Worst takeaway ever. How do you mess up an order when it’s written in black and white right infront of your eyes? How do you forget to put cheese on a CHEESY CHIP WRAP. Why do you stand there with normal mayo in your hand and say “garlic mayo yeh”. The absolute worst takeaway ever. Steer very very clear. Costs a fortune and is absolute garbage

The large pizza was way too small.

Very poor service, left to order off app and then no one comes near your table. Difficult to get staff attention. Won’t be visiting again, the service does not match the price at all. Staff need some training on customer service.

Absolutamente hermosa experiencia de hoy (01 . 03 . 25) Pensé que el buffet era sólo entre semana, pero es 7 días a la semana hasta las 3 pm. La comida era preciosa y el buffet siempre estaba lleno. El personal aquí es absolutamente increíble! Estaban por encima y más allá para mi hijo autista, con TDAH, ¡y le alegraron el día! Él estaba tan tranquilo y contento y todo esto fue gracias al personal increíble, y todo esto se hizo mientras estaba muy poco personal y el restaurante estaba lleno, sin embargo, todavía hicieron de nuestra visita un tiempo increíble. I’ve been a member of Ribby Hall for several years now. Every time we try to order a pizza on the Ribby Hall App it says there are no time slots. Then when you try to ring it just rings out. On the last 3 occasions I witnessed staff simply not answering the phone. Then they claim there’s a problem with the phones. Today we tried to order a pizza on the app and weren’t able to. When I went to collect the pizza that we had to order in person, there was a female member of staff making pizzas with no gloves on. She also handled money and failed to wash her hands before continuing to make the pizzas. There was only myself and another customer waiting to be served. Two male members of staff just looked at us rather than asking us what our order numbers were. There was food ready to go under the serving lamps but myself and the other customer had to physically ask them to hand over our food. It’s like we were invisible. They clearly hate their jobs and get no satisfaction from it at all. If this place was on the main high street I think it would have gone bust by now. The staff here are rude and lazy. As I walked towards the bar with my food one of the staff followed me and heard me speaking to one of the staff on reception. He then started trying to argue with me about the appalling service. I would rather drive to Blackpool to Dominoes than use this place again. Nothing but lazy obnoxious staff!

We’ve had pizzas from papa johns a number of times since it opened & both pizzas & service has been consistent. We order online & usually collect & ready very quickly, even at peak times. Great vegan choice & delicious pizzas.

Ordered a delivery solo meal deal. It was delivered quickly but both the starter and the main meal were cold and the drink never turned up.

Excellent service 👏 staff were very efficient and helpfu and polite,, excellent service with my children . Highly recommend 👌 best pizzas in town !!

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. The took over an hour to arrive. When they arrived the were stone cold, swimming in coagulated fat, had hardly any toppings. The meat contained gristle. We ended up throwing them away after trying a slice of each.

They do the most amazing kebabs, shish kebabs, kofta and the salad is good. The service is good too!

Ridiculous how they said they can’t do garlic bread pizza without cheese because it inflates most ridiculous thing i’ve ever heard and also being horrible to another member of staff who is lovely

Waited over 2 hours for rock hard cold chips , cold kebab meat , no chilli sauce . Thought I'd give them a try , never again . Top tip don't pay by card , once they have your money , your food is no longer their priority . Should have stuck with spice chilli , The place nextdoor , always hot food and delivered in a acceptable time frame
