Domino's Pizza in Gwynedd

Always come here for food (on my cheat days) and it's always worth it. Everything's well priced and everything that I've had tastes amazing, especially their cheese burger.

Not bad at all, one of the nicest dominoes I've had in all honesty. Delivery was quick and the food was nice and hot. Driver was very friendly, would definitley order again

No stars at all as they are rude staff and hanging up all the time. We spoke to Steven to place an order but he kept hanging up on us numerous times. When we eventually got through he stated “STD clinic, what seems to be the problem?”. Then when we got through again, he hung up on us. Then, when we rung up he said he could not hear us on the line amd then hung up again and acted all innocent. What a disgrace of a firm saying that, we wont have their STD riddled pizzas ever again so we have taken our service elsewhere. Horrible and inefficient service that needs trading standards involvement.

I had food from this store. The order was raw, incorrect toppings, incorrect base, not cooked properly, had to drive 15+ miles back to the store coz they wouldent answer my calls. Then i got there, very very rude, it wasent long ago he stqrted there and he was beying shown what to do now hes upgraded to manager. I have the whole calls recorded, also have my visit to the store video recorded. He said i need to run my store, as i said answering complaints they did rong is a part of running it. DISGUSTING, WONT BE HAVING FOOD THERE AGAIN, BYE BYE GOOD REGULAR LOYAL CUSTOMER!!

Entered the store to collect nice looking friendly sounding Welsh bloke was behind the counter, reprised the order “2 medium pizzas, 2 sides and a Coke Zero”, passed my order on the counter and said “have a nice day” and I went on my merry way back home. I wouldn’t recommend buying this every day as I always make my own dinners but I know some people eat this daily. 100% service. Will miss this place after graduating and the deliveries maybe sometimes hit and miss but same guy who works behind the counter does deliveries too. He’s like a Super Saiyan or Terminator who will “absolutely will not stop, ever!”

Gone from good to horrible!They seem to have substituted cheese for the tomato sauce! So bad the toppings won’t stick to the pizza when you pick it up! Not just one pizza but all four!It was a regular treat to have a takeaway from here for the kids and us, however we’ll now be going elsewhere after two consecutive tomato sauce on bread instances!

Ordered pizza at 22:48 this evening (22/03/2020) at 23:05 it said on the pizza tracker that it was out for delivery but didn't not turn up until 23:50. The pizza was stone cold, the drink was flat and the delivery driver was very rude.I was a regular customer but after this I will no longer be ordering from dominos!

I order from this store regularly and have had a good experience most times. however i visited this store last night and spoke to the manager about an issue with money coming out of my account twice which has happened before and i have spoken to plenty of staff happy to help, however last night i spoke to the ‘manager’ called Nigel, who VERY rude from the minute he walked over, before he had even spoken a word I could see from his body language that he had no experience in good customer service at all! He continued to be very rude and not willing to help me at all as i showed my bank statement confirming the money had gone out twice! After a 30 second chat as he wasn’t willing to spend any more time trying to help me, he stood silently and stared at me making me feel very uncomfortable. The food never disappoints however the manager definitely did. all other staff lovely and very willing to help!! Nigel could definitely do with some customers service training!!

I order from here regularly, and can recommend the pizza's and the speed.of deliveries. The only let down is the past two times I have ordered the Cinnamon Dippers, the sauce has been forgotten. Disappointing!

i ordered x2 large original cheese and tomato pizza at 8:05pm on the 27.02.19. on the app it said that it was delivered but there was no sign of the pizza, there for i called them at 9:30pm, they stated that it would be there in 10 minutes... 30 minutes later it turned up at 10pm. its was stone cold, i had to re-heat it in the microwave. I get that it gets busy but waiting near enough two hours for the order is unacceptable.

Had lunch at Dominos Bangor on a rainy Saturday. Made our order at the counter and waited for our food. The wait was reasonable and everything was correct in our order despite them forgetting to hand us the drink that was included in our deal. Staff were fairly friendly and attentive. Everywhere seemed clean. Overall good (and tasty!) experience.

