The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in Reigate and Banstead South East

I actually can’t sing your praises enough!! The service was outstanding the food was incredible!! Absolutely authentic Italian pizza!! Delicious!! We sat outside in the sunshine!! Just perfect!! Even Schnitzel was well looked after…..🐶 service 10/10 food 12 /10 Atmosphere 10/10 thank you

Good pizza, they add service charge to every order, atmosphere is lacking, was cold inside so had to wear coats, expensive for what it is.

Absolutely terrible. I went in and to the counter to order coffee and buy a cookie for my child. I was completely ignored, there was no one in the queue and approx 3 tables of people. It was not busy at all. What would it take to say “Hi there, be with you in a mo”? I might add I’m nearly 9 months pregnant and clearly very uncomfortable (not their fault granted). Waited for 7/8 mins whilst two staff were behind the counter doing their best to ignore me and then walked out. Utterly, utterly useless. I grew up in Redhill and was back today for the first time in nearly 20 years, it is a crying shame that people have become so unbelievably rude in the area.

Big airy restaurant with lovely staff and great food

My family and I went into the Reigate branch yesterday, we were shown to our table by James the new manager who made us feel very welcome, he explained all the offers and how everything worked we were very impressed how professional he was and his high level of customer service. Reece then took over as our waiter very polite efficient young man, we were served very quickly and the food was of a high standard, Reece even noticed my Grandaughter had a birthday badge on and gave her a special desert which delighted her. In all the new manager and staff have created an excellent efficient well run establishment, we will be back as it was a good customer experience good old fashioned service much needed now well done.

This is a nicely presented restaurant, food is ok, unfortunately however the service is terrible .... we waited 10 mins to be seen or even acknowledged at front of house and seated despite a large que forming. After being seated it took ~25 mins to be seen for drinks order etc, (had to ask/beg for service), starter to main 50 mins!! remainder of the evening was a struggle to get any attention, staff simply are not interested ... in fact staff are too busy attending to the take-out (Uber Eats etc.) orders, packing Pizza box's, while in-house customers waited. Honestly PREZZO you have other local completion close-by that offer same food and far BETTER service! After MANY loyal years of visiting PREZZO, we will now be going to another local venue in the future!!

I always go in really late after a shift at the pub up the road so always feel super guilty but the guys in there are so nice, normally the same two guys that are very accommodating not sure what their names are but the name Jay was in my ticket, and there is another man that’s very lovely and always says hello to me :)

I came In and ordered pizzas and when I got home they gave me the wrong pizza the cook was rude to me when I was there as I was 48p short as forgot my card so then decided to give me a pizzas with no toppings I asked for bbq base and he put a tiny bit on ans said if I want bbq I need to pay £2.70 for it which I refused so he decided to then not put any toppings on when I called the shop to make a complaint the cook was rude to me again and shouted and put the phone down I called back asked for his name he gave me a fake name and when I said u have just made that up he said yes he has made it up! Absolutely disgusting behaviour from your staff rude nasty and liars and food not even cooked how it should be will not be using this place again and will be warning others about it to

If the order tracker is to be believed my pizza was sat waiting in the restaurant for an uber eats driver for 20 minutes. By the time my food got here it was luke warm and it looked like it had been dropped on route.

Always consistent in quality and good customer service. Have no complaints as it’s rarely a disappointing meal

I have ordered a chicken feast and paid £20, delivery was quick but most probably because there was no food in it anyway... Avoid this place at any cost. Pictures attached. Undercooked chicken wings as well.
