Came on Saturday the 18th of September for breakfast/brunch with 12 friends. Not one egg we ordered was cooked properly, particularly the poached eggs were atrocious and basically hard boiled eggs. The food came an hour late due staff’s excuse being they “couldn't open a tin of beans”. Asked for tap water multiple times which were never in delivered as staff kept forgetting. Only 1 person behind the till and on the bar. Poor service, poor management and poor food. I would also like to add that the restaurant and bar area was very quiet so a better service was expected. Our entire party will never be returning.

Normally cooked well from this branch but ordered yesterday and got here in about 10 minutes o wo der it was so cast not cooked enough sloppy and horrible a total waste of 22 pounds not happy at all

Castle La WestOrdered a hand stretch thin crust margarita- not what was delivered. Ordered a deep pan fajita pizza again not what was delivered! All freezing cold- should not deliver to our post code if it can’t be hot ! Or at least warm! The best thing about this order was the Pepsi
