Food all wrong and iber an hour late

Bouncer turned us away while trying to collect a pizza got aggressive and tried to fight us. Refused to give his name. ,27/1/25 @ 11:55. He should be fired after this.

Awful. Ordered at 9.25pm, didn't deliver despite numerous attempts on justeat. Pathetic service. Avoid at all costs.

Bad experience... (you have to wonder if they like tourists). Slow cooking, minimal quantity even for children! What we ate was not bad but nothing exceptional... after they clear away your plates while the children are still eating, they take back your drinks that haven't been finished yet and obviously they give you the bill even though you didn't ask for anything and were going to have dessert!

Great food spoilt by truely awful & rude staff attitude, shame as we are regulars at the Manchester branch but I doubt we will set foot into the liverpool Crazy Pedros again.

Really good food but very poor delivery service. Sat outside waiting for food to arrive when just eat informed me the driver had left, waited till our allocated time slot was up and called, informed delivery driver was on the way. Waited another 15mins for food to arrive and nothing. Called up again and was informed the driver ‘tried calling but no answer’ I informed them that I’ve been sat outside the building and have received no calls. Let’s the food down because of the delivery times as this has happened before but resolved the first phone call.

Easily the best kebab shop in Blackpool and reasonable pricing, there mixed kebab with Turkish meatballs and chicken and lamb and German donner is the best kebab on the fylde, cheesey garlic bread is unreal, it came hot and fresh, I have tried a lot of kebabs in Blackpool and nowhere comes near to this. Even asked for Lutenitsa sauce (Bulgarian) which wasn’t on the menu and they still brought me a big tray of it. The burgers annd chicken strips are also amazing from here that I have had on separate occasions. My weekly treat and must have if you’re in Blackpool.

I order from here a lot. never had an issue and food always decent. never got an order wrong and they are very friendly, a great little gem in Bootle 😁

I love quick food from here . The staff and food are nice enough . But they just cant get the order right.. every food delivery is wrong leaving us out of pocket each time . I never receive a refund or a freebie after ringing them .

Food is excellent forgot some items and bought them to me no questions asked even gave us a big bottle of pop for free as a sorry can't fault this place highly recommend

Immaculate attention to detail.

chicken and chips were completely fine, chips were a little dry. The Pizza was abysmal, it was like eating dry cardboard with stale toppings, I had to bin the majority of it. otherwise the delivery was perfectly on time.

Really good softplay, for our 5 and 3 yr olds Nice friendly staff. Good food and coffee. Reasonably priced too. Quieter in a morning

Ally Kebab, without doubt the best meal on the Wirral, if you want a meal full of flavours and quality meats, you need to try the Ally Special, as a family we are regulars and have known Ally for many years. Fully recommend, once tried you will be a regular 😉 Yum Yum

Ordered a kebab. Delivery was fairly quick maybe 20 minutes. Kebab was cold to the point of thinking it had not been cooked though. I wouldn't recommend this takeaway x
