The best restaurants serving Pizza pasta food in London

I got about half my order as regular chicken instead of hot wings and the pies were dripping with oil.

Really nice and helpful guy, pizza tasted good too.

I just walked in and made an order. Told the person I want Italian base, not the thick standard one. He misunderstood gave me thin version and when I opened it and told him to change it he argued that I was wrong and didn't want to change it. After asking him nicely to change it please as I don't like this type and I will not eat this one. He wanted to charge me again for another full price pizza. I had to throw the pizza away. Poor customer service won't come to this branch ever again.

Great attentive staff who were very friendly,the food was lovely and hot and great atmosphere and surroundings. Service was quick but not too quick.

The food is good but probably wouldn’t return. The service is ok - one female server was a bit surly My party found it to be physically and atmospherically cold environment. There was no heating on and the tables and walls are too plain. I question the cleanliness of the bathroom - I couldn’t say when that was last cleaned.

I was going to sit down at a table and I saw a mice run across the floor towards the kitchen I was shook I couldn’t believe it because I’ve been coming here for quite a while the food is great but after this I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again

I’ve had a few very good orders but unfortunately today’s pizza was a disappointment. Burnt with some old chicken thrown on top of it. I paid for 2 additional portions of chicken and I’m sure that’s not what I received. On top of that, the pizza arrived cold because the courier didn’t have a thermal bag, just chucked it in his bike box

The most stupid people I’ve met in my life , they make me spend £20 for Uber to get the pizza . I’ll definitely never order again 👎👎👎👎

Been going there for years and have given them great reviews before, however last night me and my family were made to feel very unwelcome. Customer service has certainly gone down and the lady staff who brought our food was point blank rude and kept talking to her colleagues while pointing at us. All we did was mentioned that our food was burnt. We didn’t even ask for another one. She says it’s meant to be like that otherwise it would be raw inside?!? We have had cannelloni before and it certainly not meant to be char burnt. You can’t really enjoy your food when you are surrounded by such immature behaviour.

Prices gone through the roof here and the portions size have shrunk! Talk about a buisness milking it… this is it. Plus staff have too much attitude and zero customer service. Good food - shit price, portion size and customer service

One of the best pizzas at a good price that competes in flavor with the best brand names, it is a place to eat with friends or take away since there is no place to eat there, only a table with 4 chairs but the pizzas are super.

Vio a uno de los trabajadores lavando sus pies en el fregadero de la cocina. Cuando le pregunté qué pensaba que estaba haciendo, casualmente me dijo que estaba listo para orar, como si no fuera un problema. Puedo apreciar que se estaba preparando para orar, pero eso es muy antihigiénico. . . Estaba disgustado y no he vuelto desde ??
