The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North East

Ordered food and picked up and got home.and found order was short . When we phoned up about order pizza feast tried to tell us we only ordered what we got, but charged us for what was missing,the old man who served us in shop relayed our order back, but upon questioning this they just kept putting phone down, so we will not use this place ever again, and will tell friends and family not to either as they do not care about customer satisfaction.

Tabla de 8 para un almuerzo tardío un domingo. Pensaba que el ambiente era encantador y se sentía muy relajado. La comida era excelente. Probablemente la mejor pizza que he probado (tikka de pollo) y la focaccia que compartimos para empezar fue encantadora. Recomiendo seriamente para una comida fría. ¡Tengo un postre para llevar a casa también!

Food always unreal - shame they’ve taken the burrata off the menu. Service not amazing this time round. Caesar salad is a must.

Pizza y cócteles eran geniales! Aunque a los cócteles les faltaban las guarniciones azucaradas (baqueta, corazones de amor y caramelos que estallan). Muy mal servicio, nunca se registró con nosotros cuando estábamos comiendo nuestra comida, no preguntó si queríamos más bebidas, no preguntó si necesitábamos salsas y nunca intentó proporcionar ningún servicio al cliente en absoluto! Aunque éramos los únicos clientes en ese momento. Incluso tuvimos que caminar hasta la caja para pedir la factura, donde incluía un cargo por servicio que no nos dijo, así que nos enteramos después de salir a toda prisa. Si nos lo hubiera dicho, nos habríamos negado a cobrar el servicio. No se dio cuenta de su nombre, pero claramente parece harto de su trabajo y no cuida de sus clientes.

Some confusion over the meal deal offering, but other than that, a great visit.

Awful pizza. Tasted like bread and I was ill the next day. Do not recommend at all

Lovely panini served with salad. Pizza meal deal was great too. They will put as much or as little garlic sauce on as you want which is fab!

The wrap and service was beautiful but the wrap had barely any filling in it which was disappointing

Really nice spot on the riverfront, and the flexible design-your-own-pizza made it easy to get a tasty vegetarian pizza. Our waiter, Thomas, was great, very flexible and helpful and helped get the food to us as quick as he could despite a 25+ person table ordering! Worth returning to.

On holiday in the area and thought we’d try here, the pizzas were excellent, the best takeaway pizzas we’ve had. The stuffed crust was also really tasty. Big portion sizes too

I echo the sentiment of the other reviewers about how good the Wood Oven is. Friendly staff, a nice vibe and super food and drink. And flexible and responsive ! I telephoned literally just before closing time at 8pm on a Thursday night and secured a table without the hesitation that such late bookings can often engender and was then able to walk from my B&B accommodation next door at Wormald House to enjoy a delicious pizza and a couple of well earned beers after a long day’s hike along the Hadrians Walk Path. Much appreciated 👍👏 And a shout out for Jayne and Ian at Wormald House- super friendly, marvellous accommodation and good food. What more could you want !
