The best pizza I have had in a long time. As good as in Italy (and I am half Italian so I mean it!). The chef is very friendly and professional, highly recommend this pizzeria ! We order take away there very often.

Fuuuuuming !!! Ordered food , got an order number , over 1.5 hours later and 100 phone calls …. NOTHING , if your shut then you need to change your system as it clearly states your open on Uber eats and your website. Won’t be bothering again.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star I just wasn’t able to post without selecting something. VERY UPSET AND DO NOT RECOMMEND , Second time ordering from them online - just eat - , their website says open but I have received no order. I came to the restaurant myself I thought there may have been a delay and the shop is CLOSED. Literally have Kids waiting for their dinner whilst they’re finding it okay to just take peoples money.

Discovered this pizzeria a couple of weeks ago when walking home. Ordered 2 large pizzas, a portion of chips and dips - very affordable price. Pizza was very very tasty!! As were the chips. Decided to come back again today and had lovely service. Short waiting time. There are two tables outside where you can sit and wait/eat, there is also seating inside. Prices are great. 5 star hygiene rating. Great service. The new management are great - thanks for the pizza!

Bit of a mixed bag, the first time I visited a few weeks ago it was incredible authentic italian pizza that was affordable. Went yesterday and the toppings were scarce and not even spread all over pizza so had to dismantle pizza to spread them out. If it was more consistently like the first time I visited, it would be a 5 star and a massively hidden gem

May be the worst takeaway Iv had in years, ordered under the ETA of an hour, didn’t mind waiting, over 2 hours later the order arrived, stone cold. Some items looked uncooked whilst others were burnt, would never touch this place again.

A little hidden gem! Unassuming and completely unpretentious little restaurant/takeaway. Seriously tasty pizza and good range of other food on the menu, really friendly guy that owns the place and does the cheffing.

Nice food. Unreliable opening times. Suggest not to order via Uber eats etc. Recently they accepted an order and then cancelled. Took my promo voucher AND then didn’t answer the phone.

Unfortunately there's no options to give no stars as I would of chosen that!! £26 for a spaghetti bologise with no meat. Portion of garlic mushrooms with no sauce. And a bag of mc cains potato wedges. Absolutely shocking. Massively avoid!!!!

The pizza was absolutely yummy but, sadly, it was cold. I had ordered a meal deal with pizza, garlic bread with cheese, chips, a dip and two cans of drink. Unfortunately, the garlic bread was basic with no cheese, I didn’t get a dip and had no cans. I had ordered a dessert too but this wasn’t available - I was refunded the £5. Bit disappointing. 🙁

We were having some beers and playing pool at the Cosham Inn last night and thought we would try Pizzeria Milano. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and a calzone, with their homemade Bolognese sauce. We all thought the food was delicious! And ready in very good time. Fresh dough and lovely flavour. Will definitely be back. Many thanks!

The pasta was super cold and plain sauce, the pizza looks like it had fall and was crushed and cold.

Terrible service 3 hours with no update and refusing to get the order cancelled disgrace of a business.

Ordered from here twice now in the last couple of weeks!! Lovely pizzas, really authentic thin bases, best we've had in ages!! this is definitely my go to place for pizza for now on!!!

Amazing vegan pizza! Pizza made with love and care everytime and catering fully and without fuss for vegans with fresh and juicy ingredients. Run by an absolute gent you won't be disappointed when you bite into a slice. Prices are great and you won't wait long for your disc of joy. You will be missing out if you don't try this place and once you do you will not look back.

Fresh ingredients, generous portions and reasonably priced. I was served by a chap called Ilir who was very friendly and displayed some pretty impressive dough slinging skills. Will be back for sure

This place used to be amazing but sadly what a waste of £30 the pizza had no toppings the cheese tasted funny and the base was hard!! the garlic bread was stuck together with the cheese and the carbonara had no bacon !! The best part of the meal was the chips and garlic dip !!

We have used Milano for years and seen many changes in owners. We were so disappointed recently. Firstly it was 30minutes late then poor food. Severely greasy pizza with floppy base and rubbery crust instead of crispy, garlic bread was burnt on edges but very soft and bread like as barely cooked. Hard to find a good Italian pizza and this one has now lost my confidence. Such a shame.

Authentic Italian pizza that makes me think of home (I’m from Rome). The pizza was perfectly stone baked, large in size and full of yummy ingredients and can tell this now a good family business where they put care into how the food is done. I enjoyed a great time with my family at the large table within the restaurant! One more thing I was impressed about is the cleanliness, I saw the ladies in the kitchen wear hair nets and washing hands often. Many thanks!

