The pizzas were amazing! They were full of toppings and tasted fresh. Lots of cheese, yum! Unfortunately, the jalapeno poppers we ordered were overcooked and incredibly hard. We couldn’t eat them.

Gave it to the wrong address. I order it tob159 not 155. They didnt check that the recipient was Sharon.

No salad on the kebab, wasn't that hot, very disappointed after and hours wait and 10 mins later than scheduled.

Arrived mega earlier than expected, however we do live pretty close to the takeaway. Didn’t disappoint, everything as expected, lovely grub!

your website states 'delivery free no minimum order' i was charged £3.30 delvery charge please return £3.30 to my account

Sometimes it’s good to try yah old favourites and to be fair Santas has been around some time now and that’s because it’s quality food at the right price and what nothing to moan about well done guys

I’d like to apologise to our delivery driver as our dog got out and chased him. I hope he’s ok, and I can only say I’m very sorry, our dog has not done that before and I’ll make sure it doesn’t happen again. Sorry again

cheesy chips weren't melted enough

not as good as usual, the cheese on the cheesy chips not properly melted and not hot at all - only slightly warm

Very expensive these days! £37 for food that used to cost £25, won't be ordering via just eat next time as it's much better direct

The food was absolutely stone cold !!!! The chips was hard and the delivery time changed to a later time and then there was no notification of the driver setting off

Terrible.. I spent £33 & it was awful soggy chips! The kebabs were absolutely tasteless ( Donna) & a combo chicken on that was just soggy & Donner tasteless & they might has well just thrown a full onion on there too! The pieces were so large! Overall a complete wast of money! Avoid

Normally good, always get the same meat with heat & spicy chicken wings however just arrived & it’s inedible. The wings are so over cooked they are rock hard & the pizza is cold & has an unusual bitter like taste. Waste of money as I’m now headed to kfc to pay for another meal.

Absolutely disgusting, never before tasted so much of what I can only describe as rancid grease on what they believe is meat. Worst kebab ever. Of the 2 kebabs ordered 90pc is in the bin as wasn't even fit for my dog.

Pizza was delivered piping hot and tasty as usual.

Usually the food is great but today the chips were hardly cooked and the burger wasn't great. We paid 18 for a small pizza and a burger a chips too expensive for the quality tonight unfortunately.

We have loved this site of santas for years the drivers are cool and listen to instructions they get to know their customers as in they are polite ask how the dog is. Food if not right (come on we are are all human) they sort out straight away. Helpful, clean, happy and I will buy again and again..thankyou santas cairo street burnley 5 stars

SUCH A BAD ORDER! I Ordered cheesy chips a pizza and a mixed kebab, Everything was stone COLD! The chicken and kebab meat was disgusting chewy and cold The pizza was half ok only let down was that the cheese tasted abit sour ish so not sure how fresh or how many days old the cheese was hit it ruined the pizza and also It ruined my cheesy chips also. Not angry just extremely disappointed with this order, don’t think I’ll be going here again

I'm very rarely in Burnley but every time I'm over this way I have to order a shwarma pizza from here its so good

excellent food, especially the chicken strips, lovely and crispy on the outside, tender and moist inside.

I had a stuffed crust pizza as my last meal on death row. It was cooked to a brilliant standard, showing the consistency of the the lads working in the kitchen. My one recommendation to people who choose to use Santa's is to pair the food with a lovely drop of Coca- Cola. The contrasting flavours balance each other nicely.

Can Santa's not cooked pitta breads anymore and donner meat cut with a Stanley knife

Delivery guys don’t read requests on the food orders, I write on each time to come to the front door but they try to get through the back gate and my animals are there and I had a full tent drying covering the floor. Food good.

Food was not nice at all had a very weird taste to it and was cold pizza was covered in green chillies just wasn't nice at all my first time going and it will be my last

Chips were soggy and some were hard Donner meat was grizzly and slightly unpleasant. Service was fantastic so I couldn't fault it, very friendly delivery guy. I was just a bit disappointed with the food.

Garlic bread nice, jalapeño cheese bites were slightly overdone therefore some of them had no cheese in and unfortunately the pizza had that many topping that beneath the top layer was barely warm, shame normally a great place

TOTAL RIP OFF. Says free delivery and no minimum order. Charged me £2.80 for delivery for 1/2 mile. Food was warm and not worth £18 Very small pizza Very small kabab. Beware of these scammers !!!!!

All of the food was inedible and stone cold ! Not happy at all

Unfortunately for whatever reason we didn’t hear our delivery arrive. As soon as we were made aware, I answered the door and apologised but the delivery driver continued to complain. Throwing his arms to the air and saying he’d been there for 10 mins or more which was absolute nonsense.

Tasted nice but have you recently changed the chicken you use. It seems very processed and all cut to the same size?

ordered shaworma pizza..they sent me a pizza but not what I've ordered, tasted very funny and was almost sweet, very disappointed, couldn't even eat it.

Wrong order. I ordered chicken kebab and it came with donner meat on it.

The food was cold when it arrived and was late a little bit too which I accepted because of the weather conditions.. but freezing cold I didnt think was right and I Complained and was told nothing they can do
