Captain Cook in St. Helens

Superb, I go here a few times a month. Never had a bad experience. The staff and food is great. Food always tastes great, fresh and not dry.

Bought the sheish kebab Had 5 chunks of lamb £7-50 Will not be going again Doner kebab wasn’t much better either compared to my usual in prescot a total scam

I’ve been eating this great man’s food for years now, and I can honestly say it’s the best takeaway food in the area! Fresh and delicious! Everyone is so friendly from the girl at the desk to the staff cooking your food. I will only visit this place and will continue to support always. ❤️

Unbeatable takeaway . Great food & service. The owner Ash.& his Mrs.,along with the other staff are very clean & helpful. Pizzas top notch chicken kebabs irresistible. Not to mention the chicken Shawarma. 😍👌👍

My god the food is delicious, the salad was fresh and the chicken cooked to perfection. Highly recommend, in fact we are going tonight for our tea and can’t wait. They’re really friendly too.

One guy there needs customer service training. After ordering in the shop at 1am, making small talk, we asked the lady serving what time she opened till. She said 4am. We said ‘poor girl’. A normal thing to say I think. He kicked off accusing us of saying the girl had no money..she’s an owner of the business etc. Tried to ask him to listen so we could explain he’d misunderstood but nope…..something like take your food and go. Lovely guy! It’s a shame because I’ve been there many times, both in the shop and had food delivered….and the food is good….and we’ve had a good laugh with same lady in question. But seriously, learn to deal with customers in a more professional way….2 customers lost plus the people we tell. Happy to have a chat with guy if he wants to?

Called in tonight after a night out in St helens there was four if us who wanted a take out. Great staff and lovely food will defo be going back . I would defo recommend for a take out .We had Chicken ,Burgers and fries .And would defo phone for a takeaway 👍👍👍👍
