Terrible experience, pizza toppings were horrid. I had chicken and onion and they looked like they had been out for weeks, nothing looked fresh or appealing. The chicken looked ultra processed so didn’t eat it. The restaurant itself, the floor was so sticky and shoes were sticking to it mustn’t have been moped for ages. The tables were sticky and hadn’t been wiped. No cutlery or napkins in the table pots and toilets were out of order. Won’t be returning and don’t recommend to anyone.

Undispuditly THE worst pizza I've ever had. Stale base,no mozzarella cheese on it,missing toppings,soggy chicken(I think)strips and stone cold. How are they still in business is beyond me. Never again.

I have been here about 4 or 5 times and have definitely enjoyed my food. They personally have the best milkshakes that I have tried and tasty pizzas which have all came in a matter of 5 - 10 minutes. I will certainly eat here again.

About 3 weeks ago now I spent £30 ordering 2 pizzas for delivery. I was told they would arrive in 30-45 minutes. 2 hours later they turned up cold, after my chasing them 3 times over the phone. I complained and asked for a refund and was told that someone would have to call me back after the weekend. Nobody called me back, so I sent a message via their Facebook. It was ignored. Then I phoned up again and was told that someone would call me the next day. No call came. Then I phoned again and spoke to a manager who told me he couldn't deal with refunds either, that it had been passed to "head office" which he had no number for, and that I wouldn't be getting a refund and someone would post me a voucher. That was a week ago now that I spoke to him. Still no £30 voucher. Do not go here, they are con artists and the staff cannot deal with any problems that arise and you just get fobbed off every time you try to contact them. Avoid ordering pizzas from here as they arrived cold, congealed and inedible. Follow up was appaling as restaurant didn't want to know and said it was Just Eat's problem and took no responsibility for the quality of their food. Just Eat's follow up has been attrocious. Avoid Just Eat as well.

Amazing Pizza, friendly and helpful staff. Not from Wilmslow but visited with my wife, sister and son on a whim for lunch. We sat in and can honestly say it was one of the nicest pizzas I have ever had (I like my pizza and have been to Italy on a number of occasions). Authentic pizzas with a thin and crispy base with plenty of high quality toppings. The guy behind the counter was really friendly and helpful as we hadn’t been before, service was also very quick. Reasonable prices too, on a par with any other pizza takeaway/restaurant but much better quality. Shocked at some of the reviews below as I would highly recommend, can only assume they are used to greasy, American chains.

Well, once you get past the rough and ready lad staff with a girl wearing a crop vest top showing all her body tattoos. The pizza is well over priced and is ok ish, the drinks are over priced and the pizza tastes a little false plastic base. It would be fine at £5 a pizza, but £12 a pizza and £3 for a bottle drink and £6 a milkshake. Avoid this place, don’t think the owner knows how bad things are as he/she never there. There is a reason why the place os fairly empty.

Had this place recommended by a colleague and it was very nice. Nice atmosphere, great choice of sauces and toppings for the pizza.

me and my friend got two very overpriced milkshakes (£12 in total) from here and they’re not great, we both feel sick and we found a fingernail in one of them. don’t get the milkshakes.

It takes a special level of skill to deliver a pizza which is both cold and burnt. Base was black and looked like it had been put in an unclean pizza oven/tray with burnt flour. Pity as the toppings and sauce were different from the boring normal ones.

I ordered pizza and chicken side dishes from the establishment this evening they sent a fish dish for the chicken side for someone with sea food allergies. I rang up and was advised to try it to check it was fish even after stating an allergy. After much verbal abuse I was advised to bring the whole order down for it to be assessed. I attended the store where I was verbally abused with the owner screaming and swearing at me. Where he proceeded to take the food off me and advised I will not get a refund for this and will not get the food back. He then became physically abusive to the point my partner had to intervene through fear of me getting physically hurt. All of this over a chicken side dish that was fish. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t need any of our business. Not one member of staff of 10+ was wearing gloves and a mask. The owner/manager is nothing but a bully avoid this place.

