The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Worthing South East

The pizzas are pretty good. I've been several times now and once again I heard people on the table next to us using the term 'wood-fired pizza'. The oven is not wood-fired and neither is the pizza. You can see the gas jets at the back of the oven. As a result, you're never going to get something of the same quality as you get in the best Italian (or English) pizzerias. The service always seems to follow the same pattern. First, a super-confident, loud managerial type welcomes you, asks about allergies and (in this case) told us we could only have the table for an hour (we hadn't booked). Second, you're left to the devices of very pleasant, but entirely untrained youngsters. We waited an age to order (which meant we were hurried as our 'hour' ended) and finally attracted the attention of a young woman whose pen didn't work. The pizzas came quickly, but the delivery to table is hapless (all overseen from a distance from the efficient managerial type). Fancy another drink? Better be prepared to wait. The pizzas here deserve better service and better organisation. If they could sort that out, this place would be much better. Still, I imagine they're unconcerned because the profit margins are so huge here they can afford to be lax. Four pizzas, three beers, two pineapple juices = £94. Go figure.

Couldn't find my adress. Attempted to deliver pizza twice unsuccessfully. And a third time only.because I went out into the street. Their drivers were rude. Their staff were also rude when I complained. Shit service. 1 hour 30 to get the order they told me 30 min for and the food was cold.

The Staff are truly what customer service is all about , I cannot praise them highly enough! The food is always fresh and exactly as I order ( i.e pickles on the side ) The ambience is so welcoming, not many places feel this comfortable for a solo diner believe me ... All in all , I enjoy being here !

Great food, great people, great price, great service!

Excellent service when we were here on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was busy with a few large parties but our food was served really quickly and nothing was too much trouble, even with a coeliac in our party. Really well organised, unlike other Pizza Express restaurants we've been to.

Always a nice and tasty pizza with great value from this place, always received a friendly service and have great banter with these guys. Nice amount of topping and happy to swap items on toppings for others. Recommended and see you next Saturday guys.

Feeling shame for being a customer for many years. 52 Broadwater Rd, Worthing BN14 8AG They have given half cooked pizza - but good part is that I found the quality of cheese they are using. it's like an expired synthetic s**t, it's bitter and pale coloured BE CAREFUL - will never eat outside.

Must close shop or change franchisee. Will not purchase a pizza from this place again. This particular branch is not representative of the brand quality and service. The dough is uncooked in the middle, the cheese has been dropped on by someone who is definitely untrained and think that loads of cheese will make a tastier pizza. Cannot recommend

Sorry but I found glass in my pizza when I took my first bite. I couldn’t eat much of it as I was worried I’d find more. I mean… GLASS!! Come on.
