Extremely poor for delivery times. If you order on Foodhub they are generally just over an hour, but if you order direct on their website they are even longer. Just waited over 2 hours and only live a mile away. They don't seem to care when you call them. Really poor service. Won't be ordering again.

Just order from ther wrong stuff come and 30 mins late never order from ther asked for chicken and mushroom pizza and ther was loads of chicken bones aswell

Some of these reviews are utter rubbish, been coming here for years food has always been excellent and the guys are hard working and put up with all classes of plebs.

1st time eating here we ordered chicken tikka kebab and chicken kebab both was delicious and will being coming back for more 1 small mistake we ordered icecream with our fudge cakes and got cream but never mind will be back many times to come, thanks guys

Brake a tooth on those pizzas! This place has changed hands once again. Super sad waited well over half an hour past the standard hour delivery time for burnt bubbled pizza and onion rings so crunchy they were inedible.

Ordered at 6.30pm advised delivery 45mins, an hour later rang up to be told it was getting sorted as we speak, rang two more times and now it’s 8.55pm and still no food!! Shocking!!!

1.5 hour wait on food, rang at the hour mark and was told the driver had left, apparently it takes 30 minutes to drive 1 mile. Dont lie just say its delayed thats all I ask. Update.... 2 hours still no food!!

If I could I’d give it 0 stars. Me and my family waited 2 and a half hours for the food and when we rang up the manager said they left. 40 minutes later they turned up. His excuse was traffic, but when I rang up they said it was car issues. The manager was very rude, and refused to help. The food was stone cold and I wouldn’t feed it to my animals. We couldn’t eat it as it was too cold and rubbery. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do not order from here.

Placed order at 6:40 order arrive at 8:50 to have a complete wrong order, phone over 6 times phone was left to just ring out, then when we got through they said they would call us back with arrangements waited another 45 minutes untill someone called back and then they said they would re issue order to correct it, is 10 o’clock and still haven’t received our correct order. This place is usually brilliant and good is usually really good but the delivery service is very shocking always late every time have ordered but this time has been the worst and won’t be ordering again

Love this place their shish kebabs with mild chilli are the bomb so is the sharwarma just give an hour or more for delivery they get really busy and plus you know you food is cooked 🙂

Used to be our go to place, chicken burger smelt off and wasn't fully cooked. When phones advised they used wrong burgers...thankfully didn't eat it all. Shame I couldn't give 0

It has taken nearly 2 hours for my food I ordered it at 5.55pm and I’ve still not have it. My food finally arrived at 8.05

I rang up Popeyes at 6.02 and I am still waiting now and it is 8 .02 o’clock they’ve give me false times how long the food is going to take and all I keep getting from the people is them yelling down the phone at me normally the service is very good but somebody is pissed them off that much that they like to have a go to customers I’m on the website says free delivery over £8 and on that order they tried to charge me £12 for seven quid should’ve been £11 that is false advertise and can be done for it. 🤬 my food has arrived at 8.07

Great food and staff. Only downside is food is usually late. Always says 1 hour for delivery and it actually takes around 1:30-2 hours.

By far the best takeaway in Moreton. Brilliant service, great staff. Be warned it gets very busy so expect 1hr to 1 1/2 hrs for delivery. Collection is what I do and max wait is half an hour so I would recommend doing that.

Had my first visit after work last night. Was a lovely sized chicken kebab and by far the best around Moreton have yet to try other things.

We waited for ages while all other customers got served before us. Finally we received our order, one small pizza, chips and a jacket potato with mushrooms and cheese which was burnt, minute and hardly any filling. I put it straight in the bin. Very unappealing. The pizza was nice though.

I order from here often enough but lately delivery has taken ages. Tonight I ordered using the app,and it was accepted at 21.42. No sign by 22.47 so rang up to be told quite rudely that they are busy. I tried to explain that my daughter had fallen asleep waiting for her food because it had been so long but he just kept saying they were busy. I said how it wasnt acceptable and he asked what I want him to do about it,they were busy.fuming now i ended up putting the phone down. He rang me back saying 'you put the phone down ' do I said I was annoyed we'd waited so long. He said 'Do you want me to start your your food ?' Over an hour after I'd placed my order they hadn't even started to cook it!!! I told him not to bother and id never order from them again,to which he replied 'That's up to you' well Popeyes that's 1 loyal customer lost!

Staff look scared everytime they deliver to me, as if their families are held hostage somewhere and the only way to free them is to deliver delicious pizza to me. Besides that, scrumptious pizza! 🙂

Fast service. Good food. Excellent meal offers with plenty of food. Good app which gives 10% discount on order. Delivery can be hit and miss in terms of time taken. Preorder for collection and food is always ready in short time. Under new management... Jury still out as to whether quality will remain.

The restaurant added an extra 15 mins delivery time to the order then was a further 30 mins late so was 45 mins later than the initial time! The order was wrong, we did not receive the food we ordered! The quality of the food was very disappointing and it was cold, we would never place an order with them again!

Disgusted at having to wait 2and a half hours for our food despite 2 phone calls!! Our 5 year old was distraught and so so hungry. When our food arrived there were things missing!! When I rang to complain they said we are so so busy. If they are that busy they shouldn't be on just eat taking orders. The ironic thing is we were already receiving a £10 discount due to waiting 2 hours a month previously for an order!! We received no apology or free items by way of an apology. Will never use again!!

Absolutely appalling, wouldn't have even rated it 1* to be honest. Not only was the order wrong, but waited for this disappointment for 2 hours. It doesn't end there (no surprise), found the 12 inch margarita crushed up against the side of the box flipped upside down. With the anger streaming through my body I reached to my can of normal coke (despite having ordered Diet Coke). Under close inspection I was able to come to the conclusion that the can was part of a multipack (not to be sold separately). Absolutely shocking, can't believe I paid £15 for this. Furthermore, the chips were sweaty and tasted like they'd been repeatedly been blasted in the microwave. Don't know where the random coleslaw has come from, you might as well come and reuse it as that's sort of low standards that you provide. PS the garlic bread was good.

ordered food at 8pm, didn't arrive til 9.35!! when I called all they said was we're waiting for driver! when it finally came, the order was wrong they didn't do what I requested in special instructions and was cold! I had to re heat it!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

we ordered from Popeyes for tea! they brought the food but at the door I noticed they've forgot my drinks so I told the driver! then upon opening the bag I noticed they'd forgot my sons kids meal pizza so I rang the shop and they said they'd bring it to us they brought my drinks and at the door I again told the driver about my sons pizza but they didn't bring it. I am not happy!!!!!
