Evie is a life saver!!! After being let down by Zizzi, Evie and the team at pizza express stepped in and saved the day!! Without her we would have two 4 year olds having a riot over not getting there pasta fix!! Thank you for help and we’re definitely be back over Zizzi’s in the future!!

All kids had such much fun making their own pizzas, we had the whole restaurant to ourselves so the loudness wasent and issue! Staff was super friendly… highly recommended. My wife and I visited for a meal on a Monday lunchtime. The food was nice, as is standard for pizza express. However, it was the service from the team that really enhanced the experience. They were all exceptionally friendly and attentive, but it a professional way rather than being overly familiar.

What a lovely surprise in Dorchester today. Our nearest Pizza Express isn't great so I can't remember the last time I visited one. We were served by Patrick, fantastic service, attentive, helped me with the app. Food was great, hot and service was excellent. Thank you restoring my faith in PE and excellent customer service.

Was at Pizza Express Dorchester with family for season celebration. We had a fantastic time. Great service and children were fascinated watching the Chefs and Front of House working their magic. Thank you !

I pre-booked a table for a pre-Christmas and birthday catch up with children after they had a go at the ice skating. The food was lovely and the staff initially welcoming. We were not in a rush, service was paced and we were happily catching up with news and plans. We ordered additional hot drinks after our meal. My tea did not arrive. Then we were asked to vacate the table because there was another booking! I think this was very rude and inappropriate. I spent a fair amount of money but certainly won't be returning for future catch-up! I checked their site and there is no time limit on the booked tables.

Me and my partner often come here for dinner and it’s always nothing but wonderful! Food is consistently delicious (especially the cannelloni) and the service is always welcoming and kind. Not to mention the great deals they do which makes it more worth while. We will continue coming here for the future and could not recommend more.

Waited for 50 minutes to be told there was one more table to be served then we would be next. We should have been informed that there was a delay before we opened, When we apologised and said we needed to leave, as we had cinima tickets, without our meal,l kitchen staff made unnecessary rude remarks. Drinks prices are outrageous and it's left me wondering if the service is deliberately slow to sell more of them.

Popped in early on a Saturday evening with no booking. A friendly welcome and shown straight to a table. After a long day travelling, food and lots of it was in order! We had two starters and then three pizzas. The Xmas themed dough balls in blankets were superb, personal point of view needed more garlic but that's just me!! Pizzas arrived soon after, steaming hot and offered the choice of condiments. Staff were all attentative and friendly so thanks to everyone at Pizza Express!!

I am very grateful for a kind help we received yesterday from the amazing staff in Pizza Express, Dorchester. A young girl felt unwell after the parade of Remembrance Day, she needed to sit and rest. The staff in Pizza Express took care of us, provided a cup of tea, biscuits, and gave shelter till her mum arrived. They didn't want any money. Well impressed. Thank you so much.

As is usually the case with Pizza Express, the food was delicious all round and fantastic value. But a special mention is deserved for this branch for the outstanding level of service. From the minute we arrived, every member of staff that served us was friendly, helpful, efficient, and could not have done more to make our lunchtime more pleasant. Outstanding. The fact that the kids were able to eat for free was an added and unexpected bonus! Such a family friendly place.

We didn't book but we managed to get a table for 4. The staff were welcoming and very patient dealing with our somewhat complicated dietary needs. The food came promptly and was really tasty. It's great to be able to have 2 toppings on one pizza. The option of a hot drink & small sweet is a great idea too. We were disappointed with the decaf coffee, which was very weak & insipid, however, they were happy to swap for a fresh mint tea. We don't eat out much but this was a real treat and fun, we will return. Thank you.

Good food and service, restaurant a little quiet.

Found a hair in my food that definitely wasn't mine. Put it on a napkin and gave to waitress who said she would log it. No apology and no refund of the half of pizza that was contaminated and couldn't be eaten

The food was lovely until I found a short black hair under my pizza, so I wasn't able to finish it (I have long blonde hair, so definitely not mine). I put the hair to one side on a napkin and showed the waitress. She said 'I will have to log that' and took it away. No apology, pizza charge was not removed from bill, nothing! Terrible response from Pizza Express to such a big hygiene violation. So if you dine here, beware the hidden 'extras'

We had yet another lovely meal here this evening. Would especially like to mention the waiter who looked after us, he was also our waiter last time we visited - he is a true credit to this restaurant. He was working tonight (9th Oct) has dark hair and was in the black and white stripy uniform... always super friendly and went out of his way to make me a cortado this evening. Sadly I think he had finished before we left the restaurant as we wanted to personally give him a tip but couldn't see him anywhere. Thank you for a lovely dinner 😊 I recommend this Pizza Express, consistently a nice experience. We will be back soon!

Lovely lunch out. Service was a tad slow But then food was lovely.

Seemed short staffed. Although quiet we had to wait to be served. The food arrived in good time however.

Great Atmosphere, Staff and Food.

Really good pizza at really good prices. Great service. It's a modern restaurant so I can't say to much about the atmosphere.

Turned up unannounced and they managed to seat a family of five, always polite and friendly staff, the new volcano dough balls are chefs kiss. Solid and reliable restaurant.

We ordered 2 pizzas. We waited a bit long. Pizzas were good but the table and chair was soooo dirty and sticky. Halloumi starter was good, I would recommend that.

We had a wonderful meal. Absolutely delicious and served brilliantly. Outstanding value for money and full of flavour.