I had delicious soup. Great table service with all the side dishes . I’ve asked for extras and the ladies in the kitchen homemade everything and made all my requests possible. I felt well taken care of and the food was traditional and very tasty

Used for first and last time, greek salad was just like a salad without a dressing, just was tasteless had to season ourselves and add dressing, pizza was cold and just wasn't worth the money, disappointed won't use again

Carbonara pasta was mediocre, profiteroles were great but the star was Shkembe! The tripe soup was fantastic, it came with a spicy chilli pepper on the side, white vinegar and smetana or sour cream. Honestly great soup, I couldn’t stop eating it. Needed a touch of salt and a little bit of chilli powder on top of the green chilli that came with it but it was absolutely delicious.

I made an order on Uber eats for a pasta dish and some sides. Only the sides arrived with the pasta missing. I rang the restaurant and spoke to a lady on the phone, I explained that the pasta was missing and she said that they will send the driver back with the pasta. I asked her to be as quick as possible as obviously the sides would go cold otherwise, which she said they would be. The restaurant is 10 minutes from my house. 40 minutes later, no food. I ring the restaurant again and the same lady said she doesn't know where the driver is but he should be no more than another 10 minutes. I explained that everything is now cold and that I feel I should be refunded for this meal. She told me she can't do that as they've sent the pasta out already. I asked her how I should be expected to eat pasta at 9pm with cold sides, for a mistake on their behalf and said it was shocking the attitude they were having with me on the phone. She said she didn't know why it was shocking and I again explained that my food is now cold and I've had to wait 2 hours in total since I made my order to receive the main dish! I also said I was shocked that I've not even received an apology from her. She said she didn't see why she should apologise. Enough said. Absolutely disgusting customer service, I cannot believe you allow your staff to talk to your customers on the phone like that. I was very polite on the phone and to be talked to like that is an absolute disgrace. Stay well away! Suffice it to say, it's now been an hour since the first phone call and I still haven't received my pasta!

The delivery times stated prior to ordering are acceptable, unfortunately as soon as you order the delivery time gets immediately put back. I had to wait over 2hrs for my food instead of the stated 40mins prior to ordering. I would like to say this wasn't my first or even second time of disappointment not by the food but by the time from ordering to receipt. The last time my order wasn't even complete. No apologies were given or even a reduction in what was paid.

Chips and Omelette bit rubbery and not very hot, I've worked in a chip shop before and the chips reminded of one that had been reheated perhaps it was waiting a while before being delivered.

Great little place, I ate in and was pleasantly surprised that somewhere like this offered vegan options! The menu was a bit all over the place, literally, it's on 5/6 different sheets of paper. Could do with a bit of a reprint but the food itself was great!

This is the best lasagne I have found in Bristol. It always arrives hot and cooked perfectly with lots of meat and sauce. 1 portion can feed two along with a side. This time i had cheesy flatbread which wasnt the best but the salad was so fresh. I love this place I want to work my way through the menu but keep having the lasagne as its the best

We've had pizza delivered from here on a few occasions and it is very good. Last night we had a 12" ham, mushroom and sweetcorn pizza with a calzone containing, bolognese, mozzarella, chicken and peppers. Toppings are generous and the bases aren't too thick; typical Italian style. Lovely food and highly recommended. The only reason I didn't give 5* was that it didn't arrive until 55 minutes after the requested delivery time despite calling to check it would be delivered at this time.

This is my favourite takeaway after just having another delicious meal we are working our way through the menu. The lasagne is one of the best I have ever tasted. Food is really good quality ingredients fresh tasting and cooked to perfection. The portions are quite large and can feed two. Yes the delivery does sometimes take a long time but they send messages to make you aware of this and it proves that food is being cooked fresh and then it arrives hot and tasty. A must try

shocking shocking shocking ....2 hours for a delivery when told it was 30 to 40 mins it was hot but the driest thing I've ate ever ...hay for a horse has more flavour....rang to Express the issue and totally not Interested in either a refund or replacement so in conclusion dont use this place

The restaurant is run by a lovely lady called Rasluca, she is both a fantastic chef and has superb people skills. I order often from here and when there has been a rare mistake, I’ve had it sorted within 15 minutes, to my door, The food is home made and always fresh and hot, tasty and moreish. I cannot use enough superlatives to tell others just how much of a gem this place is. If asked, tell them Julian sent you, for the good stuff lol Seriously though, superb place and never a bad order by me. You can rely on this restaurant , to provide good food at reasonable prices. The owner is very good also and always goes out of her way to make sure your order is delivered on time and good to eat.

We had a delivery from here and to be honest it took quite a while to arrive, BUT having said that it was well worth the wait. I had an omelette which was delicious 😋 and the salad 🥗 too was lush. The chicken wrap was very good too. Will definitely be ordering from there again.

