Normally order from Pizza Magic Hoylake but not accepting orders so tried West Kirby. Oh my days, just amazing. Piping hot delicious food, delivered at promised time by happy driver! Will never order from anywhere else. Sooooo impressed

Waited over an hour just for my order to be cancelled and still have not received a refund when this was over 3 days ago

Literally the best pizza I’ve eaten! Food was piping hot. Chips were crispy and burger was delish. Only downside was garlic bread was thick and a bit tough! Overall excellent Saturday night takeaway!

The food was barely warm. Ordered a vegan pizza, they swapped the main ingredient out (vegan style chicken for vegan style ham). Ordered a falafel wrap and the falafel was so dry and weird consistency, it had a bit of salad on a tortilla wrap. The delivery guy said he left all usual sauces off the wrap as unsure if vegan (it wasn’t) and left the sauce option to me!? At home with no sauces!? It came with a handful of unseasoned barely warm chips. Would not recommend for veggie vegan stuff.

Yet another bad experience with pizza (tragic)Westkirby . Wrong order after wrong order . the food has taken a huge dive (not that it was ever great) . surely a pizza shop should be able to make a decent pizza to the customers request . ?

Our first visit under new management pizza was excellent. Plenty of cheese and cooked well. No soggy bits. Fries good and plenty for a medium size. Staff friendly enough so no complaints from us

Ordered donor kebab with chips coleslaw, onion rings and coleslaw. Food was lovely but arrived without the pitta bread. Was disappointed

9.5" pizza in a 11" box, I ordered a 11", the pizza was awful as well

Gutted. This was our go to pizza shop. Been going here for years. The food has changed for the worse since new owners have taken over. The dough is not sweet like it used to and the pepperoni pizza came with peppers and jalapeños on which were not ordered. Totally spoilt our evening and that’s not an over exaggeration. You have lost a regular customer sadly.

Would of given no stars but unfortunately not an option. A complete let down we would go out our way to get pizza from here but now under new management we found the pizza had things on that wasn’t ordered, the base wasn’t right and was a complete let down. Order late. Food diabolical no quality. Ordered stuffed crust which was paid extra. Arrived and driver informed us, No stuffed crust and no other explanation or refund. Can honestly say, I’ve never been more disappointed. Chips over cooked and hollow, pizza stuff and over cooked. We have always been loyal customer but since refurb/take over, we will stay away from all pizza magic as the hoylake has been no better.

This was the worst pizza I have ever had, it is under new management who also do not currently have the ability to take card payments. The pizza base was so thin and the toppings were not what we ordered or expected. We have used Pizza magic for years but will not be using it anymore it was awful!

Pizza awful, and overpriced. This was more like a soggy dough omlette. If you like pizza, avoid like the plague!

First time going here Ordered a number of pizzas for the family including their meat feast. The ham and chicken were reconstituted cubes of pink and white soft "stuff" and inedible. Despite paying more than even Dominos we ended up leaving most of it. Not impressed, there are much better pizza places locally. I see there are a number of good reviews here but we won't be going back.

Honestly food said it would be an hour had to ring up 2 hours later to a rude employee, not impressed with the service at all

I've not ordered from here in years, but have to say it's going back on my takeaway rota. Really tasty pizza, perfectly cooked, generous toppings and nice hot when it was delivered.

Ordered from here over 2 hours ago, it's meant to shut at 12 and our food still isn't here. I've tried calling multiple times and had no answer, never normally a problem with this place but this is a bit of a joke

Placed order through at 17.50pm ment to be delivered for 18.55pm rang up at 19.05pm they said it'll be there for 19.10pm phoned back 19.20pm the fella said he will deliver it in the next 5 mins, rang back up to cancel at 19.23pm the other fella said he's left to bring it now so I was like ok thank you, still nothing after 10mins so I RANG AGAIN at 19.35pm asking where it is and too cancel the order as we got bored waiting now and hungry and still no pizza delivery, at 19.40pm after I cancelled the fella rang to say he's at the door and I just said we've cancelled and hung up absolutely shocking customer service never ordering there again!

I ordered a pizza from this place and realised I'd forgotten to say no cheese. I phoned the place up to ask if they would not put cheese on the pizza and I got a flat no. When I explained my intolerance to cheese I was just told it was my mistake and I'd have to do a new order. When cancelled I lost half my money. It says on Just Eat that any dietary requirements should be phoned through. Bi did and got the above reply. Awful customer service and would certainly say to any one ordering from them to make sure you get the orser right, alternativly just don't order with them!

Went there last year in December, the name of the place could be "Pizza Tragic", revisited twice this year and now it is "Pizza Magic". A real transformation in quality in just 2 months under new ownership.

Much as expected. We have had food from here before and been satisfied. This time the food wasn't very warm. The main issue was that the pizza was ordered with tuna and prawn topping. There was no prawn. From the taste it appeared to have been topped with tuna and anchovy. I'm not keen on anchovy. The portions are large and very filling.

Independent Pizza takeaway shop, there is another branch in Heswall. Late opening at the weekend until 1am. Very nice deep pan pizzas, the famous magic is lovely. It is worth downloading and ordering via their app, this has a good discount and no service charge. Enjoyable meal!

The nicest pizza ever. We will go out of our way to come here if we are wanting pizza. Staff are friendly and efficient. -I'm not sure if they're still doing the offer of if you download their app and order from there, you receive 20% off which is always a bonus.

Usually a decent, relatively inexpensive place to buy food from, but I found a hair in my chips tonight. Disgusting and avoidable.

Ordered a meal deal for a quick tea. Delivered quickly as always and the pizzas tasted great as always. However very disappointed with the garlic bread...hard and cold and chewy in places (almost as if it was leftover and not made especially for us). Had asked for a 7up but got Pepsi but it is Very reasonably priced for what you get!

I fancied a doner kebab, came with pita bread doner meat salad and a range of sauces of your choice, very tasty. Not too expensive and adequate with a cold drink for t.

We use this place when we don't want to cook and may have had a drink so we can't drive anywhere. There is a decent range of food well beyond just pizzas and they deliver. Meets our needs.

Good takeaway, nice pizza, average value - worth a visit if you are on the go! Not overly friendly but this is not an issue when only popping in.

Yo tenía hambre después de socializar con algunos amigosno quería mucho, así que elegí una pequeña donner kebab. Tuve sin ensalada y mayonesa con ajo.Para una pequeña había un montón de cosas. Me sentí bastante completo después de comer, y estaba delicioso.En £4 yo diría que era muy buena relación calidad-precio.Sin duda volveré de nuevo.
