City Pizza in Cardiff

He ordenado desde aquí con bastante regularidad cuando estoy en Cardiff. Es realmente una pena que las pizzas sean realmente buenas, pero después de tres veces obtuvieron el pedido equivocado y realmente no les importa. Nunca los usaré de nuevo.

No me podía creer que el chico se enorgullecían en la comida horrible y parecía disgustado cuando le dije lo malo que es. La carne parece que es directamente de una lata de comida para perros. No COMPRAR PIZZA AQUÍ. Realmente no es satisfactorio en cualquier forma.

Este lugar era estupendo hasta que alguien más se hizo cargo. Las pizzas se cocinan adecuadamente y nunca me he cambiado de patatas fritas. Decepcionante.

Buenas pizzas tamaño a un precio razonable. El lugar siempre está abierto hasta tarde, lo que significa que puede recoger una cena tarde cuando sea necesario.

I orderd a grilled breast burger to receive a proccessed fozen burger in a bun?? :/ cheese burgers were burnt quite a bit. Food quality is no good but delivery time amazing. Shame they couldnt be both good.. Time for improvment.

I ordered one pizza with kabab meet on it was very hard and crunchy my advice to make it better would be put the kabab meet on after the pizza comes out

Not great. I ordered the large pizza deal with two sides and 3 drinks. Got a phone call to say they didn't have any large pizzas but could swap for a medium and a XL. We couldn't decide who's to make the medium and who's the XL so I asked to upgrade to the XL deal, I was told no and that they would 'find' some large bases. Then I was told the sides I'd requested weren't in the deal even though there was no list to say what was and wasn't in the deal. Then when it arrived there were only two drinks and the driver argued the deal only came with two drinks. Food itself was lovely however at 10.5 inches I'm pretty sure they were mediums and not large.

Rude, unhelpful, food was awful and cold, uncooked in parts and burnt in others. What a load of rubbish

Took well over the estimated time , small portions compared to the last time and the driver didnt want to get out his car by the seems of it

The pizza was amazing but the only critisism is the unedible chips they were overcooked and tasted stale. Next time i ordr im just getting the pizza.

Basically what had happened was the delivery driver didn't use his common sense that is 148 is on one corner then 150 may be on the opposite corner. When food arrived it was luke warm and onion rings and apple pie clearly cooked in same oil.

The food was very ok and the price was fair, but we received the order 1 hour earlier than what we had requested.

Had a refund. Quality & quantity was totally unacceptable and delivery driver was extremely rude.

Pedimos y nos dijeron que esperar de 45-60 minutos. 90 minutos más tarde después de llamar al propietario no podía importar menos, simplemente que si no quieren que cancelar el pedido, no hay servicio al cliente. aseguró a la pizza sería caliente, pero estaba helada cuando llegó así que se negó la pizza y acabó comprando uno de los Co-op, que sabía mucho mejor de lo que el documento degustación pizzas que abastecen. Me encantó pizza de la ciudad durante uni pero después de 10 años de ordenar desde allí nunca orden desde allí de nuevo

I ordered the medium pizza deal for £6.50. I had a choice of adding 4 toppings. I was not asked what sauce I wanted on the base... turns out there was no sauce on the base when it arrived.. isn't this standard for a pizza? or shouldn't I be given the choice at least? the cheese was straight into the base and the pepperoni and spicy beef on top. It didn't taste any better than it looked. I didn't no it was possible to make a bad pizza but I wont be ordering from here again. Also onion rings were luke warm... if that. Very disappointed, wont be ordering from here again. Only upside was the quick delivery. And yes its cheap but now I know why..... In future I will pay the extra to go elsewhere for a nicer pizza!

Great pizza deals with sides and drinks and can feed 3 people for £10.50, nice pizza and wedges which were nice and crispy. Would reccomend value for money for what you get.

I ordered food to be delivered at 17:45 and at 18:30 it was still not here. We rang City Pizza and they were extremely rude, uncooperative and did not offer any compensation. We rang a second time and they were still unhappy to fulfill our order. We ordered £40 worth of food not a minimal amount. We were ordering food for a specific time as we had someone with us who was diabetic and needed food at a specific time due to medication. We have ordered plenty of times from City Pizza and plenty of times it was a struggle and a fight to get food delivered at a certain time, half of the time the order was wrong or missing items. Good luck to any of you ordering food and be prepared to ring them multiple times to get your food! If you ask me we will not be ordering food from City Pizza ever again!!