Placed our order on Sunday just passed for one of the £23.99 deals to be delivered to my house and ordered via the app. App suggested out of delivery about 30 mins after the order was placed which was fair enough. Waited another 30 mins to call to ask about the order to be told ‘sorry we’re busy it’ll be there in 5’ (I live outside Bangor so I gave extra delivery time) so waited another 25-30 mins before calling again to another staff member. Who said the same thing ‘sorry but it’ll be there in 5 mins’ and offered us discount on our order as it was well over 1.5 hrs since it was ordered. So by this point waited another 15 mins to call again. Us thinking this pizza is going to be cold if its been sat waiting to be delivered for ages. Finally the ordered arrived, quite cold and just okay. Still waiting on the refund but I’ll give it another few days. Would go elsewhere next time or make the effort to collect if that desperate.

We waited 2 hours to collect just 1 medium pizza, a garlic bread and chocolate pizza. We called several times and the service was slow although the people somewhat helped us.The pizzas were nice but after waiting 2 hours we could have at least had an apology or even a soery.

The store was understaffed however worked very efficiently and were very apologetic and polite! Thanks for a lovely experience!

Items that I asked for weren’t received in my order. I went up to the counter to ask for them but was ignored multiple times by two different members of staff. At one point one of them even stood there on his phone!

This is one of my favourite places to have pizzas purely based on taste, but when you factor price into it, I hardly ever go to dominoes as it is incredibly high priced. That's it really great food, but way too costly.

Overpriced junk food that’s it in a nutshell. I would rather go to Marks and Spencer’s and by a similar Pizza for £5.00 paying this outfit almost £15 never again . People who frequent this place must have money to burn .

So, I ordered a veggie pizza and it contained chicken, which I didn't discover until I started chewing on it. It was totally awful and when I contacted the shop they sent me from pillar to post - to social media and finally to customer complaints - I spoke to one person via email who did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation, despite me having evidence, date, time of order and complete order. I didn't have the order number and my complaint was left at that. Pretty awful service, pizza's came cold too. So yeah, I'll be going back to my old favourites in Llandudno...

You'd expect a certain level of care and hygiene with such a large company. Staff weren't exactly the most pleasant on the phone, had to make many phone call attempts as they didn't pick up and when I did get through I was on hold for a while.

I have just waited 2 hours for a damn pizza, I rang them twice and it has now just arrived. I urge you do NOT order from here, there is no quality or service. Disgusting.

I am a regular customer. They always do a great job and get it right every time. The spicy wings are PENG.

Dominos Bangor is usually great, the pizza is always tasty and it's usually delivered super quick. Only once I've had service that wasn't great but they sorted it with giving us money off for their mistake

It's dominos...overpriced variable quality pizza, but it conveniently gets delivered to your door! Some times it's superfast, sometimes it's outrageously late Pretty standard dominos!

Dominos Pizza de es, sin duda, una delicia ya que es caro, sobre todo para una gran familia. Mi pareja y yo tenía Dominos unas cuantas veces, hemos tenido servicio horrible y hemos tenido servicio impresionante! Esto es justo como y otra pizza Dominos y se lo recomendaría a cualquiera! Las ofertas son generalmente buenos también :)

Vivo en la misma zona, así que algunas veces pedir una pizza desde aquí ... Puedo utilizar el seguimiento en línea para ver dónde está ... Ha sido siempre a tiempo (o si no, se disculpó) y pizza es también delicioso!

Expensive takeaway, last order I will ever make here as received incorrect order (one pizza was medium with wrong toppings instead of large). Arrived 55 minutes after ordering, delivery guy told me to phone and reorder (he was polite and it wasnt his fault). Spoke to rather arrogant ?manager who said he would need the order to be returned before I could reorder or I would not get the price of one pizza deducted. I suggested he place the order and start the process of prep/bake etc and the wrong order would be back before the new one released-which he did. An older guy delivered the correct order (1 hour and 30 mins after original order placed) and questioned what the problem was with the first and why we didnt just keep it. Was not refunded price of that pizza, received card in the post saying 'oops sorry we were late!' with code for £5 off next order. NO THANKS!Dominoes-you need to buck up your ideas!! Far superior quality pizzas available locally and via just eat delivered

Went once and it was the worst dominoes I have ever had in the uk, us or abroad elsewhere.My theory is the franchise opened up in an area without sufficient population to provide business. After all Bangor is the second smallest city in Great Britain, after Saint Davids.Therefore if there not busy, the staff arnt gaining the skills to produce a standard dominoes you would get in any real City or town such as Milton Keynes or Bradford.The manager is extremely rude.(I assume he was one if the genius s who decided to invest a substantial amount of money in a dominoes franchise, in a City with a population of roughly 10000 , without the students.)

