First time ordering from here and highly disappointed. Recommended by a friend. We left reviews on just eat and they have been hidden. So we ordered 2 special burgers ( Donner meat ,burger and bacon ) , both came with out Donner meat .tried to call but no answer . The Donner eat in a bun was a pitiful amount . The lamb kebab we ordered ,the meat tastes like fish and was already chewy so a lot was inedible. The toilet was also our best friend the. Next day with stomach pains. Haven't been able to get in touch for a refund for the missing food on the burgers . They don't answer the phone at all

Paid for food, waited over 2 hours and it didn’t turn up but took our money. Rang so many times but either declined the call or ignored

All the standard pre made sauces and standard premade dough. Very lightly marinated chicken wings. Some decent deals.

The delivery drive with a scar on his face asked me on a date he got upset when i told him i was married & still kept asking me to come to the village hotel with him. Disgusting behavour. He was on some kind of drugs. Food was cold & 2 hours late. I was scared of him he kept saying you dont know who i am

Each and every time I've had food from them, it's really good! I've eaten in many of pizza places when I worked for the emergency services, and only one I will always order from. All the staff are great too... 10/10

Tonight i popped in to papa pizza for my regular vegetarian special courtesy of the house..to my surprize,totally different staff..original owners and management as it turned out.The boss created me this vegetarian special which was out of this world..thank you. Myles Uk New brighton

Never have I ever tasted burgers so amazing. All salad is so fresh, chicken is beautifully cooked. Not to mention they are massive! Staff are extremely polite when they arrive at your door not like most who just throw your food at you and drive off. Order off here nearly every weekend

Our go to place for "Late Night" food. Can't fault the food, great sized portions, always piping hot and quick service too, even considering the time that we order (usually after midnight). The prices are slightly high for what it is but, it won't stop me ordering again.

Arrived nice and hot and on time, pizza was tasty and side was nice also, a little more expensive than other places but still pretty good.

Donnor meat freezing cold tasted like it was sitting there for hours, delivery 30 mins late wouldn't come back here staff are rude on the phone absolute joke

When I phoned after receiving the food they finally picked up and the guy was nice to be fair and quite apologetic, but I doubt I'll ever use these again. Maccies it is next time!

The worst delivery we have ever had! foot was 1 hr 40 minutes late. Food was massively over priced and terrible quality. tiny bit of salad came in a box to put over two kebabs and to top it all we were charged a £2 delivery fee for it to be an hour and 40 minutes late. My fiancé threw her meal in the bin she was so unimpressed. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Good delivery but food quality not good kebab meat was too chewy Salad served in tray separate and not in a made up Kebab. Chips were best part of meal

Absolutely amazed to be fair, it was late and i wasnt expecting great quality as so many other kebab houses are let downs.. But the donner meat was delicious and the salad was fresh and presented well for what it was. Thank you, i will deffo order from here again.

Cheese was a bit grim like, and I asked for ketchup, got more ketchup than chips! Had to hunt for my chips in the ketchup like a crazy person

Didn't enjoy pizza was still uncooked the dough was still soft. garlic bread was tasteless and chicken on the kebab was nice but the pitta was soggy and to many onions.

Paid online for takeaway. Driver then delivered and said i hadnt paid to then pay cash to check my bank and i had been charged on my card so double price at £30 for what i recieved was terrible!!! Not happy at all...

Do not order from here. Food was absolutely horrible and when we called up to complain and get our order collected and replaced, we where made out to be liars!! absolutely DISGUSTING!

tried to ring to complain about my food was disgusting but the order was rushed the burger was like rubber the garlic mayo tasted off and the mushrooms were over cooked so my money should have just been thrown in the bin....and the driver didn't give me my change!!!! won't be ordering from here again.....the foods usually ok from here aswell

After my order was late I rang to ask where it was and got told it had just left the shop, however my order HAS NOT ARRIVED AT ALL and I have been sat waiting over 2 hours. Horrendous.

Food is always lovely! But I didn't get as much red salt as I usually do, it was just on the top of the chips and not on the ones underneath! Other than that, no complaints!

Food came early and was still quite hot. Had asked for some special treatment in ordering the food such as grilling the kebab meat till crispy which was carried out nicely. Alot of places just naff you off but these guys did it properly...decent service and will use next time probably.

