The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Calderdale Yorkshire and The Humber

This was an amazing little place to eat pizzas. The prices are really reasonable. The pizzas are so tasty and there is a great choice for meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and I think they did gluten free bases as well. The side dishes were delicious too. They serve the meals in boxes so you can take home what you can’t eat, we took home some pizza and chips as we over ordered and I have just had a piece of pizza for lunch (done in the air fryer) and it is still delicious. It’s a small place so it is advisable to book. The man that served us was really friendly and helpful and it really made the start of our night a great one.

We came to Sam's pizza every Saturday on the market and we used to get 2 kids cheese pizza's (sometimes with basil) They never would disappoint the pizza's would be shared for me and my daughter (were adults) and they filled us right up. My grandchildren would watch Sam make the pizza's and keep them entertained. Were always hot sad it is off the market now but glad and happy he has made a business out of it. cheap and outstanding pizzas. Kids ask every Saturday when we go to Hebden bridge just for pizzas and travel all the way from Mirfield to do so. Well-done absolutely delicious!

Cooper Kitchen & Bar is a Hidden Gem. Nestled in the heart of Elland, Cooper Kitchen & Bar offers a great dining experience that rivals those found in larger cities. The highlight is their tapas deal which is six dishes for £40, a must try for food enthusiasts. The stand out dishes are Gambas, succulent prawns cooked well, bursting with flavor. However, to maintain the high standards set by the kitchen, it's essential to support the front of house team, as in my opinion needs more staff working on shift. While the current staff are fantastic and attentive, additional support would ensure that service remains seamless and menus stay pristine, enhancing the overall dining experience. While some may overlook Elland as a dining destination, Cooper Kitchen & Bar proves that great food doesn't require a central city location or price. Its charm and quality offerings make it a hidden gem worth discovering. Whether you're a local or planning a visit, Cooper Kitchen & Bar in Elland is a culinary destination that deserves attention. With its exceptional tapas deals ,tasting evenings and standout dishes like Gambas, pork Belly, bravas and large plates, it's a place where flavor meets value. Again the front of house needs looking into, as even on quiet nights they are too over stretched to deliver a high quality of service that coopers require. I will be back to sample more delicious small plates.

Good food, know what your getting, good staff!!

I started coming here, 3 months ago, and liked what Alex was trying to do, I even offered to hand out leaflets to promote it. Once I'd given 500 out, he banned me from the cafe. The staff here are lovely, as are the chefs, but the problem is Alex, the owner. If this is a community cafe, I'm Father Christmas, a white community cafe, maybe. I was the only non white person in this cafe in 3 months, eating in. Eating out, maybe a handful. I'd had complaints, according to Alex, but wouldn't explain the complaints. I've done body language courses, and Alex was clearly embellishing the truth. Discrimination, whichever sort is definite. I'll let you decide. I personally wouldn't want to go into a discriminatory café. Fortunately plenty of decent cafes in Brighouse.

I can't think of many, if any places you can get a great selection of beers and a single slice of pizza to go with it. They serve full pizzas too . Nice vibrant place, suitable for all ages.

Great delivery driver very friendly couldn’t ask for better.

Yet again the food order was incorrect. My last 2 previous orders were incorrect and always seems to be something missing. Standard of food as dropped also which is a shame as my family enjoyed this takeaway. Your customers are what keep you going and basic errors can be accepted but shouldn’t be a common occurrence. Massive let down!

Lovely lady always smiling, she makes you feel welcome when you enter. Me and my partner love the food and always tasty. Food is always hot.

Regardless of how good the food tasted, which was ok, it took an hour to arrive, there was no one in the shop and it took all that time. It isn’t good, I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

ordered a takeaway from Picco’s tonight and I do not recommend whilst the food maybe average and good ish for the money the costumer service is awful the past few times we’ve ordered from here they haven’t brought the drinks we’ve ordered and payed for and when we ring them to complain they simply say “can we bring it next time” or “are you sure you have ordered one”or “have you checked your bags properly” well the last 2 times have been worse I rung them to tell them and they told me they would contact the driver to tell them to go back and collect it to deliver it to me and surprise surprise…nothing it’s simply not on and I do not advise anybody to order from here if you want your full order delivering to you.🙁🤨

It's cheap to eat here and lovely friendly people nice menu as well brilliant pizza 🍕 😋
