Papa John's in Fylde

We’ve had pizzas from papa johns a number of times since it opened & both pizzas & service has been consistent. We order online & usually collect & ready very quickly, even at peak times. Great vegan choice & delicious pizzas.

Ordered a pizza, overcharged (menu said £13.99 but was charged £14.70? No extras added!) I was advised 20 mins. 40 mins later (not busy btw) I go up to ask where my order is and its just sat on the side in the kitchen. All other orders were called out but mine wasn't for whatever reason and they could see I was sat directly across waiting so no chance of not hearing. Disappointing.

Every time we stay at Ribby Hall - many, many times. we have a problem with this Pizza place. They won't allow you to order in advance for collection, then when you go to order (i.e. after a swim session with two very hungry children), they say they can't take any more orders as the ovens are backed up!!! We end up buying our pizzas from Aldi up the road, or the Spar shop on site and cooking them ourselves...... This company badly lets down Ribby Hall, which is sad, as we enjoy our local Papa Johns, in Manchester. You need to look at how you manage this facility as clearly there are lots of visitors to accommodate on a weekend - I would suggest Ribby Hall management find another area on their site to rent to another Pizza company as 'competition' might inspire Papa John's to get their act together.

Visit here quite often , The manager is awful but there is one member of staff that every time i have visited goes above and beyond his name is Alfie everytime i visit he is very polite and treats you exactly how customers should be treated the manager a blonde lady is very rude with no people skills whatsoever

Staying in a lodge so did takeaway- staff very pleasant and pizzas freshly made - you can watch! Very nice, good selection. Good deal. Outside of property does not look very nice, rundown, but inside you sit by the window looking over the pool.

Great pizza (we are normally Domino's) on site. £30 fed the full family. Only downside was the girl serving shouted out a number then put the pizzas on a warm rack & walked back inside. She came out again and shouted a number. We presumed as we were THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THERE ordering that this must have been for someone sitting outside waiting to takeaway. Surely you would just say 'yours is ready now' Maybe she was just having an off day...the moral of the story is you are just a number in life :-)

This was the worst pizza we have ever had - even our grandson who adores pizza refused to eat it. We had a normal crust pepperoni and a margherita. Both tasted very 'chemical' and were extremely greasy. We had one slice each and threw the rest away. Our 3 year old grandson can't get enough pizza but this was the first time he had ever refused to eat one. To be avoided unless you like greasy unnatural tasting pizzas.

Waited 40 minutes for our pizza, food ok, but staff incredibly rude, on leaving my daughter said bye to 4 members of staff at till & they completely ignored her, miserable people who weren’t really interested in customers

Whilst staying at Ribby Hall we fancied a takeaway after a long day. The Thursday offer of buy one get one half price was too tempting especially given the short walking distance. One quick phone call later and the order was taken. We arrived at Papa Johns and collected our pizzas with no problems. Pizzas were both delicious and devoured. Would recommend.