Hey the delivery time was great and on time and the delivery guy was very polite. But the food itself was not cut properly and the pizza itself wasnt even cooked properly as it was floppy. And very soggy. I will not be ordering from here again. I would give another chance but I would not pay as much as i did. I was expecting good quality for the price I paid.

order came all hot and fresh ‼️‼️missing sides dips and wrong drink given rang store wasn't very helpful told me it was the drivers fault to message just eat when it ain't the driver that picks the order out can see I'm not the only one that's had this problem

Food was on time, that was the only nice thing about this "restaurant". Pizza was cold soggy and so obvious a frozen base. I also ordered chips and cheese, how can they even get that wrong? Chips were soggy undercooked and even made the cheese taste bad! Also recieved the wrong drink after paying £2.40 for it, had to virtually argue at the door that it wasnt what i had ordered, to then go amd get one from a delivery place around the corner from me!

Customer service was shocking, whoever dealt with our phone call needs some customer service training as he was rude and disrespectful. Delivery guy was great and food was ok.

Food is always excellent from here. One of the best things is when you order chips they don't put them in a burger case, they put them in a paper bag so there not soggy from the steam! and they taste great with the seasoning. 👍🏻

The chicken I ordered was so spicy, It did not say when I ordered it that it was going to blow my mouth, put me off eating the rest of the food as I hate spicy foods and would not of ordered it if it had said, the delivery was really quick but just a shame the chicken wasn't what it said online, I would order again from here but as it good value for money and the service of the driver who delivers was excellent

Order never turned up yet they claimed they did. Could have gone the wrong house for all I know either way I'm left footing the bill for a take away that never arrived. Shocking customer service from just eat all round bad experience next time I'll order direct and pay the driver when he arrives.

We ordered a doner kebab, a chicken kebab & chips with red salt. Although the food tasted good, we weren't very impressed. The red salt was only on a few chips at the top of the bag, the doner kebab had loads of meat & hardly any salad & the chicken kebab had loads of salad & hardly any meat. The chilli sauce was again only on the top of each kebab, not in the whole kebab like in other take aways

Burgers were absolutely beautiful and the red salt on the chips is amazing. The changes that have been made to papa pizza have been all for the better!

I order from here regularly and it is always of good quality, however I was very disappointed this evening. Food arrived cold. And I mean to the point that I had to put it in the oven. I'm hoping it was just a one off as it is my favourite pizza restaurant. Disappointing Papa Pizza.

Some of the food arrived cold, then only replaced part of it as said the garlic pizza bread wasn't cold well I'm telling you it was. This is not the 1st time either the order has been wrong or food cold. So probably won't order from here again.

Food was ok but service was terrible. My order came to over £18 but I didn't get a free bottle of coke/garlic bread. I called them and they said that because I had made last minute additions to my order over the phone, taking the total to over £18, I won't get the free items! I was put on with the manager at one point who was no help. Very poor service, there are much better takeaways than this on Merseyside, with more helpful staff.

All I can say is WOW...After ordering online the food came before the stated time..No mistakes with the order ,,all Nice and Hot....And I love the Red salt on the chips..it's a winner,, Even the burger was very meaty, unlike other takeaways we've used before..So Iv changed my normal takeaway to PAPA PIZZAS..Will be ordering very soon again 👍👍👍

Getting on for 2 hours delivery time for 2 kebabs and a portion of chips! Really ... the food eventually arrived and was delicious. We were given a free garlic bread and a garbled apology about being put to the back of the queue. We just wanted our tea at a reasonable time ...

Ordered a plain quarter pounder and it came with cheese, lucky my girlfriend is just picky and not lactose intolerant. Other than that food was okay.

Food was average nothing special Delivery driver was an absolute idiot and caused our food to be cold was sat in the next road telling me that he was outside my house when he clearly wasn't so I had to run round to the next road and collect it from him cause he refused to drive to my house from the next road

I have had kebabs and burgers from here for the last year - and they are excellent. Delivery is always faster than the estimated time and the food always hot. The drivers are always courteous with a smile too which is great. There are others who come close but just not as good!
