & crisp & the fish perfectly cooked. Not too greasy. And now a weekly treat!

Went here for the first time today, it is a lovely place, the staff were very friendly and kind when they explained about not taking card but I could get cash from the post office machine, the food is great and very fairly priced, I will definitely be going back.

Sad that they are closing after all these years. Always Friendly and with good quality fish & chips.

Somethings happened. The chips are probably one of the worst I've had in a while. Got a portion and couldn't even eat half of them. Used to be one of the best places to get sausage and chips. Services isn't the same.

Very good food We had the seafood platter with Cromer crab.excellelt food and drink. Champagne was lovely and refreshing Connor was very attentive .

Terrible, sorry but the quality of meat is not good! Chewy and just bland! Trying to be Michelin…you need to offer sauces and something to compliment the meat a plate of meat is just boring! The weird potatoes doesn’t substitute chips you aren’t a posh restaurant just serve chips. Over all just an over priced rubbish experience and I just wouldn’t return. The staff very lovely.

Found a black hair in my fish and chips. Im ginger, so definitely wasnt mine. Say no more.

Excellent price and Excellent portion sizes (their small plaice is bigger than the medium from my closer shop and much bigger chip servings). Friendly and polite staff. Due to all this, it is normally pretty busy....however, they have a great system where they give you a buzzer which vibrates when your order is ready. This means you can wait in the comfort of your car.

Great quality food, speedy delivery. Cannot fault anything!

Although it's called the Golden Fish it serves Chinese Food. We were staying nearby in a Houseboat, we rang in our order and collected it 15 minuts later. The food was really good, plenty of meat in the mixed chop suey and mixed sweet and sour. Large portions too. A delicious meal.