Ordered 3 Pizzas and 2 lots of sweet potato fries on the 2nd of January. Total came to £45, so was expecting quality, complete opposite arrived. At £6.50 per portion the sweet potato fries were not only a tiny portion, but BURNT and SOGGY and had no seasoning. Pizzas were tiny, burnt and had uncooked ingredients. I rang up immediately asking for a refund, and was told to contact head office. I did, and despite following up the email twice heard nothing for two weeks until I rang the restaurant myself again. I was told that because I ordered through JustEat I couldn't have a refund or any compensation at all, why didn't you tell me this when I first rang two weeks prior? I work in hospitality myself, and I know its trying times for the industry, but 900Degrees, you're a joke, scam and stain on hospitality.

Really disappointing Ordered 2 pizza's but when they arrived, the ingredients had been mixed up. 1 had both chicken and tuna on and the other came with very little on. We rang immediately and asked for the correct pizzas and were told that it would take a while as they were busy and we would go to the back on the queue. We agreed to go out and pick up the pizza (even though we'd paid for delivery). I did a quick check before I left that they looked ok and had the chicken and tuna on separate pizzas and they seemed fine. I wrongly presumed that they would of taken extra care to get it right second time. When we got home, we found there were still ingredients wrong on both pizzas. Really disappointing

Avoid. Three times weve tried this place for takeaway and twice we have had a terrible experience with them messing our orders up. It took over a week for them to get back to our complaint over incorrect food. Second time we were told our order was incorrect due to our own faults and they completely ignored the fact that in the email I told them they was a hair mixed in our cheese - not an apology for that. We were told 30mins after our complaint had been made via email that they want photographic evidence and would accept a return of an untouched pizza but I live 20minutes away and as they didnt reply for over a week last time i thought the same would happen and in all honesty it isnt worth the drive to go back. Should have known when they had 10+ pizzas ready to go in the oven it was going to be wrong an unorganised.

Ordered through Just Eat and my food never came. Originally got a call saying the driver couldn't find the house, the restaurant said they would sort it and it would be there in ten minutes. Restaurant wouldn't answer any calls after this and listed my order as delivered on Just Eat even though it never came. Would not reccommend.

Do not use 900 degrees wilmslow. The reason I use wilmslow in particular is because I have visited 900 degrees Ashton branch which I must say was an enjoyable experience, however the wilmslow restaurant is a joke! I ordered via their app where I requested a delivery time of 18:00, the food arrived cold at 19:20. Why offer the option to a request a time if you can’t meet it. Food was bang average and very expensive for food such as frozen wedges. Save your time and money, there are much more professional pizza places out there.

I often drop in to 900 degrees for an easy and informal fresh pizza, prepared by their helpful and friendly staff. I love being able to choose the toppings for my pizza. This evening Chris was particularly helpful, and made me a delicious and well presented waffle dessert.

Very slow delivery, tried them 3 times and each time took over 90mins to deliver just 1 mile down the road and the food was not hot each time. When you call and complain they don't seem to care. Avoid, there are much better and cheaper places to order from in Wilmslow area.

Myself and my partner must have been here more times than we can remember, we have recommended friends, we have brought friends and and will continue to do so.Good service, varied menu and preset menu of needed, but you can visit without going custom made.Shame they got rid of the Coke Freestyle machine but enjoyed thoroughly all the same.

Visited 900 degrees recently with some friends and had a dreadful experience. I’m not normally one for leaving poor reviews, but I contacted the business directly to provide feedback and they read my message and ignored it, which shows perfectly how they value their customers. We have been fairly regular customers over the last 3/4 years, but this visit was our last. The service we received in store was terrible, the food was on the bottom end of mediocre and certainly worse than the likes of Pizza Express and Zizzi for example, yet the prices are fairly mind boggling for such a casual diner setup. We were offered wedges at the till, so didn’t have the luxury of seeing the menu and therefore the price. Given we had 3 children with us, we ordered two portions of wedges to go with the pizzas, not realising a tiny portion of frozen, pre-prepared wedges came in at £7 per portion (is this a subtle attempt at a Guinness world record attempt?)Pizzas were good, but tiny for the price and more like a snack than a meal. Anyway, would not return and would not recommend. Plenty of choice out there, go elsewhere.

