Domino's Pizza in Pembrokeshire

90% of the tome it's overcooked, hardly any cheese and they stopped doing 1/2 and 1/2 pizzas... WHY??? Crap compared to other branches.

Driver refused to deliver to old age complex,I'm in a wheelchair and he said you come down to me,how did you get up there in first place..he then took delivery away...dominos don't deliver to old disabled people..I was unable to meet this bully's demand.where does it state that dominos won't serve oaps?

Every time they forget something never have a polite answer on the phone! Argumentative Staff with a rude attitude towards customers and sound like they don’t care and could do with going on a customer service course to improve how the deal with problems from customers. Same answer every time it’s a joke will no longer be a customer to this place no more! Shame as it has such potential but yet so little respect to their paying customers! HR will be contacted!! Get some respect for paying customers! Disgrace

Been ordering pizza takeaway delivery from here ever since they opened - probably once every couple of months . They couldn’t be better 🔝👍🏻 Excellent quality, excellent service, delicious hot food, brilliant everytime 👏🏼 We have never had a wrong order, delayed time or cold meal. The staff have always been extremely helpful on the odd occasion there was an online query . Can’t fault them - well done Dominoes Neyland, hard working people doing a great job - thankyou very much we appreciate you all 😋😋

This is the first time we have ever ordered a Dominos Pizza and it most certainly won't be the last! Very quick turn around on our order, beautifully cooked, the topping were generous and full of flavour nothing like what we were expecting. The Pizza base was am\zing too. Ten out of Ten for everything. Excellent price too.

Ordered Chicken Feast Pizza, wedges and garlic bread..... food was delivered on time and was hot.... but that’s the only good points.. Hardly any chicken and mushrooms... wedges weren’t cooked in the middle... disaster really

Went to buy pizzas then realise that employees wasn’t wearing no gloves or masks😂 handling boxes and everything! Then sent out for delivery! Shocking!!!!!!!!!!!!! McDonald’s are doing it excellent compared to dominos😡

Ordered with a Go-Compare £20 voucher. Online ordering was easy, food arrived early, was hot and tasty. Unless you have a deal the prices are steep.

Tried to order from 2 different dominoes restraints that are both in Haverfordwest. Neither of them delivered to my area. However I receive leaflets to order from them. Neither one is more than a 15 minute drive to my home address. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered online at 5.45pm for collection at 6.15pm,(When we ordered a delivery the guy was more interested in telling us how crap the company was for giving him a small bag of change, which took 10 minutes, consequently pizza was cold) 6.50pm still waiting.7pm got pizzas only to discover when home the vegi pizza had ham on it! Tenby is better quality of food.

If you use the deals this place is amazing, Food delivery has been top notch with speed and friendly delivery drivers. The food itself is really fresh and you have to try the cookies!

Disgraceful customer service! Made a telephone order for home delivery tonight to which our address was taken and we we even asked was it a cash payment on delivery to which we said yes. Told delivery would be about 45 mins wait, after an hour we called thrn to see where our order was and the staff were clueless and said it cant be long as its been over an hour so another 30 mins later we call back to get put on hold for 10 nins to then be told that we were going to collect it. Unm no, to then they replied there will be no deliveries.. How the hell is that good service! Never again! What a disgrace!

Went to try the new dominos and bought 2 medium stuffed crust pizzas and 2 sides of nachos and wedges extremely over priced at 28 quid food was terrible total waste of money anyone who can eat that rubbish from there must have no taste buds pizzas in aldi and ldle priced at under 3 quid far far better needless to say will not be returning

Ordered food for 6.30pm received a text at 6.29 to say food be ready in 8 minutes. My son rang me at 6.43 to say he was still waiting . He arrived home at 7pm the pizzas were hotish but all sides & chicken strips were only lukewarm! Had I not been unwell I would have taken it all back !! Food tasted lovely but by the time I ate the sides they were cold ! I spent £42 for cold food ! Very disappointed !!!
