Domino's Pizza in Cotswold

Food was really hot and tasted nice. Staff was really friendly offered some discounts as well. There are many vegan options available.

The thin and crispy crust is like eating pizza on a cracker. Very weird and quite unpleasant. Regret not ordering the classic crust. Very expensive considering the food quality isn't very good.

I will never use dominoes pizza again, the delivery was wrong when it arrived, the tracker said 2 minutes away and then went to 9 minutes, and cold when it arrived, and when I rang up to complain I get someone who could understand a work I could say, so just gave up and put the phone down, not happy

I have never EVER had such bad service in all of my life. The app said the pizza was ready, but we then had to wait another 15 to 20 minutes as they had forgotten one of our pizzas. No apology, couldn’t understand us. Awful! Got home and they had done one of the pizzas wrong!

Pre ordered for 7:30 pick-up. App showed it was ready so went to pick up. Kept being fobbed off and lied to for half an hour - three times as long as the standard order time. Because of this my son was left by the side of a road waiting to be picked up until I gave up after 15mins to go and get him. Still not ready on return. Absolute shambles made worse by lying.

I never write reviews however I was rather unhappy that on collection orders you can not use cash which I believe is still very much legal tender. After visiting today with only cash and being adamantly told no cash- clearly they'd rather throw food away.... It was then clear to me that the manager was being put in a difficult position and he ended up paying for my order himself and I give him the cash. You are extremely lucky you have a member of staff that would go above for customer service and should be recognised for this. Other than this the food was good. But I do feel that on collection this should be re-advised.

After the KFC fiasco I went next door to Dominos where the food was of good quality. Promptly cooked fresh to order by staff who were enthusiastic. Only criticism was the pizza had way too much cheese on it for my liking.

We have used Dominoes lots of times but all of a sudden they can't deliver due to shortage of drivers (we live 2 miles away). So last time I bit the bullet and went to collect, during my time sat on the car park I saw lots of delivery drivers coming in and out. Pity they can't look after regular customers. Well thats fine I tried American Pizza instead and wow they were great and cheaper. Dominoes stick to what you do best, upsetting your reguar customers, never again.

Ordered a large pizza, cookies and a tub of ice cream 2 later and it still hadn't arrived kept calling them up and was told driver will be 10 mins. Called back 15 mins later and he had went back to dominoes and didn't deliver mine. For someone who lives less than 10 mins away by car Demanded a refund and was told driver would be 10 mins. I told them screw that I want my refund. It doesn't take 2 hours to prep cook and deliver a pizza. Never going back there again just excuse after excuse but no delivery

Awful collection order , pizza has next to no sauce or cheese on it , for the sake of saving a few pence in food cost you have lost another customer.

Me and my partner have ordered from this dominos 5 times and every time it has been shocking. One time we collected and it took an hour and a half! The other 4 times, the food has either been cold, missing items but most frequent of all, there’s never any cheese on the pizza! we’ve even paid for extra cheese twice and still had slices with no cheese whatsoever.. sack the mong on the cheese station. When we order a pizza the least we expect is some cheese on the thing!

Ordered online for 7pm, potato wedges missing from order so yet again have to wait for ages to get the food I ordered! This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order & the staff don’t care! Also didn’t have any Fanta as ordered. Worst Dominos franchise ever!

First of all I I looked on the app and to see that they couldn’t deliver because of The snow so I rang dominoes to ask if they were delivering which they were so their app was faulty and wrong. I then asked to use a voucher which I had by then I was told I couldn’t use that voucher because it was online so I said surely since your website is faulty I should be able to use the voucher over the phone. I then spoke to another lady who wouldn’t let me use the voucher and was consistently being rude and eventually ended the phone call unexpectedly. I then rang dominoes back to speak to the manager .the same woman that I had been speaking to who was rude to me, picked up the telephone and told me she was getting manager. I then waited and the same woman came back saying she was the manager. I then complained that one of her employees was being rude and ended the phone call. The woman on the other side of the phone then said no she wasn’t because it was me, and that she had spoken to me three times. I am very disappointed with the service and this dis-respectful communication between the customer and dominoes I am very disappointed with the service and I do not recommend ordering from Cirencester dominoes since the communication is severely rude and I would not like to experience it again

Decided on passing to call In to have lunch, person taking order still there ok ages to acknowledge we were there then scowled when she came over. Was most unhelpful and obviously didn’t want to be there was constantly rubbing her face not what you expect in a food outlet. Had to ask for a receipt, won’t be back!!!

Twice now I have ordered in 2 days ..... I ordered a pizza online at 2000 yesterday 21 Aug 17 asking to be delivered 2200 ..ample time pizza Came at 2245 with no explanation ..... Ordered again tonight 22 Aug 17 asked for it to be delivered ASAP as per the online button now over an hour again and told now another 35mins disgusting ...... No doubt my pizza will come with a side order of phlem now ..... Don't offer the ASAP button if ur not gunna ring or email an leave the customer waiting .... Will not be ordering again..... once fair enough twice same excuse.... no excuse rather be told truth then lied too

Delivery was quick but didn't really enjoy the pizzas that much, one of them was fairly good. Then my wife and I had stomach pains and felt sick all through the night so not great really!

First and last time went in to order a pizza some ignorant girl taken a phone order obviously barely acknowledged me as she shoved a menu in front of me they really need more staff on front counter 10 minutes later still phone nobody out of the other half a dozen staff acknowledged me or come to take order, abysmal customer service would never entertain the thought of going here again very over priced for what is basically a filling on some dough

Siempre me ordene en línea desde mi entrega local. El último pedido que me cobraron £4.99 hizo. Pensé que les daría el beneficio de la duda. Sólo tenía la entrega, la orden no parte. Llamamos store, me dijeron que no la orden a pesar de que me cobran por ella. Qué manera de obtener beneficios. Nunca use de nuevo. Absolutamente exagerados, ni siquiera molestado en contacto conmigo con una explicación aunque tienes que poner un número de contacto en cuando ordene. Completa los ladrones. Ten cuidado.

Had Domino's a long while ago at a friends then we had 1 built in Cirencester ever since then we've kinda got a bit addicted great tasting food .

God deals if you wanted a quick fix as they do a 12 inch for £5.99 with one topping. Quick service. Nothing extra special though compared to other pizza shops in area.

Me quedé decepcionado por la promoción que dominó era correr por su apertura. Dije claramente su página de Facebook que los compradores podría venir cualquier momento para recoger su pizza gratis mientras que ellos habían registrado. Cuando llegué el personal me dijo que era el día equivocado, luego dijo que era de 4 pm ese día. En re-comprobar su página de Facebook, que establece claramente el tiempo en varios lugares y yo tuvimos la fecha correcta. Me decepcionó que el personal en el establecimiento estaban mal, o sus PR personal que lleva la página en Facebook. Me iba a comprar comida junto con la pizza gratis pero decidimos que ya que la promoción fue mal organizado/ la página en Facebook era publicidad engañosa, no me molestaría. Habían perdido una venta de mí.