We loved this place when it first opened. But since then the prices have sky rocketed. The last few orders have been wrong in one way or another. The latest order was missing an item, we are still waiting for the refund.The staff used to be great, but now the staff are rude and unhelpful.Given the price hikes it is now really poor value for money. We are done with this place.

Let me start off by saying we (my boyfriend & I) order from 900 degrees probably around twice a month and the takeaway is always spot on! I mean the pizzas are amazing... so it was a sunday and we were craving a quick bite to eat/ post hangover binge! we decided to pop into the resturant.. for the first time...dun dun dunFirst impressions: the shop is beautifully decorated and the pizza oven being the centre piece of the place is amazing. It was quiet when we arrived no one else was dining or waiting for takeaway pick ups, they had the bi-fold doors open and looked to me that there was a lot of staff on! We were warmly greeted what seemed to me was the manager, and we picked up our menu and found a seat.. happy as larry!Already knowing what we were going to order (apart from a few new sides we were wanting to try!) I headed up with my menus to order! they do a great custom build pizza with lots of toppings and cool glass screen so you can watch your pizza being created, great for children and perfect for those food fanatics. I moved over to the ordering point and I felt awkward asking for my food the staff member looked bored and well... unwelcoming. I asked for a side and was told "sorry we dont do those at this location" on the menu it says next to about 3 or 4 of the sides "at partcipating locations". I'm sorry - come again? this is a pizza shop that has 1 possibly two more chains - how is this an issue? I was annoyed, another member staff peered over our conversation and answered question half-heartedly. As feedback for a dining experience I would prefer being told what was available at the time whilst being sat down... also, why was it even on the menu, that like saying - look what you could have won but no. I understand that chains usually have the same menu - but from a local perspective I feel like the offerings weren't that vast in terms of sides. The drinks range wasn't massive but is still inclusive. 900 degrees offers one of each type of wine, 3 types of draught lager and a handful of spirits, soft drinks and no cocktails. However the milkshake menu looked impressive. I am yet to try one!The staff member who took my order originally listed off items that I could have and I chose my favourites - the cheesy sticks! (holy mother they are good - and the degree-niase sauce is the best in town!) and I had a Venice and my boyfriend had a Melrose. I asked for a pint of Pilsner draught - it was off. I asked for a pint of Peroni draught it was off... Okay I will have whatever you have I guess! I get that its a sunday and it was quiet but come on! I asked for a gin and tonic.I went back to my table and after a couple of minutes another member of staff decided to make our drinks.. No garnish in the G&T, they poured my tonic in and I asked for fevertree and got schweppes - again dining experience. we were the only ones in the place at this point. We could have been made to feel a little special as the staff were just stood around. Every time we spoke to a staff member after that it always began with "Im sorry about...." - Instead of cheesy dippers, we got popcorn chicken and made me question whether I had ordered that or not? I didn't.- The pizzas were flawless... I mean wow!- My boyfriend asked for garlic mayo.. the staff member said yes and then disappeared for few minutes ( I think they tried to make it then and there) but it tasted and looked like garlic butter mixed with mayo- They got the neighbouring table drinks wrong, minor issue...It wasnt a very relaxing meal, I felt stressed for the manager who seemed to be getting stressed with the amount mistakes that were being made. However, that many staff who looked like they didnt want to be there, not good...Please take this review with a pinch of salt, as it was one day not to mention a Sunday and one meal. I will always order from 900 degree pizza but I wont probaly dine-in any time soon, but I will go back at some point.Thank you for reading

I visit alot and used to get delivery when lived in Wilmslow. Pizza is amazing, lots of toppings to pick from and great concept. My favourite Pizza restaurant.