Decided on a spur of the moment pizza visit, Dorchester was very busy but Evie found us a table in a quieter part of the restaurant which we appreciated. Despite being very full our starters, pizzas and desert coffee arrived really quickly we could see the kitchen were working flat out. Pizzas were great, all the food was great. Big shout out to Evie and Maisie who looked after us really well.

I've been going for a while, and its always consistently good. Great selection for everyone, my twin brother is vegan and they have a tonne of options for him. My favourite desert used to be the toffee fudge glory, which they discontinued a few years ago much to my dismay! They now have a biscoff sundae that's right up there and filling the void for me! Great pizzas, great selection, always consistent!

A lovely evening ,attentative cheerful staff and good well priced food .Wine was excellent ,cold and delicious .As such a warm evening we sat outside which was great for people watching . Havent been here for a while but will certainly return .

It was hard to pick the main reason as we had a great experience. As well as the food being delicious, it was brought out quickly and was fresh and hot. The team were attentive, friendly, and responsive. We were sat outside in the sunshine and the atmosphere was lovely. We also felt our meal was good value as we used a UNIDAYS student discount which got us 25% off our entire bill.

Just had the best meal ever at pizza express!! Got served by the gorgeous Evie and handsome Pat. Service was so so quick I was so impressed. Even more impressed seeing Pat hold 5 plates!! I think you should consider stuffed crust to take your pizza to the next level 🚀

Meal with our daughter and grandsons, the stag were very good, but it was slow, food was good as usual and they were very nice to our two year old.

We had a meal this evening and felt it was very bad value for money.....How can dough balls be £5.95 !l!! There was hardly any chicken in the Calezoine Pizza that we orderd - again really poor value for money. The staff were good & attentive but overall it was a poor experience due to the food. Our bill came to almost £60 which was very high considering what we ordered....

Dorchester restaurant bakes a really mean pizza. The staff are friendly and attentive. And the food always arrives piping hot. What’s not to like?

After a lovely day walking and exploring the area what better place to eat than here ! Delicious pizza speedily prepared ! The manager was so helpful and had a great sense of humour who obviously loved his job ! Our waitress was so so efficient and charming and we left very happy customers! Thoroughly recommend !

We visited on 16th May for my wife's birthday, we were warmly welcomed by Maisie and shown to our table. The food was excellent, our server Matt was attentive and accommodating throughout and they even made a fuss for the birthday girl with a candle on her dessert too. Everything went smoothly and we'll be back again soon!

Love this pizza hut, not sure about the others since I haven't been but this pizza hut in Dorchester is excellent. Staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. Prices are great. Love it all, and the architecture is really nice. Really modern yet reminds me of an old diner. Love it.

Its your regular pizza restaurant. This establishment is clean, tidy and has a great team of staff serving. The food quality is good and service is efficient. If its a cold or windy outside, it can be quite cool and draughty inside though. When reserving a table, request one away from the two doors unless you don't mind an arctic blast while you eat.

Great attentive service from the moment I walked in. Fast service and checked if all was ok with food and drink. Appreciate it was midweek but still relatively busy and hence the service was great for it. Food usual good quality pizza express, the dough balls with pesto. Throughly recommended and the new BBQ chicken is very tasty. Overall a good experience.

We walked into the restaurant in dorchester, we didn't book a table so we went in to see if we could get a table however the staff didn't even acknowledge us, we stood at the door waiting for about 10 mins there was a guy on the phone, however 3 different waiting staff walked past us and not one person said hello or someone will be with you soon.

I am very impressed with the service at Dorchester. The pizzas and deserts were excellent. The lasagne was a bit bland, apparently, but overall, it was very good.

We were on holiday when we visited. The place was very quiet but still the service was rather slow. The food was average as were the prices.

They never disappoint us to cater to my son's food allergies. He can eat safely and food is yummy. Amazing service as usual :)

Can't really give a revue as such, "we dont' live at our address" and our "address does not exist" and "making it up address is not there", as we will not be getting any food from these people tonight as they refuse to supply, so, we shall go out of our imaginary house and along the imaginary road to an eatery that does want our money that is not imaginary.

We had a great meal here! The pizzas were lovely and fresh and the service was great. Because we all had the app we enjoyed sides and desserts for free and half price pizzas!! Perfect! Well worth getting the app!

Excellent service Friendly atmosphere

Food and service was great until we got the bill. 4 pizzas, 2 salads, 1 side and 4 drinks came to £110. We tried to download the app and register to get the discounts but that didn't work even though the card on the table was promoting it. I tried at home and it still doesn't work. If we applied the correct vouchers, selected complimentary dough balls, etc then we could have saved a lot. The staff were kind, patient and eventually gave us a small discount but not enough to go back. For a single person wanting pizza, side or starter, plus drink, expect to spend almost £30 without vouchers. For a family of 5, it easily comes to over £100. One of the kids kicked off so dampened the evening, then the bill was the kick in the balls. In hindsight, should have just opted for takeaway and paid less than half. Recommend getting your vouchers sorted up front and be mindful that a discount voucher for a classic pizza is only applicable to one, so you need to get everyone to register on multiple phones. Doesn't really work for families.

Nice pizza quite lightweight had vegan padana only critique would be the caramelised onions ... there were too many making it a bit too sweet and lightweight on vegan cheese. Takeaway was delivered quickly.

Huge thank you to John, Aliena and the team for a perfect mother's day lunch yesterday! Even though it was super busy, the service and quality of food was excellent, 10/10! John was so thoughtful and looked after everyone on our table of 9, even crouching down to the kids level to help them choose their food, so kind! We'll be back soon!
