The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in South West

I went to my local Domino's after ordering online to collect my pizza , we went to collect came back home and opened our pizza. We noticed between the toppings and the dough it was undercooked ( as you'll see from the images) we went all the way back and spoke to a guy who claimed he was the manager. He was extremely rude, basically saying it was cooked. He said he can cook another for us but will come out the same.he said " the oven cooks only the top and the bottom" showed him the center of the pizza and told him to feel the raw dough to which he refused. He was very unprofessional and should definitely not be the face of your brand! I had to ask for my money back to which he replied, yeah I'll sort that, so asked him for some kind of proof of refunding , he said he won't give me anything , we will get our money in 7 days. Having undercooked pizza dough can make people extremely ill, ironically this is my second issue with this particular store , gave it the benefit of doubt and re ordered. Wish I didn't as we had to make different arrangements. I hope he doesn't speak to all his customers like he did to us.

Food was really hot and tasted nice. Staff was really friendly offered some discounts as well. There are many vegan options available.

Had trouble paying, so food was cold. And more expensive than the menu!!! They weren't very sympathetic!!

Daylight robbery to charge a delivery fee. Food was “out for delivery” by 7.15pm. Rocked up @ 7.48pm, despite living less than a 5min drive away. Food turned up warm, not hot, unsurprisingly. No apology from the driver, and Customer Service response was entirely lacklustre. We knew the order would take a while from when we ordered as it was busy, but what a shambles it descended into.

Absolutely shocking! Ignoring the phones nearly 2 hours before anything was delivered. Order reject as soaking wet and cold. Then didn’t answer the phone for another hour. Now the wait begins for the refund. Do not use this company.

We used to enjoy Dominos as while it's always been very expensive, the pizza is tasty (although they often make mistakes with the order or forget dips). However I've just gone to order for the family, saw that they are now charging £24 for a large pizza and TEN POUNDS for a tiny personal pizza! So I've cancelled the other. I wouldn't pay that much of it was delivered by Dan Stevens in his under crackers.

I will say I do absolutely love the pizza and I keep coming back which is good but the prices are so unbelievably expensive. Hard to believe 3 years ago Dominos didn’t charge delivery and now they want £2.99. Criminal!

Orderd at 6 come and 7.50 stone cold no answer from.shop hungry kids when I phoned shop they said 10 min 30 min later it come.bever again

Absolute crap. Ordered 4 pizzas with family was sat in quality control for 25min. I then rang to say it was sat far to long and not to deliver if cold. It arrived I checked while delivery guy was at the door. COLD. Awful food and poor service by the management team after expressing my feelings.

Ordered three pizzas for delivery, but pre-ordered earlier on in the day with our chosen delivery time for 7pm. 2/3 ordered pizzas came with the wrong toppings - no jalapeños, but instead red and green sweet peppers. Someone obviously doesn’t know the difference…which is extremely worrying. Called the store three times upon delivery, no answer. Emailed customer services to be told I didn’t try hard enough to contact the store and that there is nothing I can do as I did not return the pizzas as they were delivered. After three tries of calling and emailing customer service you’d think I’d have done enough to try and rectify THEIR mistake. Not sure if they expect you to walk 3 miles with your wrong pizzas to get them changed to the right order? But this company is beyond belief. Definitely the last time we will be ordering from them.

Waited an hour no pizza telephoned no response. Then telephoned me to be told another 2 hours. Took money imrf on order but money not returned for up to 10 days. Very rude gentlemen. Never again.

Ordered pizza - an hour and a half later (after phoning and being told it was on its way) had a phone call telling me the driver had taken it and they would reimburse me.

Came on Saturday the 18th of September for breakfast/brunch with 12 friends. Not one egg we ordered was cooked properly, particularly the poached eggs were atrocious and basically hard boiled eggs. The food came an hour late due staff’s excuse being they “couldn't open a tin of beans”. Asked for tap water multiple times which were never in delivered as staff kept forgetting. Only 1 person behind the till and on the bar. Poor service, poor management and poor food. I would also like to add that the restaurant and bar area was very quiet so a better service was expected. Our entire party will never be returning.

After swearing at my 9 year old son in a threatening manor whilst driving past I can categorically say this is not a business I would use or would want near my family. Appalling behaviour especially while driving a ford Transit van with the sign writing on, clearly do not care how people perceive this business.