We had to pay for our dessert whilst we were still eating it, and the tea (£3)/coffee (an extortionate £4 for filter coffee) came in disposable cups. 1) what is the environmental policy of this place? And 2) it's just plain lazy.Also the pizza cost £12 but there was nothing special about it. Yes, it was fine, but the main selling point is the speed, and the speed actually means that some of the toppings (veg) just aren't cooked through. Raw red onions? No thanks.

I was impressed from the moment I walked into 900’ all the staff were very attentive and very patient has I started queuing at the wrong end for my ‘build your own pizza’ we are asked if we wanted drinks or sides and the waitress was more than happy to bring our drinks over to us. I had a lovely time and I will definitely be visiting when I’m in the area again.

We ate in on a saturday night.This is essentially a take away with some seating to the rear. The ambience is average, if a little drab. The pizzas were a very thin crust (nice) and freshly made but way overpriced for what they were.

9 inch pizza for 12 pounds without a drink. A 30% price increase in 2 years. I Feel prices are extortionate, especially from a vegetarian point of view. Love the taste, but I feel exploited as I WAS a regular customer.

Been coming here since it opened. Price increase, took twice as long. Stuffed into a box too small. Sort yourselves out because the staff are friendly and pizzas are good

Not quite do it yourself pizza, but definitely design your own pizza. All Pizzas £11 at time of writing no matter how many toppings you have, and then cooked very quickly. Not having been before, we found the staff to be helpful and enthusiastic, which meant our experience got off to a great start, and continued to be fantastic. We will absolutely visit again when next in Wilmslow.

One of the best pizza I have ever had, with a twist.A great reasturant with a little pizza express meets subway but in a different league.Design your own pizza and have it cooked on 90 seconds in their 900 degree oven, and wash it down with a yard pint (1 1/2 pints) of their own amazing larger.

Visting family who live in Wilmslow, we went to this amazing pizza place for a late lunch and WOW, it could not be better. Think Subway for pizza, you walk along and point and choose every single thing, then they bake it super fast and bring it out to you. LOVE. And can't wait for next time!

I took my daughter for lunch at 900 Degrees during the school holidays, on a fairly quiet Wednesday. We took advantage of the lunchtime deal: £7.99 for a pizza with 3 toppings and a bottle of fizzy drink. At full price, I think this meal would have been rather expensive.The pizza itself is quite tasty, and just the right size for lunch. However, with a thin, floppy base it is not something you can eat easily without getting messy. The toppings tend to rest on top of the base, rather than being cooked all together, so picking up a slice can be a challenge!The one major let down when we arrived was the mess on virtually every table. Only two tables were occupied yet there wasn't a single clean table for two. To be fair, I believe the manager / supervisor was cooking the pizzas, and when I highlighted the state of the seating areas he went quickly to clear them himself. He then spoke with his assistant to ensure that tables were not left in such a state in future. Cleanliness ix absolutely vital in any restaurant and I was pleased to see how seriously one member of staff viewed the situation. However, it also revealed the less than acceptable attitude of the other member of staff that dirty plates and leftover food could just be left lying around.

We went there for a late lunch, it’s a lovely place both decor and food wise. With a big choice of fresh ingredients and possibility to create your own pizza for the same price irrespective of the number of ingredients it’s a brilliantly simple but tasty idea. Loved the food and staff. Very much recommend.

It was quiet when we arrived but got busy later on. The food was good and it was fun building your own custom Pizza, and enjoyed the popcorn chicken starter. Only downside was the draught beer was unavailable when we were there.

We have eaten here twice and the food has been excellent every time. There is plenty of choice for vegetarians and vegans. In creating your pizza, you can choose from many ingredients, sauces, cheeses, all for the same cost. The pizzas taste great and we have not been disappointed. The service is excellent and fast. We would come here again.

This place is AMAZING. You can have as many toppnings as you like for £9.99!! Its difficult because you can end up with too many toppings!

