Domino's in Plymouth

Ordered three pizzas for delivery, but pre-ordered earlier on in the day with our chosen delivery time for 7pm. 2/3 ordered pizzas came with the wrong toppings - no jalapeños, but instead red and green sweet peppers. Someone obviously doesn’t know the difference…which is extremely worrying. Called the store three times upon delivery, no answer. Emailed customer services to be told I didn’t try hard enough to contact the store and that there is nothing I can do as I did not return the pizzas as they were delivered. After three tries of calling and emailing customer service you’d think I’d have done enough to try and rectify THEIR mistake. Not sure if they expect you to walk 3 miles with your wrong pizzas to get them changed to the right order? But this company is beyond belief. Definitely the last time we will be ordering from them.

Online order forgot the bottle of coke classic after being spoken to awfully the sent zero coke instead of classic coke because they ran out with out asking if that was okay just awful people

It’s disgusting what i get it…Cheese was disgusting, burn and was cold iam not recommended pl6 dominos!!

Holy Beep! I have had some bad takeaways in my time. This is worst than when wagamas forgot the soup to ramen, at least the food was hot. This looked like it never went into the oven. I knew it was coming cold when the Dominoes meter showing the quality control lasted longer than the prep and baking combined. Let alone the 20 minutes on the delivery point, I literally live around the corner. Stay well away. Eat cardboard, you will be more fulfilled.

50/50 with these guys, if you order for delivery check your tracker because everytime i get a "you order has left are store" text in under 12 mins i get a epic lovely order but if the wait time goes over 25 mins and the tracker says "your driver is delivering 2 orders" prepare for a wasted money of an order. That's takeaway for you, order at your own risk. (and money)

I ordered two pizzas with everything, with a big sauce at £ 1.50 , a portion of chicken wings. , and one pizza came empty just with cheese and peperoni, and I didn't get the sauce. I returned the wrong pizza and they sent me the pizza I ordered but I didn't receive the sauce. They need to be more careful. it is not the first time. So i lost 1,50£. Thanks!

Comida para llevar ordenada y cuando apareció Tanto la pizza como la salsa de pollo estaban frías. Así que habló con el gerente de la tienda solo para que me dijeran que no se podía hacer nada, ya que habíamos mordido la pizza. Su actitud era asquerosa. Definitivamente no es lo que esperaría de un gerente.La próxima vez que pidas desde aquí, asegúrate de meter el dedo para asegurarte de que esté caliente porque si le das un mordisco hay "¡NADA QUE PUEDEN HACER!"

Poco sorprendido por la ubicación pero luego quizás las entregas sean clave. . No se desvía de la fórmula o el menú de la cadena. Conveniente para el hotel a lo largo de la carretera, un par de cuadras de apartamentos para estudiantes y empresas cooperativas. Podría decirse que en uno de los senderos de la vida nocturna de Sutton Harbor, la mayoría de las personas se tambalean en la ciudad. No hay aparcamiento en la parte delantera. Puedes arriesgarte a las líneas amarillas en North Street, pero si te acercas desde esa dirección, pasarás por la pizzería más interesante en la esquina de Ebrington Street.
