Food arrive and the chips don’t come with the burger meal, tried to ring the shop but just says ‘you’ve dialed an incorrect number’ tried 11 times, usually have no problems but this was ridiculous

burnt chicken buger and bun. I asked for no onion and tomato and they put it on anyway. All the chips including my kids had a ridiculous about of peri peri salt on. I tried to get a refund from just eat and they asked me two days later to take a picture. what an absolute joke. I never got my refund because I didn't take a picture!!!

I ordered I put instructions to give me a 1 call or message me and it didn’t arrive. I then called the restaurant to find out where it was and they said the guy couldn’t find me and was sat outside my address for 10/15 minutes. He then asked if I wanted it resent for another £2 the cheek of it I said yes and when the guy came back and I took my food upstairs it was cold. What a joke what a cheek to ask for another £2 when it was there mistake in the first place. And I never even got my can of dr

I ordered my food 1 hour 20 minutes ago and they said it was only just cooking when I rang them after this time i am not happy at all with this i would like a refund please.

Burger was wet all through, fell apart had to transfer to some hovis, pizza rock hard and kids nuggets could break a tooth. Not happy with this for the cost. Cake looks nice though.

hi there! i would love to give a 0 for my review but unfortunately i can’t. i order food from here yesterday from uber eats and my food never shown up! i rang and rang and no one answered the phone, today a couple of minutes ago and explained what happened in a calm manor and the man who was on the phone screamed at me and told me it was my responsibility and i couldn’t get a refund. i work in a fast food place myself and this is the first i have heard a fast fast place be like that, i am very disappointed. i will not be ordering again. i am very shocked and how they have been treating people i have seen the other reviews and people have gotten a sinclair situation to me they should be shut down or shouldn’t bother doing deliveries if they can’t be more professional! i do not recommend people coming to this place thank you.

Ordered food around 11PM and it said order should be here at about 12:10-12:30AM. Order did not arrive, waited up until 2:00AM and no answer after calling up. Terrible. Had to call Uber eats customer service to get a refund. Ridiculous.

After an hour and a half of waiting called the place and the owner started screaming at me for not waiting enough and I won't get a refund because the driver will come eventually. Very rude owners and service. Threatened by phone that I will be sorry for a bad review.

Ordered food for 22.15 ...plenty of time to prepare it and get it delivered ...22.30 still no sign of food rang up the guy who answered said it's not due till 22.15 had to point out that was 15 mins ago total rubbish customer service food wasn't good either ...avoid at all cost

Ordered again thinking it would if changed first time they got the wrong order to us second time put cheese on my kebab this time pizza is as bland as I don’t know wat no taste hardly any topping one a bit further down is mikes better

I was initially hesitant to order here because I'm generally untrusting of new places. My partner talked me into trying it and I relented. I was pleasantly surprised! We ordered a pizza, cheesy fries, and mozzarella sticks. The delivery was faster than we expected and food arrived warm. My partner advised we eat the fries first because they apparently get quite starchy when cold (I can't verify this, we gobbled them). The fries were nice, though the cheese placement was a bit interesting. It was a bit excessive and all sort of congealed together so we had to tear bits off with our fries, but that was fine with us. The mozzarella sticks disappointed, they weren't warm enough to really be gooey so they were just like sticks of mozzarella. They also didn't have much of a flavour to them. Finally, the pizza. This was probably my favorite part of the meal. I was really surprised to see that it was perfectly browned, not burnt, but brown. The crust had a great colour like they had brushed it with oil or something. Just for that alone I was really happy. It wasn't exactly firm, aka it had a bit of flop too it but I don't mind that. We had BBQ sauce and chicken and mushroom. The BBQ sauce gave a sweet relief to the cheese, which was again a bit overwhelming but cheese lovers would definetely love it! We also had stuffed crust which we regretted, not because it was bad but because it was so much cheese! That was on us. Usually when I get pizza delivered the stuffed crust is more bread than cheese so I appreciate the effort to make sure you get cheese in it. Because we got full so fast we had plenty this morning to snack on and it reheated nice enough. I stress again that I was really pleasantly surprised with how the pizza looked. I don't think I've ever had takeout pizza with such a nice colour before. Overall, our experience was pretty good. The biggest pro was the pizza by miles. The colour and sweetness of the sauce really amped it up. Our cons were the mozzarella sticks, overdoing of cheese in some spots, and also a lack of seasoning. The fries, maybe the crust of the pizza, they could use some seasoning. Maybe just some salt, a bit of paprika on the chips, I dunno. I also found on the Just Eat app, there were typos on the menu. I don't know if that's Pizza Point's problem or not though. In conclusion, I would reccomend Pizza Point's pizza. I can't say for their other food however. But if they keep that pizza quality up, we will definetely be choosing over dominos on our lazy days.

We used to love this take away shop. BUT last night 3 of us been sick all night of the chicken kebab. On the very last bit i felt a very bad smell of the chicken. I did ask for well done but meat was burn anyway..but we got very sick of the food

Ordered 2 pizzas last night. Came in around 30 mins . Disgusting the toppings just slid off the bases . Cheese was just lumpy No flavours . No taste . And not very warm . Bases were quite doughy and not cooked properly . Ended up in the bin Wouldn't recommend here at all . Waste of money

my order did not come as I expected. starting with the burger that I ordered with mayonnaise and as you can see in the photo it came without sauce, and the rotten lettuce, I didn't order fries with cheese either, I ordered plain fries. please i want a refund i paid for something i couldnt eat. and horrible the food arrived cold too. can make anyone nauseous. the worst place I ordered food I do not recommend pizza point to anyone!!!