I suppose maybe I'm lucky that I haven't had them mess up my pizza, but it seems they do it more on delivery than collection...I always collect! It's quicker too!I always have the same pizza, medium veggie with bbq sauce, extra olives. Potato wedges if I'm really hungry.It's more expensive than most other pizza places unfortunately, which is why I don't go as often as I'd like!

What terrible service ordered a pizza tonight it took an hour and a quarter for a hot pizza to come as had to send the first one back as cold when phoned to complain was told well we did replace your pizza that was by the very arrogant manager who needs to learn to say sorry for his bad service and customer service skills

Ordered pizza from here nigh a hundred times, they've never messed an order up, the pizza is always fresh and well presented. You can see into the kitchen from the counter and that always looks clean and tidy. There are often discounts on for students aswell which makes it a lot cheaper.

I have never, ever, for never ever NOT finished a pizza. From anywhere. The pizza tonight was so bad, not only could I not finish it, but I actually feel nauseous. It was so so so greasy, and the base was like baked plasticine. Staff are really nice though, delivery time good, and the chicken side was nice.

Pizza hut or Bangor pizza house all the way. Plastic feel to the pizzas. Awful quality for an international chain to be honest also the most expensive by a mile. Avoid at all costs.

If you're hungry make sure you leave at least an hour on weekends. They claim 25 min delivery time but that actually happening is rarer than finding rocking horse sh-t. Staff are also miserable on the phone with what can only be described as a can't be a-sed attitude. You can get pizzas for half the price and equal quality from Bellas and other similar take-aways in Bangor (inc delivery) so save your cash. This has happened too many times now for me not to comment on it!!

extremely late delivery, booked for 7.15, arrived at 9.32. Unbelievable, phoned a number of times to ask where the delivery was to be told it was on the way. Go else where if you want to get your pizza delivered in a reasonable time. When arrived wrong order, but would eat anything by this time.

Ordered from this Domino's twice last week simply because of a busier than normal schedule, have to say overall pretty impressed with the service received with only a minor fault I will get too later. First things first, pizza - always nice from this one, and always hot too. Normally the drivers are pretty friendly too and both deliveries where not late. I say not late because I ordered one online and it arrived 20 mins before the time I asked them to deliver but that wasn't actually an issue because I got home earlier than planned. Like other Domino's they always have deals and offers on, including some pretty awesome deals at the start of the Uni year. I'm not sure if I imagine in, or if it is a thing, but I am almost certain this Domino's is more expensive than the one in my home town Belfast.

Toppings are not great on the pizzas. They must have orders not to put too much on. Been collecting recently as the deals are better and the staff are so miserable and I'm thinking I won't bother any more!

Ordered a delivery of a Tuesday deal 2large pizza £15.99 they arrived quickly still piping hot and plenty of toppings,no complaints roll on next Tuesday.

As a former employee of a dominos in Cornwall I know the stress of the job and how hectic things get but somehow this store manages to mess up my order near enough every single time. I've had pizzas come without toppings, squashed, cold, soggy and even raw (not sure how since the pizzas go through a timed oven, all I can guess is they used the half way shelf? ) When things go right it's great - your average dominos. Usually staff is more than happy to compensate a bad pizza by offering a free one with my next order, though the manager "John" was very rude and disrespectful and warranted me writing to the head office.The delivery staff are always friendly and I tip when I have the cash on me, I believe only once have I had a miserable delivery driver, but we all have bad days. All in all it's your run of the mill dominos.

I love Domino's Pizza, friendly staff, amazing food and I didn't have to wait a long time, and also reasonable prizing, look forward to having another pizza soon!! yuuum!
