Domino's Pizza in North Somerset

I went to my local Domino's after ordering online to collect my pizza , we went to collect came back home and opened our pizza. We noticed between the toppings and the dough it was undercooked ( as you'll see from the images) we went all the way back and spoke to a guy who claimed he was the manager. He was extremely rude, basically saying it was cooked. He said he can cook another for us but will come out the same.he said " the oven cooks only the top and the bottom" showed him the center of the pizza and told him to feel the raw dough to which he refused. He was very unprofessional and should definitely not be the face of your brand! I had to ask for my money back to which he replied, yeah I'll sort that, so asked him for some kind of proof of refunding , he said he won't give me anything , we will get our money in 7 days. Having undercooked pizza dough can make people extremely ill, ironically this is my second issue with this particular store , gave it the benefit of doubt and re ordered. Wish I didn't as we had to make different arrangements. I hope he doesn't speak to all his customers like he did to us.

I'm annoyed and shocked at the service I received after phoning up to complain that my pizza tasted doughy and doesn't feel liked it's cooked properly. I've never once had a problem with them. I was told it was cooked when it left their store! Somehow it became uncooked in the 5 minutes it took to arrive!! Not very happy. Won't be buying from them again when you get treated with that service

Great staff here, Damira was just amazing, when my pizza came out a bit wrong due to people training, she offered to remake it herself, and was so lovely about it all. Definitely recommend this dominos

Ordered a meal deal and they didnt bring 2 items so rang up they brang one of the two items rang up again and still waiting for the item very poor service

Called for delivery. Eventually got it after one and a half hours and two more phone calls. Pizza and wedges were stone cold. Never again.

Gurt lush gf pizza, I'm a full on coeliac and have never had a reaction from The Boulevard branch. We do tend to order at quite times k in as it makes me feel safer. Staff always polite and listen to my careful ordering 🙄. Not so good for next days breakfast IMO! Enjoy the offers too. R 😁.

Bald man who works he needs sacking or a kick up the ass because it was like talking to a wall. I asked him a question about on the collection deals and he was completely the most bluntest/rudest person I’ve ever spoken too. Have some respect and enthusiasm for your customers. Jesus

Dimertra served us and she was absolutely brilliant, so friendly and a credit to the company. Food was great also :)

Ordered a small pizza and wedges and was offered garlic bread and a coke as well as this would be cheaper than my initial order. Was told it would take 10 mins so I waited in store. After 20 mins I checked the screen but my order had disappeared. There were pizza boxes on the pass/hot shelf. I watched an employee walk past them several times. She didn’t seem to be doing anything purposeful. I had to ask if the boxes were my order and only then did the employee who had been milling about grab a bottle of coke from the fridge and pass it over to the guy on the till. When I complained that I had been waiting ages, he replied that there was only him and one other working this clearly wasn’t the case. By the time I got home with my pizza (5 mins after leaving the store) the pizza was cold and the wedges lukewarm. Several of the wedges were undercooked unlike the pizza which was overdone and black in places. Certainly not worth the £14.30 I paid and most of it ended up in the bin. Shan’t bother with Dominos again.

Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery last night, tracked with the app, after baking they sat being 'quality checked' for half an hour before being sent for delivery, so they were pretty cold by time they arrived. In all of that quality checking they didn't notice they hadn't even sliced one of the pizzas. After waiting for over an hour for food we were so hungry we tore apart and wolfed down our cold pizza, but we won't be using you again.

Ordered half and half (cheese and tomato and pepperoni) when was 5 out of 8 half! The pizza has a chunk out the side of it!! Second reason I’m really irritated is the pizza is burned and it seems as if the staff were in such a bloody rush they didn’t either to bother cutting the pizza just indenting it with what may look like cut marks!!! The second pizza ordered all the toppings undercooked! Haven’t had any trouble till today gonna think twice about ordering from this one again!!!

We had the notion to grab a pizza on our way home rather than order one. I wish we had not!!! Within mins after ordering we watched the guy prepping, put his hand in his mouth to bite his nails and then began to the spread dough. My wife told the manager who appeared to give no care in the world. After leaving with our box of pizza it was clear that we must have upset them, as there was two small bits of chicken on the pizza and not much else. We also learned to our luck that we should have had been offered two pizzas for the same price as one as we had presented rather than phoned a delivery in. 17 pounds for a 10 inch rip off and clearly hygiene and service are not their top priority. Poor and we shall not return

Excellent delivery time, kept up to date if ordered online. Great pizza, excellent £9.99 deal. Food hot.

Shocking customer service. Ordered online, almost 2 hours later and still no delivery. Attempted to call store on the phone but no answer. So had no choice but to drive to store, where the young chap behind the counter stated there had been a problem with our pizzas being crushed in the oven but the newly cooked ones had just come out of the oven......rubbish....they hadn't as they were luke warm at best. Got them home and after having to heat them in oven...they weren't that special either. More crust than topping!!! Never again. £37 wasted. Still trying to speak to store, but no one answering phone, hence this!

