Gone downhill, food is still great but rude customer service. I know what it’s like working at peak times, but that doesn’t excuse rudeness and pure incompetence.

Great food at a great price at dinner time

It is no longer 'all you can eat' due to Covid restrictions, but that actually suited us better. We got a table immediately (the other places were full) and the food came quickly. My pizza had more veg on it than I've ever had before, and tasted great. The only disappointment is that they literally only do pizza. Service was great - plenty of staff and very attentive.

Issues via Uber eats. It didnt take into consideration distance. Called me to cancel the Order, no worries life happens. However, despite the cancelation Uber eats took the money and refused a refund. The team at this location was so helpful in sorting this out and giving me evidence to get my Money back. They didnt have to go above and beyond but they did. I cant say anything about the food but the team is amazing. Once I am back in the area I will be going just to give them my business. (Big up Tom thank you mate)

This place really needs a good looking over, the staff working there you'd swear the sauces are coming out of their own pockets when you ask for some. We had 2 big tasty on Saturday and a happy meal, the big tasty was stone cold the chips tasted hours old and freezing also. Bare in mind £8.29 for a crappy big tasty meal is a piss take. Throughout the night one of us was ill 🤢 now that's saying something to think that's the only thing that was eaten that day. And it shows how poor it was the little one only had 1 chicken nuggets and around 3 chips eaten from her happy meal. Local mcdonalds to us but the last time we will be going there. Rather go further afield than stick money in this mcdonalds

Pizzas no tan buenas como antes, , y precio deja de ser una ocurrencia regular aun con vales, el abba ha cambiado de manos, y no para mejor, lo siento pero cierto

Utter terrible service ordered a ranch bbq, and almost half the toppings were missing, but the young man that served me was brilliant he was kind and sweet and hadn't seen him in a while, maybe a week ago it almost makes up for the utter horrendous service and the terrible food that they serve AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS worst food in ebbw vale angry😡🤬

Ordered 3 pizzas for collection. They were promptly in the oven and collected. On sitting down to eat with family we immediately noticed they were drowned in garlic salt, bottom of boxes also covered in it. Ruined all the pizzas, completed email feedback and nothing further heard. Don’t waste you money

El pollo de carbón quemado kabab sabía que indica el metal no habían limpiado correctamente. Como poco en uno de los trozos de pollo una gran vena era parte en la boca y parte en mi trozo de pollo. No estaba seguro de si para realizar cirugía o pedir un vet. Un cartel de pollo, lo siento por la gente a pagar una buena cantidad de dinero para la comida. El exterior podía ser más acogedor y limpio. Aparcamiento muy limitado que puede ir por el co-op o en su aparcamiento si ocupado. Me examinará de nuevo en 6 meses.

This place is absolutely terrible. Waited 2 hours for food. Rung the restaurant to ask where it was and when it was going to be here. The guy I spoke to was extreamly rude and aggressive telling me the food will get there when it gets there and was told he’d “come to my address and smash my head in” when I questioned why it was taking so long

A budget friendly take out with very good food. More quantity and quality for a cheaper price. Also the owner is very friendly.
