Daylight robbery to charge a delivery fee. Food was “out for delivery” by 7.15pm. Rocked up @ 7.48pm, despite living less than a 5min drive away. Food turned up warm, not hot, unsurprisingly. No apology from the driver, and Customer Service response was entirely lacklustre. We knew the order would take a while from when we ordered as it was busy, but what a shambles it descended into.

Ordered approx 17.00, site said delivery approx 17.30-17.40 then changed to 18.10, eventually arrived 18.50, both pizzas had hardly any topping on, sides weren't much better (cold) only thing any good was the bottle of Fanta! We were staying in a hotel overnight and was looking forward to a lovely pizza (I know (now) I should have read reviews first!)

as the title say and the customer help was horrible refusing a refund said i should of spoke to them on phone but no one picked the phone up

Baring in mind this order was free following a compliant. Even then, the wrong delivery arrived, called them back and they sent they would send the correct order, and it arrive incorrect again!! It was so greasy. Save yourself and just don’t eat at sidewell Pizza Hut.

First order that came was completely wrong and the driver ran away faster than usain bolt in the Olympic final when we told him. After calling back and getting the right order and hour later...what we found was almost indelible. If you want a grease infested sloppy mess that will slip out your arse faster than you can you can say pizza hut then crack on...but you will lose the workings of your insides. Dominos for me.

Ordered a gluten free pizza for wife and meat feast for me. Meat feast was swimming in grease which soaked through the box and pizza was inedible. Wife was ill all night after eating the gluten free pizza which had obviously been contaminated with wheat. Awful meal and won’t order Pizza Hut anymore.

Ordered via the website where there are lots of offers. 2 Large Pizzas, 2 Sides and a large bottle of Pepsi all for £24.99 Can’t stipulate future time but delivery within 40 minutes of ordering and great tracking service on line.

Items missing from order,had to argue with the “boy” on the phone,who insisted on calling me “mate”!had to wait another 35 minutes for the rest of the order to be delivered.still with no apology! Another thing,the pizza’s look like they were cut by a toddler using scissors for the first time!

My order took an hour and a half to arrive when told through email that it would be delivered in 25-35 minutes. After an hour passes I contacted Pizza Hut (not them, me) and asked if it had left or not because according to the ‘tracker’ it hadn’t after an hour of ordering ! I was told it had and that there was only one driver out today so basically I should just wait. I left it and waited until it was delivered. - this was now an hour and a half after I made the order. I made the decision not too pay due to the lack of communication and wait time I had to have. The delivery driver was very pleasant but didn’t know what to do in this situation so he said we should ring the Pizza Hut again, I did and I was told very harshly and with no respect at all that if I wasn’t going to pay then the driver must take the food back to the store with him. Very very poor and disappointing service from something which could have easily been sorted with some customer service and an actual apology. Never using this Sidwell street store again.

Ordered a meal for delivery, Chased it after waiting the allotted 40 mins max? Was told it was with the driver? Arrived some 50 mins after ordering freezing cold and a mess. Phoned Sam the duty manager and asked for a full refund of the £15 spent and was told I could only claim a £10 voucher or have my meal recooked? I told him why would I wait another hour for food to come again? Lesson learnt, Simply don't order from this bunch ever again. Exeter shameful service strikes again!!!

I can confirm that this is the worst pizza I have ever had- completely inedible and had to throw the whole thing away. Places like this should be banned!

So after ordering from your website, this is what I received.. evidently a slice missing and look at the absolute diabolical state of that? Inedible. Tried calling the store multiple times, with no luck. I have raised a complaint on the website, but no response received.

Highly disturbing experience from Pizza Hut. Shame 0 STAR option is not available. This experience changed my perception forever. Ordered £20 worth of pizza and 20 minutes after the anticipated delivery time I called the branch and asked where my pizza was. The ‘manager’ at the time mentioned that delivery drivers are delayed and they are short staffed. I asked politely for complimentary dips due to the pizza being late and no new estimated time so pizza could have been another hour! The manager refused and stated no, mentioning “these things happen, deal with it”... The manager then took a snap decision to CANCEL the entire order as she perceived that I DEMANDED the extra dips as opposed to asking for them. What happened to customer first? Who employed her as manager? Foul service, did not get Mcdonalds until 2.30am, due to unreasonable service from the manager at this branch, my 3 children, my wife and 5 nephews were left hungry and fell sick as a result. I have already gone through the complaints process, got my money back and have received £20 worth vouchers... DO NOT TRUST THIS BRANCH.

New manager at Pizza Hut- Quality of food has gone down hill!!! Cold, dry and burnt pizza followed by a burnt cookie dough when I pacifically asked them not to over cook. Let's not forget a stingy pizza and missing items off our order 😤. Disgraceful! I can't believe it's come to this, I will no longer be using Pizza Hut.

Ordered 3 pizzas, 3 sides, 3 desserts and a drink. Pizzas were hot but undercooked, sides all cold and undercooked. There was no drink. The desserts should have come with ice cream but there was one missing. Delivery guy was very friendly though

Goos as Usual. They do not have eat in but the food is exquisite and the restaurant is clean. They also have Gluten Free Pizzas for Muslims

After deciding not to spend £16 (£16!!!) on a Dominoes pizza, we wondered up to Pizza Hut where a very calm and friendly man served us, cooked our pizza, and also seemed to be doing deliveries! When we jokingly asked if he was by himself expecting a different answer, he replied quite casually that he actually was. This man is a credit to any business that he could work for, and deserves to be rewarded. I'm not sure if I've put a review on TripAdvisor before, which shows how much I thought of him and his service.

Just had a deal delivered the pizza should have been chicken supreme must have had at least 6 pieces on the whole pizza, also this was a sharer meal and you get one small desert (which is frozen ) not a good advert

actually tried ordering online for the first time to be delivered 300 yards down the road.took my order and my money no problem.60 minutes later phoned them because nothing had turned up, to be told they had no record of the order. it has just taken 10(yes ten) weeks and many phone calls at my own expense to recover the money they took for this phantom order. after many false apologies and lame excuses they admitted they were to blame, but i would suggest to pizza hut they have a long hard look at the way they supposedly look after their customers because i for one am extremely disappointed that such a large company can get it so badly wrong. my advise to anyone thinking of using their online ordering service is don't do it. its more trouble than it is worth!

Also on time and nice, yummy food. Perfect for a hangover. The pizza tastes like the other Pizza Hut franchises so don't expect anything more or less. Good service, never had any problems. Only live 5 minutes away yet they never have a problem delivering.

Pizzas estão sempre muito quentes, ótimo menu. Atendentes cordiais, ambiente limpo e preço justo. Recomendo a todos!

I could not imagine how awful my experience would be.The food is very much below standard. The pizza that I was delivered was firstly the wrong type, the actual pizza which I ordered had apparently been discontinued. Why is it still on the website then? It was cold, tasteless and overly greasy. I don't understand how it got cold so quickly, as I only live a minute away.Shocking, to say the least
