Ordered 3 pizzas at 9:20 on a Monday night. Didn’t arrive until 11pm! Live 10 minutes away and told out for delivery which then toon 40 minutes. Called dominos once and they said it was just leaving. Took another 20 mins and called again and they tried to tell us that we didn’t call and was so rude. Absolute shambles and didn’t offer anything back.

Chef, don't change gloves when they make veggie or vegan pizzas. I'm waiting for my pizza. I saw myself when I asked them answer was chef don't have time to wash hand or change gloves .

Utterly useless Didn't even turn up though the app said it was on the way. The person on the phone barely spoke English and kept asking I ring back in back in five minutes if it didn't turn up. I waited 1.5 hours on these jokers only to be told it had been delivered elsewhere. When I finally spoke to them they refused to apologise or offer any make good. They said they were willing to refund or send a new one which I explained wasn't a make good but a legal requirement. Waste of space - save yourself the time and the horror.

Delivery tracking said delivered then half hour later cold pizza turned up. Sent it back and asked for refund. Told it would be 1-3 working days with no apology or means of making a mense. Two weeks to the day later after several emails to customer complaints I'm still waiting for some form of contact and my refund. Ruined our evening and would never use Domino's again.

Don't order any thing for delivery as they don't have any drivers our pizza has been sitting there for over an hour. The driver was due back 40 minutes ago. So we will get a cold pizza if its ever delivered.

Waited 80 minutes for delivery. Domino’s app said on its way but still took 30 minutes to travel 1 mile. Driver said he had come directly from shop. Drink was also missing.

This branch gave me and my partner horrendous food poisoning. We spent the whole weekend significantly unwell. I wrote to dominos and the local food standards agency. Dominos sent a generic response a month later telling me that they’ve had no other reports, they have a good food hygiene report so thats that. After ruining my weekend with food poisoning their response and lack of any kind customer service was shocking. All their correspondence suggested that they didn’t believe me that they gave me food poisoning. Poor all around, I have now vowed to never eat dominos again. Interestingly I know other people who have had food poisoning from other branches of dominos who say the same thing.

Second chance I have given this branch but more fool me! Food had not arrived even after more than one and a half hours, tried to call many many times but wouldn’t answer the phone. The APP stated that it had been delivered 20 mins prior to trying to contact them which I would assume it was them fudging their delivery times/targets. Food was Luke warm at best!! I have sent a complaint to the head office as this the second time this has happened, it was meant to be a treat for the kids which I fully regret!!AVOID!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! Third time ordered there and never do it again. Don’t waste your money and Time. Garden party pizza base was undercooked, I can’t believe they put it in the box. After I called them, they bring the new one almost the same - undercooked. Potato wedges taste horrible, ordered twice!

After having some awesome margherita pizza in Italy and prezzo, Domino was pretty average. Veggie volcano is good.

Just called them up for a delivery , trusting them that they would not drive up my pathway like they did last time , Was told by a young girl on the phone that I could place an order but could take 2 hours and it might be cold when it gets here ! I thought she was joking so I repeated it back to her and she calmly said yes , it could be 2 hours, even more and it might be cold when it arrives! ...... fantastic !!!

Just ordered 2 pizzas from redhill dominos an it was shocking hardly any pizza toppings an tasted rank, the didn't even look like a pizza absolutely awful, we order the cinnamon sticks an they didn't cone with dip, we called to complain an was told they won't do anything about it that £35 Just wasted wecwill not be using Dominos in redhill ever again disgusting

Do not order from this place if you do be it on you they are the worst pizza delivery ever delivering very late and cold and very bad attitude to people ie lie to you telling you its on its way

ordered from them twice, first time they took 1 hour 30 min and the order was wrong then took another half an hour to send me the right order then the cheeky bugger tried to make me pay for the new one when i didn't even touch it because IT WAS WRONG. when the new one came it was cold. The second time i ordered from them I thought hopefully it wont be bad this time but it bloody was, already taking over an hour i decide to call them thinking whats the hold up. The person on the phone said they can't find my order in the kitchen and i have to wait another 45mins when they had over an hour to sort this out.

I have previously had good service but tonight ordered a deal with three tubs of ice cream looking forward to especially the ice cream with the humidity.I ordered one line and the system failed to highlight any issues to my attention. The delivery was in a reasonable time frame however non of the 3 ice cream was not the flavour I had ordered and they were brought in a paper bag despite the humidity this evening.I am very disappointed that no one called to advise me of the issues with my order. The meal was ruined and to add insult to injury a free meal was the only thing that the duty manager could offer rather than refunding me for missing products. To get my money back I have had to send an email when refunds can be done a lot better as demonstrated by Tesco’s Home delivery.I will be reluctant to return based on this experience, however will see how good central customer services deal with the complaint before making my final decision

Worst pizza experience ever. Waited 90 minutes for my pizza. They sent me the wrong one. Called them and a useless manager said he would send out another. But that it would take a further 90 minutes and that he wouldn’t refund me for the wrong pizza!!!! This is the worst company to deal with. Zero standards. No customer service. If you want a pizza. Go to Papa johns or anywhere but these useless cowboys.

Avoid avoid avoid 45 minutes late wrong order cold as ice and I couldn't get my change back because the driver "didn't have" any changes with him.....

