Honestly I review 5 stars all the time but this food was not up to parr and not what was expected of a takeaway. The kebab was tough and the chicken was not fried, just roast. The chips are amazing tho.

Ordered a double pepperoni pizza and mixed chicken and doner through Uber eats. It took nearly an hour and a half to get to me, the pizza had no pepperoni on it and there was no chicken on the kebab. The man was rude and unapologetic when I phoned to point it out and today I have a bad stomach. I wont be ordering from here again

I have been using this place for a while and never had an issue but when I received my order I look at the cheese chips and curry sauce to find out there was not curry sauce at all very disappointed as this place is my go too for a take away

Pizza was a good size and very tasty. A shortage of drivers meant my food was delivered later than the planned delivery time, but an apology was offered.

Great food as usual! Just a little disappointed as under Kebab section, it states "All kebabs come with Pita, Salad and sauce" Mine had no pita 🙁 But it was all still lovely, so we will order again.

have used this kebab house on and off for the best part of 20 years, 1stly the homemade chicken gravy and chilli sauce still same recipe as back then! 10/10 i had the mixed grill kebab which was massive grilled lovely and the kofta was lush we quite fussy with orders, but this was not a problem and all changes and swaps fulfilled. Mrs had a bacon cheeseburger which had no faults don't often leave reviews but made me think well done too them still at it well done guys great food 👏

So where to begin! Food was lukewarm and the chicken was dry, rubbery chips.. waste of £40!!

The chicken is basically cooked first then deep fried, my chicken legs were half missing and just black bone, the breasts were tiny did not taste good. My son had a chicken burger which was not much better, fried chicken pieces as opposed to a actual chicken burger. My partner said the lamb shish kebab was tasty, usually a good kebab from here, the chips were nice, I'd stay away from the fried chicken. The staff were welcoming and polite

the sausage and chips were freezing. the wedges we soggys, like they'd been left out for ages. the wrap was also soggy, juicy from the red cabbage leaked through the wrap, made it inedible to be honest. such a shame. I usually love sultans.

Chicken burger had something squidgy inside and wasn’t edible cheesy chips were very nice though

Needs burning down its the worst food ive ever had. Boiled chips and boiled kebab boiled burger, chilli sauce is not sauce its some grainy stuff

What the fu©️K did i just spend my money on! Boiled kebab, boiled fu©️kin chips, Asked for chilli sauce and they gave me some rice, cheese burgers basically boiled and then burnt no flavour, its fu©️kin tragic £1 extra for salad and that was the best thing there. ©️Unts

This is always my go to takeaway after a night out. Great selection of reasonably priced food and great sized portions The food is always piping hot and freshly cooked. The staff are always welcoming and clearly value the custom Ps You have to try the potato wedges

Deliver driver rang to say in very broken English they was outside , they wasn’t they asked for postcode again rang 3 times and still no delivery at our address saying they was outside . It was a very easy place to find after 30 mins from the 1sr call the delivery arrives stone cold and not very edible as it was mixed up in box . Awful service !!!!

First time ordering a kebab from here and would NEVER EVER return. Kebab was absolutely awful and wasted £17 ☹️☹️ Please don’t make the same mistake we did.

The chips weren't fresh enough. The fried chicken was OK...but the omelette was very good! Overall I'd say there's definitely room for improvement but hardly the worst out there. Very fast delivery, even on a Friday night.

It is very misleading because it has a Muslim name but when we went inside he sells pork etc and when asked he confirmed it is not Halal!

the burger and pizza was okay i guess however the chips were cold and hard which ruined it and don’t get me started on the donner meat it was uncooked and tasted like another animal and the grease that was dripping out of it was disgusting i expect a return

As always, Sultans delivered on a great Pizza meal deal, deep filled with plenty of toppings. In the words of my kids "This is better than Domino's" 👍

Very generous portions and excellent value for money! The doner, shish, and kofta meat were all delicious. The fries could have been a little better, but I'm excessively fussy in that regard. Nice fresh salad and pitta. Great selection of sauces available too. Definitely worth a try!

£20 mixed grill for 3 people on a positive will feed you with good portion and delivery on point.the bad points pittas were like crackers uneatable/ chips soggy and cold / the meat very dry not seasoned and low quality.cannot recommend this place

The food from Sultan's is always good. I love their Pizzas. Always a good price and delivered well on time. They are my go to for standard kebab shop fayre. I always have to order their wedges, no matter what else is on the list.

They have outdone themselves on numerous occasions. Great food, and cheap too

Don’t often eat takeaway but if I do I usually use sultans. But this time no chicken in mixed kebab, phoned them and argued they put it in, I have photos to prove otherwise. Said too busy to send more out. Chips not cooked either so clearly rushing orders through today. Ruined meal for me !

Ordered around 12:30pm had a 20 minute short estimated delivery than what the app predicted once I had paid for the order. Order was another 20 minutes later than the latest estimation of this.

We’ve been ordering regularly from here for over 4 years now, and really enjoyed our food. However in the last couple of months the chips have always arrived very soggy, grey looking almost inedible. The kebabs are nice so it’s a shame as it really ruins the meal.

Everything was great, except I've just recieved an email from JustEat telling me my order is confirmed. I ate it on Sunday.

My food was left outside on front my house door in the road and not one knock on my door ! My neighbours come and tell me that my delivery FOOD left in the road and just go! So thanks that was my last order from you!

Arrived early and the pizza was delicious.

I ordered a 6 piece fried chicken with chips. The chips were stone cold and hard in the middle. The chicken was so overcooked, trying to get any meat off of it was impossible. Absolutely disgusting, especially for how much I paid for it. I won't be eating here again.

Always the best pizzas from sultans, cheesy crust is amazing, just the right amount, and always tastes great, always nice an hot. My no1 goto shop for pizza best in weston. Highly recommended

I have been charged 16.70 instead of 14.70 as was what on the invoice. I would appeciate a refund of the difference.
