The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in South West

Tried to order food 3 times online all failed visited store member staff helpful at first then got manager who was rude and insisted he couldn't do the deal and tried over charging me so I left with him swearing at me. Unacceptable

Had 2 small Doner kebabs could not fault food lots doner meat and salad would go back friendly staff

The fish, fish cakes, pizzas and most other eats on the menu are all very good. However, how can they produce such disappointing chips when it is the one thing people would expect to be great when buying chips from a fish n' chip shop? They are always dry with a cardboard texture. Not like the old fashioned, juicy chips one used to get. And they are not the only ones (takeaway on Lyme Regis pier for example). Perhaps they are both ordering them in from somewhere pre-prepared? PLEASE Charmouth, we love you and appreciate all you do for the community but reconsider what you are doing with your chips....

We went for lunch at The Kitchen yesterday for my birthday and loved every minute! The restaurant was beautiful decorated for Christmas and has a lovely relaxed atmosphere. All of the staff were friendly and everyone made a point of coming over to say Happy Birthday which was lovely of them (and brought over a birthday dessert with a candle after which was a lovely touch). We both had the pork chop for our main course and it was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked and a taste sensation. We had dessert which was also delicious. We absolutely loved our meal at The Kitchen and will happily come back another time, a really beautiful place and meal. 5*

Absolutely awful …. They had nothing on the menus which we wanted and when we ordered you will see what we got on the photos.we waited 1hr 20 mins to get it too!!! The staff kept saying sorry and said no staff in the kitchen - well you should say you can accommodate food then! We only paid for our drinks as the food, waiting time, attitude was appalling!

Order was delivered to wrong address go the address and they said the delivery driver took the food and he won’t answer his phone

Gave me severe food poisoning used for years no issues had a takeaway Saturday and have been horrendously poorly since 🦠🥹

The worst fish and chips ever. Cod over cooked. Batter burnt cod inside shrivelled and stuck to over crispy batter. Chip dry and shrivelled clearly cooked more than twice. This was a complete waste of money inedible even my cat wouldn’t touch it as it tasted and smelt of burnt fat!

Just had a family ( Birthday) meal here and the service and food were fantastic, Sians ( the manager) gave us fantastic service and helped us with the ordering via the app, thanks to our wonderful service we will definitely be returning.

First time ordering from here today and the food was amazing, lots of it and very nice, one of the best kebabs I’ve had!

Reasonable priced items and generous portion sizes. Pizza bases are all either gluten free or made vegan suitable. Very nice!

Booked a two night stay in Dec. We were pleased to find ample parking at the back of the property. Friendly welcome by member of bar staff. Rooms were spacious, functional and comfortable. For breakfast there were fruit juices, cereals, fruit and yogurts, laid out on the bar. Promptly welcomed by the owner to take tea and coffee order. We accepted offer of a full English breakfast cooked to order, plentiful slices of toast were placed on the table and then served breakfast which was cooked with care and nicely presented. The owner was friendly but professional and ensured that our room was warm enough on that cold weekend. We were grateful to the offer of the owner cooking us an evening meal on our second night even though the restaurant was closed, we had made a booking elsewhere otherwise would have accepted the kind offer. We wish the owners well for their future, they deserve to do well.