After many months of eating a dull beige lunch at the cafe I work at, I ordered a pizza from here 20 minutes before I took my break, arrived within 15 minutes! The quality of the pizza was on another level. Would highly recommend and 100% will be ordering from here more often

Been here so many times previous and always had a brilliant visit. Always decide to pick a range of toppings, have tried the dessert pizzas, Coke Freestyle Machine, missus has had numerous different wines from here too. Been here with first timers who enjoyed also. Will always come back

I ordered from 900 degrees through deliveroo. The first time of using both services. Pizzas arrived bang on time requested. Hot, and oh my goodness so tasty. The best gluten free pizza I’ve tried. So good I worried for a second that it wasn’t! Two coeliacs in our party and 3 non. Gluten free pizzas all round. I gave the restaurant a quick call to mention that the pizzas were for people with coeliac diseases and they were clued up. Everyone enjoyed the pizzas and no ill effects for the coeliacs.

This has to be the best Pizza place ever. You can make your selection of as many toppings as you want, after choosing both your sauce and the cheese. All for a tenner and cooked fresh in 90 seconds, absolutely great very highly recommended.

You basically design your own pizza in a subway style system and ask for the toppings you want the toppings are fresh and I’ve seen reviews saying it’s over priced but for £10 you get a pizza and I think about £4 an unlimited soft drink.. they have beer and yeah it’s expensive but it’s wilmslow what do you expect really!? The quality is there so I don’t mind paying the extra.. Staff are accommodating, friendly and approachable. All in all for less that £15 to be fed and watered with the quality of food you get not to mention the soft drinks machine has about 100 different flavours!! You. Really can’t go wrong here

This place should be avoided. Pizza arrived promptly, however was inedible, and soaked in water with most of the topping slid off at one side. Agreed to refund for inedible pizza, then next day when called to ask why the refund was not given, their manager Alex refused. Very patronising manager (Alex) even refused to refund when called by Justeat.Thankfully Justeat apologised and refunded the amount paid in fullThe staff I spoke to other than Alex were all polite and professional, however he lacks common sense, commercial sense, and integrity.Regretfully I did shout at him down the phone, however was driven to it by his bad attitude.The quality of their pizza is similar to frozen from the supermarket, but more importantly their manager lacks any customer service skills.If you want a proper Pizza in Wilmslow their are plenty other good establishments.

Have ordered from here with Deliveroo on many occasions now and I can honestly say it is the best pizza I have ever eaten! with unlimited toppings for only £9.99 you can't go wrong. I will never be returning to Dominos again, where I get ripped off for overpriced, bland, not fresh food when this little gem is just round the corner!

Came here today and blown away by not only the spectacular food, but the outstanding customer service. Pizzas here are the best in Wilmslow. We don’t say that lightly either as there’s some great competition with all the Italian restaurants. I ordered a salad thinking it was veggie - my mistake, as the menu did list chicken which I’d missed when ordering. When it came & I realised my error, they swapped it for a pizza no charge and even boxed the salad up for us to take away as well. They even gave us a free chocolate pizza pudding with ice cream. Whilst we’d never normally opt for pudding, we now won’t be able to come here without having this. Utterly delicious. We went to a similar concept place last week (Wood Fire Smoke) just round the corner.... to be honest, there’s no comparison. This place blows it out of the water.

You can choose your own toppings and if you love extra toppings even unlimited topping comes at reasonable cost. This place is my favorite for all the sudden pizza cravings.

Can choose any pizza base, sauce and toppings. Can also get sweet pizzas and milkshakes. The drinks machine is also a great range of juices.

We called in here looking for a quick 'tea' with the kids and didn't disappoint.Essentially make your own pizza with any topping for £9.99.Pizzas are ordered at the counter and made in front of you and then delivered to your table within a couple of minutes.Great fresh pizza if you're looking for a minimal frills meal out......certainly better than dominos!!!

Just enjoyed tasty Pizza served by excellent staff. But totally appalled at the charge for my drink. A pint of Draft £4.99 OK, a HALF pint of shandy, wait for it £4.98. They charged me £3.49 for half of draft and £1.49 for lemonade. The point is I didn't even get half a pint of beer or a bottle of lemonade - just a half pint glass of shandy.Won't be falling for that one again, and wish I had noticed before I left. Back to Pizza express!
