Came on Saturday the 18th of September for breakfast/brunch with 12 friends. Not one egg we ordered was cooked properly, particularly the poached eggs were atrocious and basically hard boiled eggs. The food came an hour late due staff’s excuse being they “couldn't open a tin of beans”. Asked for tap water multiple times which were never in delivered as staff kept forgetting. Only 1 person behind the till and on the bar. Poor service, poor management and poor food. I would also like to add that the restaurant and bar area was very quiet so a better service was expected. Our entire party will never be returning.

Castle La WestFirst visit, manager Pierce warmly welcomed myself, wife & three Grandchildren & gave excellent advice & service in a very happy, jovial way. Made the visit an experience to remember. BRAVO ZULU.
