Got our last 2 orders wrong, lied to us about giving us a free replacement of our food that was wrong and frankly have 0 customer service skills. Hardly any meat in my partners doner burger aswell and always take longer to cook than they say so we always end up waiting in the cold for our food. One delivery we were waiting for over an hour and we live a 2 minute drive away.

Joke phones a telephone order (£57) through for collection and still waiting 45 minutes later out side for it to be made

Ordered 3 kebabs and walked out with the wrong ones which I realised only at home. Furthermore they gave me the wrong change when I paid (10£ less), which again unfortunately I realized only once home. Never again.

I've been ordering for a few years, always good service, tasty food only thing missing is some pickled chilli's to go with the kebab

I've been going here for over 10 years. However it's in a rapid decline. Chips can be over cooked. Lamb kebab meat has gone down hill massively, on many occasions I feel the meat has been reheated as sometimes its very rubbery and dry. Pizzas I can't fault and to be honest other food I've ordered have been fine. However I mainly order lamb kebabs and now I am looking at other local kebab houses. Shame as I use to love this place and was one of the best. Food at times cab be cold when delivered, this is probably due to them being busy and driver having too many deliveries at once.

I work in the local area at a food establishment, we follow all covid guidelines and wearing mask. But this kabab place does not follow no covid guidelines. I had order £30 worth of food for the house at 11pm, got home and relaxed to eat my food, took the first bit of pizza and found hair in that, with that i chucked the whole pizza in the bin, then I started my kabab and i got half way through to find another hair. Spate the food out and chucked it in the bin. Waste of money, Called the kabab shop the day after to explain what happend, i expected a apology and a full refund straight away. But i got nothing. Im a local person saying, stay away from this place. No hygiene is followed 100%, avoid at all cost. I wanted to add that i did not ask for 50% off, dont bend the truth, also i am a local business guy i asked if you would do any discount if i paid cash, nothing about 50%. No need to bend the truth. Food is horrible never to return, also how can someone return the food the day after?? I was your last customer all the food is in the bin. Also i am a local review for google, there is nothing for me to gain to leave a review. Everyone should now

I went to this shop for a kebab and chips the chips were vile couldn’t eat one straight in the bin and this isn’t the first time I hate complaining but total rubbish ran shop they said bring them back we’ll give you some more really? First time was bad enough never again😞

Chips cold and like rubber burgers were cold I only live down the road less than 2 min away left instruction when placed order not to put food in polystyrene containers for medical reasons this was totaly ignored Wont be getting from there anymore!!! UP DATE review If you give this company bad feed back you get there delivery drivers come to your door and give you sturn words very scary and distresfull.

I ordered a couple of things tonight cheese burger meal, 3 piece chicken strips meal a chicken shish kebab and cheesy garlic bread and all of it was tasty good food me and my family order from here quite alot and it is always up to scratch, one time they forgot a can of coke I had ordered I rang them and they corrected it and delivered it to me straight away. Would recommend this place

I had 2 medium kebabs delivered to me yesterday to meet the minimum spend amount buying the two cost just £11 the kebabs were hot and the portion size was above a usual size medium no complaints at all I shall use again

Love this place and the staff are always friendly. The food is always of a good quality and the kebab is really fresh, hot, and non greasy! Would recommend this kebab always. This is a great kebab that I eat even when I’m sober :)

Just finished a charcoal grill @£13. Absolutely delicious. We often have this option. Plenty enough for 2, with left over kebab meat for another snack. Salad tonight was lovely- red cabbage, tomato, lettuce and lightly pickled cucumber as well as onion and lettuce. Made a lovely change from the usual green lettuce and lots of onion. Good value for money and really quick service.

I was only working in Bristol for 2 days and I needed somewhere that delivered food locally. Fortunately I found this place and had a very tasty meal. I genuinely didn't think that I would get the standard of meal that I had but I will be back when I go back in another month. Thanks

Ordered various items tonight including Kebabs, chips and Pizza. All cooked to perfection, salad was fresh, pizza was hot with generous amounts of topping. Average wait for delivery time (approx 40 minutes) but that's to be expected on a Saturday evening. Will definitely use again.. 😊

My girlfriend and me have experienced problems before ordering from here.. we ordered kebabs with salad and mayo.. the kebab had no salad or mayo. And the deal we ordered was supposed to come with a separate pot of sauce, that was also missing as well

Good food. 30mins faster than ETA which was good but the delivery driver has a huge attitude! I made a note on the order to call on arrival. Then when he did call me said he had been waiting outside for 10 mins. If he followed my instructions then he wouldn't have had a issue! He was a very rude man! Obviously having a bad day but I shouldn't take it out on customers

Past two times order was wrong ordered garlic bread and ham pizza come when I rang to ask about it he was rude and took 20 mins fit correct one to come second time garlic bread didn't arrive and waited for it again by time it come rest of meal was cold

Normally have a good meal here. But the lamb shish that I had was basically all fat, was really chewy.

Not very happy, the previous time we ordered before this one the driver was rude, however today the driver was fine, but the prices have gone up by an amount I think is unreasonable, and to make matter worse, the option that you are given to choose a sauce... Didn't make a difference because they didn't put any sauce on anyway, and they put no salt and/or vinegar on any of the chips... You can not put your prices up, and then give a worse service. I've spent a lot of money at this particular takeaway, but I think the time has come now to move on, I'll be ordering from elsewhere now, it's not exactly hard with apps like just eat is it!!!!

Very nice pizza at a very reasonable price, my only gripe is that the Tikka pizza we ordered didn't taste much of tikka but more of onion, which was a shame. However I would order from them again as its better value for money than Dominoes

If you think 1 1/2 hours wait for 2 Kebabs and a 2 minute car journey is good, then this the 'go to' place. Called after 1 hour of waiting and told it was on the way, only to ring back 30 mins later to find out it hasn't even been sent yet. Appalling service all 1 hour 15 minutes and STILL the food has not been made and is not been on way to be delivered. I think it would of been easier to travel to Weston to get one in that time! I don't mind waiting if it's busy and they tell me that, but to be told it's on the way when clearly it wasn't, it shows one of two things 1. They don't know what they are doing, or 2. They are not honest - either way, I wouldn't want to do business with them again.

Chips were very oily and chicken shish was soaked in mayo literally dripping wet even the pitta was to soggy to eat clearly they dont care about customer satisfaction how hard is it to make chips and prepare food properly I specifically asked for the mayo to be put in a small pot but that never happend and the amount of lettuce i had on the kebab was ridiculous the amount i got could have easily been enough for 7 large shish kebabs overall ill give this a very disappointing 1 out of 10 dont think ill be ordering from here again unless they fix up..