My daughter and I ordered by there new phone app and service was not to bad ..we noticed on app that it said delivered but we hadn't received it I phoned up and was told they'd get driver to phone..he did said be with us in min about y no later he tuned up asked why we complained I said it showed delivered and hadn't been he said that's the shop putting that in and they always doing that . .not good for shop ..but meal was fairly hot and enjoyed

Well what can i say about the pizza....Firstly very nice. I had tandoori chicken with extra cheese unfortunately i wouldn't say there was any extra cheese on it ... the topping of chicken was good it covered the pizza Secondly the staff are very helpful The price was unexpected 4x pizza £25 cant argu with thatDefinitely one of the better pizza places around the redhill area

We use Dominoes at least twice a week and we are shocked to find that the 2 for 19.98 has finished! You have lost at least 60 pounds tonight.

My stepson came 200 miles to see me (I'm not to well but that's irrelevant) and he loves pizza and Dominoes are his favourite! So 'let me be you this meal' said my stepson - 'ok I say' !!! Oh what a mistake!! Ordered at 1940hrs called at 2030 and asked how long - waited 10 mins to be answered - we are busy you'll get it when we can get to you!!! So at 2220hrs guess what yes you're right no pizza and after another 5 minute wait on my phone bill - we can deliver within the hour GIVE ME A BREAK REALLY! - we could repay you could take 3-5 days OH JUST LKE TIME IT WOULD TAKE FOR A DELIVERY! No no no and another no!! Never that keen for n pizza this has made sure n really again DON EVER EVER EVER ORDER ONE FOR DELIVERY

order time was minimal and food arrived hot. delivery was very good and the timings on the wb site showed it was delivered when they said it would be.

Ordered on-line at 6.45pm for a home delivery at 8pm. Ten past eight and no pizza, ring up to enquire and keep getting put on hold. Twenty past eight, told that it is out with the driver. Turns up at 8.35pm.No word of apology from the driver and the person on the phone was about as contrite Donald Trump in a Tapas Bar.An hour and fifty minutes? This is pizza, not Boeuf Bourguignon!

We have ordered several pizza meals from here and have always been satisfied by price, quality and delivery time.They do some fantastic "Meal Deals" that are worth giving a go. Would recommend.

Get the bulldozer. Never ever been treated with such disdain as a customer. Ordered a pizza. Never received it. Horrific customer service. Will never ever order pizza from this place again... it's so bad, I am unlikely to often get Dominoes either. Shocking service.

We heard domino's was rubbish but I have to disagree. Every time we have used them, we have had a great service and fast delivery.

Will never ever use Domino's again. Didn't deliver order. Waited 2 hours and 15 minutes and was told over 50 minutes ago it was on its way and when I called back a second time was told its on its way called a third time to be told it never got to us. Its nice being lied to. Totally appalling company and absolutely appalling service. Its great that Dominos take my money instantly but then I have to wait 3 days to get it back. It was nice to have a planned nice night in ruined by you guys. If I had know this was going to happen I would have gone shopping and not bothered ordering from you.

The pizza was OK, the delivery was friendly and on time but the front of house ordering was just a joke. The lady taking the order was clearly new: she didn't know the menu, but she also found it difficult to take the order - spelling very bad eg could spell Hill etc. Don't go.

Ordered online as Papa Johns was closed, would rather have gone without. The ordering wasn't that easy, and we ordered four pizzas and some wedges, When it was finally delivered it wasn't hot and the pepperoni was none existent, Really wouldn't recommend this one to anyone

I use this branch of Dominos regularly and have never had a problem. The pizzas are always delivered piping hot and very quickly. You can't beat Two for Tuesday either!

Pizzas are digusting, one pizza had a hair on it and then they tried blaming us for the hair and said nobody at dominos had blonde hair but they clearly did, and then one had no bacon on which I paid extra for, the other one the toppings were all over one side of the pizzas! We phoned them up and started arguing with the person on the phone for over an hour, talking to us in a very un-professional manor, and then we asked to speak to the manager and said he was the manager, where I know he wasnt. We could hear them all laughing in the background, they wouldn't make us a re-pizza and wouldn't give us a refund. I've never had a problem with dominos before but they are all rude, and should be all fired in my opinion. And you should hire new people.

Being someone who orders Dominos quite frequently and having just moved to redhill i thought i would give it a try.It was a saturday so i expected to wait longer than usual for the delivery, which took about an hour. Now i wouldn't mind except when the pizzas arrived they were extremely disappointing....Usually i receive a piping hot, really cheesy pizza with evenly spread toppings and the perfect amount of sauce on the base. Unfortunatley our pizzas were nothing like this.. they were stone cold, cardboard like and one of the pizzas had only a tiny amount of cheese and toppings in the centre of the pizza! When we called to inform them they did offer to remake them for us but we could expect to wait 1.5 hours for delivery or have them credited for next time, we chose the latter. My only issue is it leaves me not actually wanting to return to this store at all...

Not being a pizza fan myself, my wife decided on pizza for a change one night.The pizzas are well made and the service from the staff was excellent.They had chicken wings, which I love, with a decent sauce and reasonably priced.Good for an emergency meal.