I treat myself to a dominos pizza once a month and love the BBQ and Might meat pizza, could be a little cheaper but if you get the meal deals then it aint to bad

I have Dominoes on speed dial and probably enough pizza boxes to make a small fort. You can't deny the food is very tasty, no matter how bad it is. I can't help myself going back for more. Their prices are high but when you factor in the offers they have then the price is quite reasonable, 2 Large Pizzas and a side order for about £20-24 is not a bad deal. The Pizzas are huge. I always get the Texas BBQ and I've recently taken to the Hot Dog crust. I have had quite a few issues regarding wrong toppings, wrong order and on occasion a pizza that looked like it had been in a car crash. However every time I have had an issue I have phoned up and told them (I don't remain silent to poor service), they then usually credited me with a free repeat order and if needed another pizza delivery to replace the one I got. So due to the incredible level of customer service, I will not hold that against them. They really do care about your custom.

Use to order dominoes every week in Bristol! I would never eat it again after experience tonight! If I could of given it 0 stars I would of! Wasn't cooked thin and crispy very chewy! Everything else soggy large was medium! When I rang back to complain I was talking to a very rude girl (who would give that girl a job?) I then Asked to speak to manager and same girl pretended to be manager! Lucky we are not that stupid! Spoke to Manager resilient to even give me a name which is strange! Was refunded but have to wait till next week for my refund!! Did firstly try Pizza Hut but had an hour and half wait! No wonder when Weston's dominoes is that awful!

He usado con frecuencia a la orden, pero los precios han insinuado y ya no puedo permitir hacerlo. Puedo conseguir una fresca Pizza de Asda para cocinar en casa por un tercio del costo, así que a menos que Dominos conseguir realista con sus precios, entonces no poder permitirse volver como un cliente.

Don't know why people go to domino's, The pizza's are over priced and Small,not to mention the owner of this establishment was a right miserable S*d, Barking orders at the poor staff and seemed rude.

Was on holiday in Weston, and we decided we were to tired to go out again and ordered Domino's , Staff was super friendly on ordering although i didn't have a UK like, staff helped with discovering the postcode which was really helpful, told me about offers they had in store and within a few minutes delivery arrived and pizza was still piping hot and delicious. Well Done Dominoes

Having had one bad experience from another Domino outlet in the UK once before, we were wary but our kids tell us "everyone eats Domino's pizza" so we tried this one. We were the only people in the shop and were completely ignored for several minutes and then treated poorly when the order was taken.

Amazing stuffed crust pizzas, can't complain :) i don't trust just any takeaways,but i can always be sure that this place is clean:) could be cheaper but hey i rather pay more than get parasites on my pizza from kebab shops;)

Sickly sweet b-b-q sauce is not what I want on a pizza. The crust goes soggy, the sauce overpowers everything else on the base and it goes greasy. Please don't let me do it EVER again.

Domino's weston regularly and most of the time it's ok on different occasions I have had to complain one if which there was some sort of plastic in the stuffed crust pizza! The manager on at the time did nothing refused to even change it completely useless! So I tryed ordering again now they are open till 3 am I call at 20 past two to be told I cannot order as they won't finish till 3 then hangs up on me! So I call back and speak to a manager who doesn't deserve the title to be told he just wants to go so if he keeps taking orders he won't finish on time yet again poor management and food is a lucky dip on Wat quality u will get very disappointing will not use them again!!!

OK, a bit of background here. At times I work over 80 hours a week on a regular basis. When I'm not travelling, it's often easier for me to have take-out pizza, so our local pizza stores know me very well. I have been known to have pizza almost every other night for months at a time.Dominos Pizza in Weston-super-Mare was one of three places I used to buy regularly from and I have to say that I kept going back to this place more for the friendly staff and it's location which is just minutes from where I live, and less for the quality of the food. I know that management comes and goes so sometimes quality changes, even from a franchise such as Dominos. How much we can expect from a take-out pizza is also limited, but you imagine that when you ask for and pay for ingredients, that at the very least this is what you get. This is NOT the case at Dominos in Weston. After some form of management decision that customers were getting 'too many ingredients, especially cheese which is expensive', the quality of the pizzas fell dramatically and even though the lovely staff at this branch would do everything they could to try to make up for it now and then, the pizzas just became ridiculously minimal over a period of months until one day I realised that I had seen more cheese in a single block of mozzarella at a local store than I'd seen on over a dozen pizzas. You don't have to take my word for it. Look at the photo I've uploaded here. This picture is not an exception or a one-off, this was what I had come to expect from Dominos for months. If for whatever the reason the picture is removed, let me just say that there is so little cheese on the DOUBLE CHEESE pizza that you actually have to look for evidence of it in each slice. Seriously. Just for comparison, I also put a photo of a comparative pizza from the local Pizza Hut and you can barely see the toppings on the pizza for the amount of cheese on it.By the way, it's more expensive at Dominos as well. Needless to say, I will never eat at Dominos again.
