Revolution in Newcastle upon Tyne

Went for a bottomless brunch with a larger group of 13 people and was sat in the corner in our own sort of private area which meant we were not in view of any waitresses therefore the service for drinks was quite slow. We all ordered the same drink at once to speed up service, however, overall still slow. Drinks weren’t too strong either. Food was okay, it wasn’t anything special but it did the job. I like revs in general but the bottomless was not good value for money. We ordered additonal roulette of shots which were really good and the photobooth is also good

Usually come here for my Lunch, I keep coming back because the food cooked by Tracy is always amazing! The customer service is also really good too - really calm / chill vibes whilst I’m on a lunch break :)

Amazing place, lovely interior design and an amazing location right next to the train station. We went there for a bottomless brunch at 12:00, and were served by Laura who made sure we have everything we asked for. The food itself is great for a brunch meal and the drinks are well made. In general the rest of the stuff were very welcoming, great place, would definitely recommend.

Revs was amazing! I love it here and everyone was so lovely with us. Our servers were Georgia and Millie and they really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. The management are great and really accommodating to our requests even with last minute bookings. The drinks and food were both lush and the bar staff were speedy with service. Would highly recommend to everyone:)

Afternoon tea experience- no experience! Horrible slow service, not welcoming not willing to do anything without asking. Everything was booked in advance, we came on time still waited 25 mins for some food to arrive, than I had to ask to take away empties and bring the cakes ( another 30 mins wait) cause no one was bothered at all even the place was not busy . Photos not the best , got some to show what you get for £36 That's no from us - NEVER BE BACK

Revolution Newcastle is set in a stunning architectural building with beautiful high ceilings that add a sense of grandeur to the atmosphere. The venue has a modern yet inviting vibe, and I particularly love the way their Revolution logo is incorporated into the decor. There’s an extensive selection of drinks, all reasonably priced, with a great deal on Amstel beer for only £3.50 during happy hours. The cocktails are varied and well-crafted, making it a great spot for drinks. However, the food was a letdown, especially the £5 all-day pizza, which wasn’t worth it at all. While the pizza was disappointing, the overall experience was still enjoyable thanks to the lovely setting, excellent drink options, and friendly staff. Perfect for drinks, but the food could use improvement.

Staff have no idea of their offers. States food served until 9pm but trying to order a pizza at 8.15pm and told the kitchen is already closed.

Came for bottomless brunch. Waitress Laura was really friendly and helpful with any questions and issues I had. I'm vegan so tend to be a little picky but didn't have any issues and ended up taking food away, drinks were good, quite relaxed atmosphere

Laura was AMAZING! Constantly getting drinks orders in so we were not left without a drink. Made sure our food orders were right and corrected one that came out slightly wrong. Got birthday shot for my 21st on the house which was a lovely gesture. Made sure we got last orders in. I would 100% come back to be served and waited on again for a bottomless brunch with a group at revolutions knowing Laura would be here to make sure we had and got what we needed. Event took a photo of the table for us when requested. And was very patient with us as we got drunk and confused with payment prices and helped us. An amazing service experience and really made my 21st birthday an amazing experience.

A magnificent room and bar but really designed and set-up for hen nights. The food is really substandard and small portions. I got a fried chicken burger and the chicken was thin like shoe soles and equally dry. The service was really good but had to run 3 times because she forgot condiments and salt.

Nice bar / restaurant with great drink and food promotions. What really made the visit though was Jack. We were never kept waiting as he tended all tables to ensure everyone had what they wanted. Suggested great recommendations for new cocktails to us based on our favourite spirits and most importantly made us feel very welcome and had a bit of crack as well. If his boss is reading this you should give him a raise 👍

Absolutely beautiful staff, jack was outstanding bar staff very well mannered in our lovely state of drunkness. incredible along with the a very very polite waitress, very professional and made our visit unqiue. I would highly recommend this place, also chips where amazing with proper fillet chicken burger. Thank you for an incredible experience. Love irish ♥️

Turned up to see Broadway diner on tour, which this venue was holding. Got told when we walked in that the event had been cancelled and nobody had been informed. Not a good reflection on this business and off putting for a return visit. Luckily we found a brilliant bar across the road If I could put minus stars I would

Brunch = poor value for money. Our brunch started at 12 but at 1:45 they told us we had our last drink but could earn “a last drink” by filling in a questionnaire which told 20 mins due to delays in sending the code to your email address. Which doesn’t made sense as our brunch didn’t end till 2pm

Me and my partner went for afternoon tea. Everything was amazing. Beautiful venue, staff were lovely and food was delicious.

Currently here. 45 minutes and no food. All we asked for was hummus btw. Loud music and cheap disco lights. Followed and up anD was told it would be here shortly. 15 minutes later, nada.

Decided to use gift voucher experience at Revolution. Travelled 60 miles only to discover the booking should have been made through gift voucher people mot restaurant. However, Bill offered us a fre drinks and we stayed for food. Best mistake ever. Pizza was tasty and Bill was so friendly and helpful. Will be back whenbthe voucher is sorted.

Travelling on my own and the staff made me feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door. They were really helpful with gluten free choices on the menu and my meal was lovely. Great value. Lovely staff. Beautiful building. Absolutely recommend.

I attended the Revolution bar with my partner and dad for a Golden Retriever meet-up that the staff had organised. The event was great, and our puppy Jess loved it. Drinks were available and reasonably priced, and the staff couldn't have been better. I would definitely return!
