Pizza Hut in Bath and North East Somerset

Ordered pizza - an hour and a half later (after phoning and being told it was on its way) had a phone call telling me the driver had taken it and they would reimburse me.

Came in and waited 20 minutes before a staff member even came to us, was told a half an hour wait when there was only 3 tables being used and staff clearly doing nothing and stood around talking. After the wait our table was dirty when we sat down, ate our pizza, waited 40 minutes for our dessert after food when it wasn’t busy and staff where stood around talking when tables where dirty and needed clearing, brought over our dessert without even clearing our dirty dishes so we had no room.

Had to leave without eating and had to scan code and order from phone. Said my phone doesn’t do that but was told it’s the only way to order a meal in there.

missed the garlic bread on my order and so phoned them and they apologised and said they’d send another one but then after an hour still nothing. phoned them again and he said the delivery was on the way. waited another 45 mins and still nothing. phoned for the 4th time and all they say is the order will be here shortly

Pizza arrived 1 hour 10 mins after placing order cold, called to complain, guy on phone didnt understand what "I received an order.." meant and hung up on me. Called half hour later, different member of staff apologised and said replacement order be with us 30-45 mins, 1 hour and a half later I gave up went to bed, 20 mins later knock on door another cold pizza! This place used to be good but not no more. Avoid

I ordered my food and it never come, to then ring the place and him tell me they have no driver and i will have to get a refund, not a call or anything to let me no I was not getting my food this was about 11.30 I rang now most place would of closed by then so i could order that not good when ur pregnant and hungry, so i ring the number and it told me to fill a form out and they will respond no later then 5 days well this was a week or so ago I only just got a email to say they have done my refund and i will have to wait another 3 to 5 days unacceptable quick enuff to take the money but then to make someone jump thou hoops to get there own money bk is disgraceful worse place ever will never be using them again!

Never order from this place, they let the brand down on so many levels. They have no concern for the customer.

Ordered a pizza. Got wrong order. Called and they accused me of lying. Had call recording from work so said I could play call. Said they deliver another but we’d have to return one we had which we’d taken bites out of. Never said sorry. Never delivered another just rude. Spent £500+ in last 6 months as buy for my employees. Then this is how they treat you. Won’t use again.