Having had a bit of a bad day where people at a fairground charged us lots for not a lot (!) it was refreshing to go to Pizzeria Milano and receive excellent friendly service. I asked for a half margarita and half vegetarian pizza for me and the children to share. My son then said he would like pepperoni to which I said we couldn’t because we had already asked for 2 different pizzas in one. The lovely lady serving overheard and said she could do it and split the pizza in thirds for us. It was such good value for money as well and so nice to have someone show some flexibility and a bit of understanding when trying to juggle children’s different tastes while not wasting food! Thank you - we will definitely be back 😊

Me enteré de este lugar por un día por curiosidad. Ver google alrededor. Si hay una firme para llevar que no carne. Pizzería Milano. que no! Así que hicimos un pedido.Por un tiempo cuando queríamos un sitio, este era el lugar. Había un punto donde una vez la carne era tan buena que en realidad pedimos de nuevo en el mismo día! Era (era bastante era vergonzoso hacer el pedido por segunda vez debo admitir) la carne llena de sabores y tenía ese agradable sabor quemado" barbacoa" (que suena asqueroso, pero si sabes a lo que me refiero. . sabes a lo que me refiero),sin embargo, una vez que decidimos probar algunos de sus lasaña y fue dejado decepcionante, me dieron barato lasaña pasada ahogados en insípido queso graso y repugnante carne algunas partes están. Ugh,!Me dejó de pedir desde aquí de calidad empezó a bajar por el bistec, empezaron con cortes baratos grasos. Es una lástima que un poco caro.

Cuando ordene mi comida me dijeron que la entrega sería de 45 minutos que fue bastante aceptable para un sábado por la noche. Esta vez había pasado una vez pensé que les daría un poco de espacio al respirar, les dio 15 minutos extra. Llamé para preguntar cuánto tiempo sería y me dijeron 10 minutos, me preguntó si realmente puede ser de 10 minutos y si iba a más preferiría conocer y me dijeron que no iba a ser de 10 minutos. Después de otros 20 minutos llamado y me dijo que sería que tenía la izquierda y sería de 10 minutos. En este punto me pregunté si no era aquí en 10 minutos sin que haya un descuento para que la respuesta era sí. Después de otros 15 minutos me llamó y me explicó que no estaba todavía aquí y preguntó cómo mucho la factura sería ahora? La respuesta fue no hay descuento pero sin recibir una pizza gratis la próxima vez. Pero no hay problema gracias cuánto ahora? 10 minutos, ya que el conductor está dejando ahora. Lo siento eh? ? ? ¿Cuántas mentiras! ! Finalmente apareció después de 12 minutos. Así que después de esperar más de 1 h 45 minutos mi comida apareció y la orden estaba equivocado! ! Orden a tu propio riesgo!

We often order from here. It's unlike many other run of the mill places. It's superb. All homemade dishes. We love the pizzas. Really good prices too. Never have had a problem here. Highly recommended

I feel disappointed, I have spent quite abit of money here and use to love this place. However I have recently noticed a downhill slope. I never wanted to leave a negative review but after phoning to make some constructive criticism that I had to what a hour and half for food which wasn't my problem, the problem was that I live 5 mins max away and it turned up cold. I was argued with that it had been 45 mins, which from 7:40 to 9:10pm is not 45 mins, but I was also told that my food was not cold. I didn't expect anything just an apology and for my criticism to be taken on board, however instead I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Pedimos desde aquí un par de veces y la comida es muy buena! En realidad es agradable encontrar un sitio que no tiene pasta para llevar no sólo pizza. Normalmente me la carbonara, que es realmente bonita y son buenas porciones grandes. También la llevan así, lo cual es una ventaja.

Takeaway ordered direct via website, waited 50 minutes before calling them, saying it would take another 20minutes. Asked for any discount, and the response was, 'you already have a discount' (5% first time order) Ended up cancelling the order due to extremely poor customer service.

Había probado este lugar hace un tiempo y no me impresionó así que nos dio otra oportunidad. Gran error. Pedí un Calzone que tenía tan poco abundante y no tenía sabor/sazonar era tan sosa. En su mayoría masa/corteza - muy decepcionante.

I love this place, I dont think I've had a nicer pizza anywhere else. Most pizzas I find are too salty, fatty or greasy but these ones are light and full of flavour. This places deserves more recognition.

Ordered food through a dorr drop leaflet, but collected myself. Pictures available of the pizza and pasta dish & salad and bread for £18 available. They also do daily specials. Deserves to be on the Trip Advisor map!! Will use again.