Food poisoning, then i complaint 3 times before they suggested a re-fund. And when i brought up the fact the chicken was bloody, they told me it was for EXTRA FLAVOUR!!!! To this day they apolijise, and ask me if i want a discount of my next order, I will never be ordering with them again, and I am a regular customer to Justeat.com! Never order from here please.. my daughter and me and food poisoning after a hour and half wait for two meals... including chicken burger, and chicken wings..

I ordered a half pounder for me and a quarter for my nephew and 2 lots of chips. We got soggy chips and two microwave processed horrible 'chicken' burgers, the half pounder just had 2 pieces of microwaved chicken in. Terrible! And they forgot one lot of my chips!! And I have a tip!!

We ordered a delivery from here around 8pm.... 3 hours later & 4 phone calls, the extremely unhelpful woman we spoke to informed us that our order had been 'stolen' from the drivers car... Seriously, who steals 2 kebabs from a car?! The last phone call she asked us what we had ordered!! She didn't have a clue!! By this time it was gone 11pm so we cancelled our order. No apology, nothing! Absolutely rubbish customer service!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I would rate a zero

I have been ordering from City Pizza for around 15 years and always enjoyed the food - both quality and value for money. Only received one of the two garlic breads I ordered but did not bother phoning as rest of food would have been cold by the time it would have been sorted. Would still highly recommend though.

Where do I start, we ordered for 9pm delivery, it turned up at 8pm, lucky we had just arrived home! When I told the delivery driver we ordered in another hours time he smiled and walked off to the car! The deal we had we weren't given 6 chicken wings, the pizza was below art average with very little topping! Would not recommend this place whatsoever!!! Terrible!!!

Missed a lot of my order so rang them and then they gave me 3 different excuses as to why, one being just eat had the wrong details on the menu for the meal i ordered!! Man was very rude in the phone and argued with me that if i wanted the rest of my order then i would have to send back my drinks that were included in the meal!! Finally he looked back at the deal i had ordered and agreed to send me the missing items which never came!! Disgusting service and would definately not be ordering from here again!!

City pizza are welcome to contact me to discuss what happened. Food was not the nicest and the ddelivery was slow. But they explained delivery was slow due to a driver of these having a craah

Terrible! Waited 1hour and 55minutes for our food. Rang the restaurant 3 times, the woman couldn't even speak English. Food finally arrived and we got to tuck into a burned pizza that had gone cold with hardly any topping on (there was ment to be 4) and a cold chicken burger with soggy chips. The best part of the whole meal were the muffins (to be expected when they charge £1 each!!) DISSAPOINTED!

only ordered 2 meal deals and they couldn't even get that right, pizza only had 3 out of 4 toppings and the burger was missing half the ingredients mayo and burger does not constitute a new York burger,missing chips and stone cold, after complaining had to waits nearly 2 hours for my money to be returned to me not happy is an understatement.

Pizza was uncooked or the dough had gone off I'm not sure. Either way it was wrank. Onion rings were damp horrible things. Chicken wings were the saving grace. Would never order again.

We ordered a pizza at 7:30 with an expected delivery time of 8:20. Nothing delivered, but then a phone call at 8:55 to say that one of the sides and drinks we ordered were unavailable. Which is reasonable. Asked for a new delivery time and was told that it would be out in 5-10 minutes. The takeaway is at most a 10 minute drive away so called back when nothing had been received after 40 minutes. Finally arrived 10 minutes later, over 2 hours after the original order. The order was wrong. One pizza had the wrong toppings and the extra cheese that had been requested was the plastic cheese used for topping burgers. What kind of pizza place doesn't use grated cheese? One of the sides was missing and the drinks that we had been asked about were also wrong. Also the pizzas were cold. Whilst reheating in the oven tried to call them again, but twice no answer. Left a message but never heard back. The pizza dough was actually very nice, and I'm sure that there are reasons for this debacle. Possibly being busy and incompetence.
