The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in North East

First time I have visited wood oven and I would definitely go back. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked in and we thoroughly enjoyed the food! We look forward to returning some time soon. Would recommend to anyone.

We have been here a few times and find the service quite hit or miss. We dropped in this weekend with the intention of having a coffee and a light lunch. The waitress said we could sit wherever we liked. All the booths were taken accept one with a few dishes on from the people before us, so we sat there… we waited for a good ten minutes and watched as the waitress cleared other empty tables around us and walked past us several times. At this point, guests were seated behind us, welcomed and drinks order taken, still no drinks for us and still sitting with other people’s crumbs. We summoned our patience and waited some more trying to catch the waitresses eye, again, she walked straight passed us and we were just left. After half an hour of zero service we just upped and left. Sad, as the venue is lovely and has all the makings of a great place. I could understand if it was busy, but there was only around 5 tables seated. We took our business to the cafe next door and will likely not hurry to return.

Great food freshly prepared, but the stars of the show are the staff. Friendly and accommodating to us and our 2 yr old. Even playing a little hide and seek with him. To drink a reasonably priced local pint. And finally the desserts are amazing. Pistachio and raspberry cake slice I took away, discovered it was fantastic. Would go back again, a great alternative to fish and chips in Tynemouth

Ordered Slice Boro for a company party. Great service and great tasting pizza. Couldn’t ask for more at an event. Hopefully the restaurant is as good!!

The best pizza for miles around. Been ordering from here for years and never had a bad takeaway. Always absolutely delicious. THE BEST chicken nuggets we’ve ever tasted too - thoroughly recommend

Great pub, lovely landlord, great beer & cider plus home made pizzas. Great beer garden over a very, very quiet road. What's not to like?

Stopped off on a Sunday evening. The staff were amazing and friendly. A great stop for something to eat. This was the best vegan pizza and food we have ever had!!! Absolutely delicious.

This takeaway kept us going through the pandemic, our weekly treat. The delivery service always good, food arrived hot, generous portions and delicious. One of our favourite takeaways.

Had our first Marcos parmo today,after moving back into guisborough recently.it was absolutely delicious,really tasty monster sized portions with chips & salad delivered within the hour by friendly pleasant staff.,will recommend to our friends.

Lovely panini served with salad. Pizza meal deal was great too. They will put as much or as little garlic sauce on as you want which is fab!

We absolutely LOVE this place. We moved here in summer and have been trying to find some local legends and we came across KYA pizza. We loved how they have an app to order on and we found the quality of food to be so impressive for the price. The toppings on the pizza are very generous which is what you want when ordering a takeaway (even the big chains such as Pizza Hut and papa johns don’t do this) the food was fresh and hot and we absolutely loved it from here. I can see how it’s so popular! We’ll definitely be ordering again

Tuve una hermosa comida con mi familia recientemente. Ambiente encantador y comida impecable. El filete de filete de mi esposa fue cocinado a la perfección (medio raro) y los langostinos reales servidos en unos pocos platos eran enormes! ¡Volveremos pronto!
