Superb guy Ali. Their payment machine wasn't working one day and i didnt have cash on me, he gave me the food and told me to pay later ! They take order by phone as well. Good hardworking people.

food was stone cold, i orderd a hawian burger there was no cheese and 2 cubes of pineapple. chips wernt even cooked and just generally not nice food

Absolute fraud what a rip off . Order food last night through Deliveroo . Driver asked me for code which I gave him. He handed me a pizza 🍕 I told him where’s the rest of my order as I spent over £36 . He apologised that he had picked the wrong order up . He asked for my mobile number and that he was going to ring me when he got back to the shop . NO PHONE CALL. I’ve spoken to Deliveroo for a refund NO REFUND given because I gave the driver my code . I’m out of pocket what a rip off with this Kebab shop and Deliveroo . It’s against the law to provide a service that never existed 😤🤬😡😠😾

Always happy with our order from Ali’s. Today though we received a slightly incorrect order, right amount of kebabs but one was the wrong meat, first time this has happened. They rectified this for us and resent us the correct order speedily which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend

Ordered BBQ chicken pizza but got margarita pizza . It was cold and chicken was missing innit . I was hungry and working night shift , finally found a halal takeaway , I anticipated a lot and it was a huge fail . Atleast give some ketchup or sauce with fries . Worse pizza ever .

Large kebab and fries were mediocre at best! My partners small chicken wrap was a total ripp off to be honest. She literally counted 4 pieces of chicken within the wrap!! Won't be going back here any time soon I'm afraid ☹️☹️☹️

I've love Alis for years but lately it has been really poor. Chicken was black and clearly had been left in the frier too long and the chips were cold. Kebab was fine but it's not good enough. Won't be back anymore. Clearly have new owners and its very different.

Food was cold and didnt seem freshly made the garlic bread was dry and burnt wasnt impressed the only thing hot was onion rings.

Got my order late even after it was pre ordered. Was missing the burger I ordered and the pizza could barely pass as warm Probably the most disappointed I’ve been

Portions small but tastes and flavour amazing.

I thought that the food was really nice. The small kebab was quite small though.

We used this kebab house as our usual one is experiencing difficulties with new staff. Compared to our usual kebabs the price was virtually the same for the food but we don't usually pay delivery or tip - the latter is our discretion and that is how it should be. The food was okay but the portions were small, particularly the chips. The pitta breads were very good. Nothing particulrly wrong but nothing to wow us and persuade us to move from our usual kebab house in the future. The delivery lady was very pleasant and polite.

1 pizza was ment to have Donna meat on but is was missing.

Food was nice but only lukewarm on arrival, drink was warm (can of drink). Quick delivery and tasty food but I would have preferred to have it delivered hot, not almost cold.

The chips we hard and soggy and the bun felt really hard to hit into I am not happy with this because we go there most of the time and the food is good but food was horrible

The food was late. 2 of the pizzas weren't the toppings that we had ordered. Generally food quality was poor.

Always love going here for my pizza’s and probably one of the few places that when you order coke you actually get it and not Pepsi. Never late. Lovely delivery people.

Ordered from here last week the food standard today completely different. The charcoal mixed kebab that was £14 was tiny the standard of meat was poor. I ordered a chicken kebab and it was served with stale off salad. Disgusting. So disappointed spent £30 and I might as well of chucked it down the drain.

Food was absolutely disgusting. Ordered a large charcoal special kebab which cost £12.50. What we actually has was about £2.50's worth of food. Box was mainly full of salad and next to no meat. Definitely not worth the money! Will not be going there again.

For the amount we paid for two pizzas, the quality was terrible. Thick doughy cheap pizzas made with no flavour. We ended up ordering a domino’s instead.

Loved the chicken just one thing the mushrooms were very greasy and they weren't garlic mushrooms just sliced mushroom but the rest was really tasty and hot.

Great food, but, I did call and ask for a second cheese as it was a half pounder, but it didn't come with one. I think you should consider adding an extra cheese when half pounder, please, and if you say you will add, I would expect it. I gave 4 stars for the food, but all other times 5. Please add extra cheese when doing half pounders! :) thanks

Chicken strips were delicious. Chips cheese and gravy, delicious. Onion rings delicious. So fast aswell.

First time ordering a pizza, it was delicious. I used to go west kirby grill but never ever again. Thank you. Youre fast, friendly and great food.
